Recognizing the relationship between gross primary production(GPP)and precipitation in eastern China,the East Asian Summer Monsoon(EASM)plays a crucial role in shaping *** confirmation of the strong link between EASM and GPP,there remains a notable research gap in understanding the specific impact of the EASM on GPP in different regions of eastern *** we used simulations from Trends in Net Land-Atmosphere Carbon Exchanges(TRENDY)models from 1951 to 2.10 and divided eastern China into five subregions for the *** also used the New East Asian Summer Monsoon Index(NEWI)as a quantitative metric to distinguish between periods of strong and weak *** on this,this study aims to investigate the response of GPP in different subregions of eastern ***,under strengthened EASM years(1954,1957,1965,1969,1977,1980,1983,1987,1993 and 1998),East China experienced the most pronounced increase in GPP at 12.2.(mean±1 sigma)gC m^(-2. mon^(-1) compared to the weak EASM years(1958,1961,1972.1973,1978,1981,1985,1994,1997 and 2.04).In contrast,Southwest China showed a decline in GPP at-4±10 gC m^(-2. mon^(-1).Moreover,GPP also increased in Northeast and North China when EASM strengthened,while South China showed a decline in *** indicated that GPP changed with monsoon *** to the mechanism analysis,during strong EASM,there was intense moisture convergence through alterations in the atmospheric circulation field over East China and abundant precipitation,which further contributed to the increase in *** solar radiation in Southwest China decreased with EASM enhancement,which suppressed GPP and hindered vegetation ***,the results highlight the importance of accurately predicting the impact of different EASM intensities of regional carbon fluxes.

The as-cast amorphous Ti_(48)Zr_(2.)Cu_(6)Nb_(5)Be_(14)composites,comprising in situ formedβ-Ti ductile crystalline precipitates,were prepared by water cooled copper mold suction ***,the semi-solid composites were obtained after the as-cast composites were treated by semi-solid isothermal *** microstructure evolution and kinetics of the composites were *** show that the microstructures of both the as-cast and semi-solid composites comprise ofβ-Ti crystal phases and amorphous matrix *** and after treatment,the crystals evolve from fine granular or fine dendritic crystals to coarse *** the treatment temperature increasing or the time prolonging,the average crystal size gradually increases and the surface morphology of the crystals gradually becomes *** studying the microstructural evolution and dynamics during the isothermal treatment process,it is found that the final morphology ofβ-Ti crystals is influenced by the isothermal treatment temperature and time(t),and theβ-Ti evolution rate increases with an increase in treatment *** addition,a linear relationship was observed between the size of cubicβ-Ti crystals(D^(3))and t;the growth kinetics factor K is 3.8μm^(3)·s^(-1).As the K value closes to 4μm^(3)·s^(-1),it is inferred the morphology evolution ofβ-Ti crystals is a coarsening behavior controlled by the diffusion of solute elements.

Boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT)is a novel binary therapy combining boron targeted drugs and neutron irradiation,which can selectively and effectively kill cancer cells at the cellular *** release of boron drug and its accumulation in tumor sites are the crux of ***,we developed a^(10)B-boric acid(^(10)BA)-loaded nanofiber applying for BNCT by in situ *** nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning technique using polyethylene glycol/polylactide(PEO/PLA)block *** changing the ratio of hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity of the nanofibers,the controlled release and the effective accumulation of boron 10 isotope(^(10)B)were achieved in ***^(10)B content in tumor could reach to 2.40μg/g,significantly exceeding the required level of 2.–50μg/g for BNCT *** pertinent DNA damage experiments,direct evidence and quantified data of BNCT-induced DNA damage in tumor cells were obtained for the first *** sequencing was employed to predict the molecular mechanisms and potential signaling pathways of BNCT,providing theoretical basis for future combined *** antitumor efficiency of BNCT was demonstrated by establishing mice model of subcutaneous tumor and tumor *** research presents a novel boron-loaded nanofiber mats for BNCT,which enables controlled drug release and holds significant potential in the treatment of unresectable or postoperative residual tumors.

Zirconium(Zr)emerges as the most effective grain refiner for magnesium(Mg)alloys incorporating ***,Zr is introduced in the form of an Mg–Zr master ***,within Mg–Zr master alloys,Zr predominantly exists in a particle form,which tends to aggregate due to attractive van der Waals *** clustered Zr is prone to settling,thereby reducing its refining impact on Mg *** this work,a combined pretreatment process for Mg–Zr master alloys was proposed,encompassing the introduction of a physical field to intervene the agglomeration of particle Zr and the employ of high-temperature dissolution and peritectic reactions to promote the solid solution of *** results demonstrate that the particle Zr within the pretreated Mg–Zr master alloy is effectively dispersed and refined,and greater solute Zr levels can be *** subsequent grain refinement ability was studied on a typical Mg–6Zn–0.6Zr(wt%)*** outcome highlights that an improvement in the grain refinement efficacy(32.4%)of Mg–Zr master alloys was obtained with a holding time of 60 *** pretreated Mg–Zr master alloy significantly augments the efficiency of grain refinement for Mg alloys through a synergistic strategy involving heterogeneous nucleation and solute-driven growth *** crucial factor in achieving effective grain refinement of Zr in Mg alloys lies in regulating the presence and morphology of Zr in the Mg–Zr master alloy,distinguishing between particle Zr and solute *** study introduces a novel method for developing more efficient Mg–Zr refiners.

Rapid and accurate segmentation of structural cracks is essential for ensuring the quality and safety of engineering projects. In practice, however, this task faces the challenge of finding a balance between detection accuracy and efficiency. To alleviate this problem, a lightweight and efficient real-time crack segmentation framework was ***, in the network model system based on an encoding-decoding structure, the encoding network is equipped with packet convolution and attention mechanisms to capture features of different visual scales in layers,and in the decoding process, we also introduce a fusion module based on spatial attention to effectively aggregate these hierarchical features. Codecs are connected by pyramid pooling model(PPM) filtering. The results show that the crack segmentation accuracy and real-time operation capability larger than 76% and 15 fps, respectively, are validated by three publicly available datasets. These wide-ranging results highlight the potential of the model for the intelligent O&M for cross-sea bridge.
