The recent trend of vehicle design aims at crash safety and environmentally-friendly aspect. For the crash safety aspect, the energy absorbing members should absorb collision energy sufficiently but for the environmentally-friendly aspect, the vehicle structure must be light weight in order to improve the fuel efficiency and reduce the tail gas emission. Therefore, the light weight of vehicle must be achieved in a securing safety status of crash. An aluminum or carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is representative one of the light-weight materials. Based on the respective collapse behavior of aluminum and CFRP member, the collapse behavior of hybrid thin-walled member was evaluated. The hybrid members were manufactured by wrapping CFRP prepreg sheets outside the aluminum hollow members in the autoclave. Because the CFRP is an anisotropic material whose mechanical properties, such as strength and elasticity, change with its stacking condition, the effects of the stacking condition on the collapse behavior evaluation of the hybrid thin-walled member were tested. The collapse mode and energy absorption capability of the hybrid thin-walled member were analyzed with the change of the fiber orientation angle and interface number.

BACKGROUND There is still some room for optimizing ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures,and the preoperative and postoperative management quality for pediatric patients needs to be *** To discuss the safety and feasibility of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)-based management model for ambulatory pediatric surgical *** We selected 320 pediatric patients undergoing ambulatory surgery from june 2023 to January 2024 at The First People’s Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous *** these,220 received ERAS-based management(research group)and 100 received routine management(control group).General information,postoperative ambulation activities,surgical outcomes(operation time,postoperative gastro-intestinal ventilation time,and hospital stay),postoperative pain visual analogue scale,postoperative complications(incision infection,abdominal distension,fever,nausea,and vomiting),and family satisfaction were *** The general information of the research group(sex,age,disease type,single parent,family history,etc.)was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05),but the rate of postoperative(2 h,4 h,and 6 h after surgery)ambulation activities was statistically higher(P<0.01),and operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation time,and hospital stay were markedly shorter(P<0.05).The research group had lower visual analogue scale scores(P<0.01)at 12 h and 24 h after surgery and a lower incidence of total postoperative complications than the control group(P=0.001).The research group had higher family satisfaction than the control group(P=0.007).CONCLUSION The ERAS-based management model was safe and feasible in ambulatory pediatric surgical procedures and worthy of clinical promotion.

The evolution of solar magnetic fields is significant for understanding and predicting solar *** our knowledge of solar magnetic fields largely depends on the photospheric magnetic *** this paper,based on the spherical harmonic expansion of the photospheric magnetic field observed by Wilcox Solar Observatory,we analyze the time series of spherical harmonic coefficients and predict Sunspot Number as well as synoptic maps for Solar Cycle *** find that solar maximum years have complex short-period disturbances,and the time series of coefficient g_(7)~0 is nearly in-phase with Sunspot Number,which may be related to solar meridional *** Long Short-Term Memory networks(LSTM),our prediction suggests that the maximum of Solar Cycle 25 is likely to occur in june 2024 with an error of 8 months,the peak sunspot number may be 166.9±22.6,and the next solar minimum may occur around January *** incorporating Empirical Mode Decomposition,we enhance our forecast of synoptic maps truncated to Order 5,validating their relative *** prediction not only addresses a gap in forecasting the global distribution of the solar magnetic field but also holds potential reference value for forthcoming solar observation plans.

This study presents atmospheric N_(2)O mole fractions measured from discrete air samples from 2001 to 2018 at ***(WLG)station(36°17′N,100°54′E,3816 m asl)in China,which is a global background station of the World Meteorological Organization/Global Atmosphere Watch Programme(WMO/GAW)in central *** N_(2)O characteristics of annual means,interannual variability,and seasonal cycles were *** results show that N_(2)O at WLG possess a distinct increasing trend and a statistically significant seasonal cycle,with an average growth rate of 0.9±0.01 ppb yr^(−1)(1σ)(1ppb=10^(−9)),which is close to the global *** detrended seasonal cycle shows a trough of−0.25±0.04(1σ)ppb in june and a peak of 0.13±0.07(1σ)ppb in September,with an amplitude of 0.38 *** pattern is due to combined effects of variation in surface sources,vertical convection within the boundary layer and stratosphere to troposphere transportation(STE).The interannual variability in growth rate was partly driven by quasi-biennial oscillation(QBO)of tropical zonal wind through stratospheric transport into the *** to a cluster analysis of back trajectories and the corresponding average N_(2)O load,most air masses cover arid and semi-arid areas in inner Asia with low N_(2)O emissions,indicating that the atmospheric N_(2)O at the WLG represents the background N_(2)O level in central Eurasia.

目的探讨颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形(expansive open-door laminoplasty,EOL)术后即刻保持常压引流的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1~6月我院94例多节段脊髓型颈椎病行颈后路EOL,按入院时间顺序分为常压引流组(n=43)和负压引流组(n=51),常压组病例时间为2023年1~3月,负压组为2023年4~6月。比较2组术中出血量、术后24 h引流量、术后总引流量、术后引流管留置时间、术后发热、切口感染、颈部切口血肿、手术前后日本骨科学会(Japanese Orthopaedics Association,JOA)评分改善率、住院时间、住院费用、术后血红蛋白下降值等。结果常压引流组术后24 h引流量中位数45(15~150)ml,显著少于负压引流组中位数170(70~400)ml(Z=-7.934,P=0.000);常压引流组术后总引流量中位数45(15~285)ml,显著少于负压引流组中位数315(165~730)ml(Z=-7.924,P=0.000);常压引流组术后引流管留置时间(27.1±13.9)h,明显短于负压引流组(82.2±20.6)h(t=-14.933,P=0.000);常压引流组住院时间(3.5±1.1)d,明显短于负压引流组(5.6±0.8)d(t=-10.322,P=0.000);常压引流组术后血红蛋白下降(13.9±3.1)g/L,显著低于负压引流组(16.5±7.2)g/L(t=-2.165,P=0.033);常压引流组住院费用(3.00±0.30)万元,显著少于负压引流组(3.48±0.29)万元(t=-7.924,P=0.000)。2组术中出血量、术后发热、切口感染发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组均无深部切口感染或血肿发生。2组术后3个月JOA评分改善率无显著性差异(t=0.861,P=0.391)。结论颈后路EOL术后常压引流可以减少术后引流量,缩短引流管留置时间和住院时间,降低患者住院费用,且并不增加术后血肿、发热及切口感染等并发症,临床效果显著。

BACKGROUND Several studies have reported that the walking trail making test(WTMT)completion time is significantly higher in patients with developmental coordination disorders and mild cognitive *** hypothesized that WTMT performance would be altered in older adults with white matter hyperintensities(WMH).AIM To explore the performance in the WTMT in older people with *** In this single-center,observational study,25 elderly WMH patients admitted to our hospital from june 2019 to june 2020 served as the WMH group and 20 participants matched for age,gender,and educational level who were undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period served as the control *** participants completed the WTMT-A and WTMT-B to obtain their gait parameters,including WTMT-A completion time,WTMT-B completion time,speed,step length,cadence,and stance phase *** matter lesions were scored according to the Fazekas *** neuropsychological assessments were carried out to assess cognitive *** relationships between WTMT performance and cognition and motion in elderly patients with WMH were analyzed by partial Pearson correlation *** Patients with WMH performed significantly worse on the choice reaction test(CRT)(0.51±0.09 s vs 0.44±0.06 s,P=0.007),verbal fluency test(VFT,14.2±2.75 vs 16.65±3.54,P=0.012),and digit symbol substitution test(16.00±2.75 vs 18.40±3.27,P=0.010)than participants in the control *** WMH group also required significantly more time to complete the WTMT-A(93.00±10.76 s vs 70.55±11.28 s,P<0.001)and WTMT-B(109.72±12.26 s vs 82.85±7.90 s,P<0.001).WTMT-A completion time was positively correlated with CRT time(r=0.460,P=0.001),while WTMT-B completion time was negatively correlated with VFT(r=-0.391,P=0.008).On the WTMT-A,only speed was found to statistically differ between the WMH and control groups(0.803±0.096 vs 0.975±0.050 m/s,P<0.001),whereas on the WTMT-B,the WMH group exhibited a sign
