辣椒(Capsicum annuum)是美洲最古老的驯化作物之一,在全世界被广泛种植。本研究对CM334(墨西哥地方品种)进行了全基因组测序和组装(覆盖度为186.6×),同时还对另外两个栽培种和一个野生种分别进行了重测序和从头(de novo)测序。结果表明辣椒基因组大小约为番茄的4倍,辣椒基因组上存在大量gypsy转座子和花椰菜病毒家族元件的积累。结合转录组综合分析认为,辣椒素合成酶基因表达模式的改变及新功能化是导致辣椒素生物合成的原因,研究还发现辣椒与番茄在乙烯合成及果实成熟调控方面存在明显不同的分子模式。辣椒参考基因组的发布为辣椒营养品质和药用价值的改善提供了重要平台。

Deterministic Time-inconsistent Optimal Control Problems - an Essentially Cooperative Approach

A general deterministic time-inconsistent optimal control problem is formulated for ordinary differential equations. To find a time-consistent equilibrium value function and the corresponding time-consistent equilibrium control, a non-cooperative N-person differential game （but essentially cooperative in some sense） is introduced. Under certain conditions, it is proved that the open-loop Nash equilibrium value function of the N-person differential game converges to a time-consistent equilibrium value function of the original problem, which is the value function of a time-consistent optimal control problem. Moreover, it is proved that any optimal control of the time-consistent limit problem is a time-consistent equilibrium control of the original problem.

In this paper, we present a brief survey on the updated theory of backward stochas-tic Volterra integral equations （BSVIEs, for short）. BSVIEs are a natural generalization of backward stochastic diff erential equations （BSDEs, for short）. Some interesting motivations of studying BSVIEs are recalled. With proper solution concepts, it is possible to establish the corresponding well-posedness for BSVIEs. We also survey various comparison theorems for solutions to BSVIEs.

Currently,cybersecurity threats such as data breaches and phishing have been on the rise due to the many differentattack strategies of cyber attackers,significantly increasing risks to individuals and *** technologies such as intrusion detection have been developed to respond to these cyber ***,advanced integrated cybersecurity that incorporates Artificial Intelligence has been the *** this paper,wepropose a response strategy using a reinforcement-learning-based cyber-attack-defense simulation tool to addresscontinuously evolving cyber ***,we have implemented an effective reinforcement-learning-basedcyber-attack scenario using Cyber Battle Simulation,which is a cyber-attack-defense *** scenarioinvolves important security components such as node value,cost,firewalls,and ***,we applieda new vulnerability assessment method based on the Common Vulnerability Scoring *** approach candesign an optimal attack strategy by considering the importance of attack goals,which helps in developing moreeffective response *** attack strategies are evaluated by comparing their performance using a variety ofReinforcement Learning *** experimental results show that RL models demonstrate improved learningperformance with the proposed attack strategy compared to the original *** particular,the success rateof the Advantage Actor-Critic-based attack strategy improved by 5.04 percentage points,reaching 10.17%,whichrepresents an impressive 98.24%increase over the original ***,the proposed method canenhance security and risk management capabilities in cyber environments,improving the efficiency of securitymanagement and significantly contributing to the development of security systems.

The IFITM3 gene is classified as a member of the small interferonstimulated genes(ISGs)and plays a paramount role in defense against enveloped viruses,including influenza A viruses.1–6 Previous studies have reported that the rs12252 SNP,which is located in the open reading frame(ORF)of the IFITM3 gene,impacts the splicing procedure of protein production,which makes a truncated form of the IFITM3 protein and lowers its antiviral capacity.7–9 In addition,the rs34481144 SNP genotype affects the transcriptional regulation of the IFITM3 gene and IFITM3-neighboring genes and has a potent association with the clinical results of the H1N1 influenza 2009 pandemic in three human cohorts.10 Because several studies have reported that polymorphism of the IFITM3 gene is crucial in the host immune response,fine mapping of and extracting disease-associated SNPs from the human IFITM3 gene are important baseline studies necessary to understand how the IFITM3 protein functions in innate immunity.

Here, we report on a case of acute phlegmonous gastritis (PG) complicated by delayed perforation. A 51-year-old woman presented with severe abdominal pain and septic shock symptoms. A computed tomography scan showed diffuse thickening of the gastric wall and distention with peritoneal fluid. Although we did not find definite evidence of free air on the computed tomography (CT) scan, the patient’s clinical condition suggested diffuse peritonitis requiring surgical intervention. Exploratory laparotomy revealed a thickened gastric wall with suppurative intraperitoneal fluid in which Streptococcus pyogenes grew. There was no evidence of gastric or duodenal perforation. No further operation was performed at that time. The patient was conservatively treated with antibiotics and proton pump inhibitor, and her condition improved. However, she experienced abdominal and flank pain again on postoperative day 10. CT and esophagogastroduodenoscopy showed a large gastric ulcer with perforation. Unfortunately, although the CT showed further improvement in the thickening of the stomach and the mucosal defect, the patient’s condition did not recover until a week later, and an esophagogastroduodenoscopy taken on postoperative day 30 showed suspected gastric submucosal dissection. We performed total gastrectomy as a second operation, and the patient recovered without major complications. A pathological examination revealed a multifocal ulceration and necrosis from the mucosa to the serosa with perforation.

Comparative study of chitosan/fibroin–hydroxyapatite and collagen membranes for guided bone regeneration in rat calvarial defects: micro-computed tomography analysis

This study aimed to utilize micro-computed tomography （micro-CT） analysis to compare new bone formation in rat calvarial defects using chitosan/fibroin-hydroxyapatite （CFB-HAP） or collagen （Bio-Gide） membranes. Fifty-four （54） rats were studied. A circular bony defect （8 mm diameter） was formed in the centre of the calvaria using a trephine bur. The CFB-HAP membrane was prepared by thermally induced phase separation. In the experimental group （n= 18）, the CFB-HAP membrane was used to cover the bony defect, and in the control group （n= 18）, a resorbable collagen membrane （Bio-Gide） was used. In the negative control group （n= 18）, no membrane was used. In each group, six animals were euthanized at 2, 4 and 8 weeks after surgery. The specimens were then analysed using micro-CT. There were significant differences in bone volume （BV） and bone mineral density （BMD）（P〈O.05） between the negative control group and the membrane groups. However, there were no significant differences between the CFB-HAP group and the collagen group. We concluded that the CFB-HAP membrane has significant potential as a guided bone regeneration （GBR） membrane.

In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to particle solidity,and a new method for automatic identification of pores and throats in tight sandstone oil reservoirs are ***,the“pore-throat combination”and“pure pore”are defined and distinguished by drawing the cumulative probability curve of the pore-throat solidity and by selecting an appropriate cutoff *** the discrete grid set is recognized as a pore-throat combination,Legendre ellipse fitting and minimum Feret diameter are *** the pore and throat grid sets are identified as pure pores,the pore diameter can be directly *** the new method,the analytical results for the physical parameters and pore radius agree well with most prior *** results comparing the maximum ball and the new model could also prove the accuracy of the latter's in micro and nano *** new model provides a more practical theoretical basis and a new calculation method for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the complex processes of oil migration.
