In this study,we reported the discovery and structure-activity relationship analysis of chrysin derivatives as a new class of inhibitors targeting poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase 1(PARP1).Among these derivatives,compound 5d emerged as the most effective chrysin-based inhibitor of PARP1,with an IC50 value of 108 nmol·L^(-1).This compound significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cell lines HCC-1937 and MDA-MB-436 by inducing DNA ***,5d induced apoptosis and caused an extended G1/S-phase in these cell *** docking studies revealed that 5d possesses a strong binding affinity toward *** vivo,in a xenograft model,5d effectively reduced tumor growth by downregulating PARP1 ***,compound 5d shows promise as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of BRCA wild-type breast cancer.

The hydrogenolysis/hydrocracking of waste polyethylene(PE) has recently been intensively studied, with the general pursuit of low-temperature reaction conditions, increased oil-phase yield, and narrower carbon chain distribution. Before this, we utilized a ball-milled ZSM-2. catalyst loaded with Ru nanoparticles(NPs), which exhibited excellent hydroconversion performance. It deconstructed PE into >80 wt.% oil products under low temperatures and short reaction times. Herein, we investigated the influence of varying temperature/pressure parameters on the degree of specific hydrocracking/internal hydrogenolysis/terminal hydrogenolysis reactions. From the comprehensive energy efficiency perspective, including stirring, reaction, and product separation, as well as taking into account the degree of product isomerization and catalyst lifespan, we analyzed the optimization of parameters. This research abandons the notion that lower temperatures are better and proposes a more comprehensive evaluation framework for low-consumption hydroconversion of PE to produce high-value products.

As a natural disaster,extreme precipitation is among the most destructive and influential,but predicting its occurrence and evolution accurately is very challenging because of its rarity and *** the example of the“2.·7”extreme precipitation event(17–2. July 2.2.)in Henan Province,this study explores the potential of using physics-guided machine learning to improve the accuracy of forecasting the intensity and location of extreme *** physics-guided ways of embedding physical features,fusing physical model forecasts and revised loss function are used,i.e.,(1)analyzing the anomalous circulation and thermodynamical factors,(2.analyzing the multi-model forecast bias and the associated underlying reasons for it,and(3)using professional forecasting knowledge to design the loss function,and the corresponding results are used as input for machine learning to improve the forecasting *** results indicate that by learning the relationship between anomalous physical features and heavy precipitation,the forecasting of precipitation intensity is improved significantly,but the location is rarely adjusted and more false alarms *** reasons for this are as *** anomalous features used here mainly contain information about large-scale systems and factors which are consistent with the model precipitation deviation;moreover,the samples of extreme precipitation are sparse and so the algorithm used here is ***,by combining“good and different”multi models with machine learning,the advantages of each model are extracted and then the location of the precipitation center in the forecast is improved ***,by combining the appropriate anomalous features with multi-model fusion,an integrated improvement of the forecast of the rainfall intensity and location is ***,this study is a novel exploration to improve the refined forecasting of heavy precipitation with extreme intensity and high variability,

Separable nonlinear models are widely used in various fields such as time series analysis, system modeling, and machine learning, due to their flexible structures and ability to capture nonlinear behavior of data. However, identifying the parameters of these models is challenging, especially when sparse models with better interpretability are desired by practitioners. Previous theoretical and practical studies have shown that variable projection (VP) is an efficient method for identifying separable nonlinear models, but these are based on \(L_2.) penalty of model parameters, which cannot be directly extended to deal with sparse constraint. Based on the exploration of the structural characteristics of separable models, this paper proposes gradient-based and trust-region-based variable projection algorithms, which mainly solve two key problems: how to eliminate linear parameters under sparse constraint;and how to deal with the coupling relationship between linear and nonlinear parameters in the model. Finally, numerical experiments on synthetic data and real time series data are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Based on the in-situ self-reduction and chemical stability,graphdiyne(GDY)and graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)are used as trapping agents to investigate the ability for recovering Au^(3+),Ag^+,and Pd^(2.)under different pH values and interfering *** strong acidity at pH=1,these two agents demonstrate high select recovery towards the three precious metal ions,which could be insitu reduced to nanoparticles(NPs).In addition,superparamagnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs are deposited on the surfaces of GDY and *** magnetic responses enable GDYFe_(3)O_(4)to recover precious metals conveniently and efficiently by the aid of an external magnetic *** study also confirms the antibacterial activity of the as-recovered NPs deposited on GDY and GDYO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(1×10^(5)colony-forming unit(CFU)·mL^(-1)),and the antibacterial rates are 100%.This strategy of recovering precious metals and subsequently reusing to combat pathogens will be of great significance for environmental remediation and biomedical applications.

Accurate source apportionment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in soil nearby petrochemical industries prevailing globally,is critical for preventing ***,in the process,seasonal effect on contamination pathways and accumulation of soil VOCs is often ***,Yanshan Refining-Chemical Integration Park,including a carpet,refining,synthetic rubber,and two synthetic resin zones,was selected for *** variations resulted in a gradual decrease of 31 VOCs in soil from winter to summer.A method of dry deposition resistance model coupling partitioning coefficient model was created,revealing that dry deposition by gas phase was the primary pathway for VOCs to enter soil in winter and spring,with 100 times higher fux than by particle *** profiles for five zones were built by gas sampling with distinct substance indicators screened,which were used for positive matrix factorization factors *** of the five zones were 14.9%,2..8%,13.6%,2..1%,and 2..6%in winter and 33.4%,12.5%,10.7%,2..9%,and 18.5%in spring,*** variation in the soil sorption capacity of VOCs causes inter-seasonal differences in *** better correlation between dry deposition capacity and soil storage of VOCs made root mean square and mean absolute errors decrease averagely by 8.8%and 5.5%in winter compared to *** study provides new perspectives and methods for the source apportionment of soil VOCs contamination in industrial sites.
