BACKGROUND Colon cancer(CC)occurrence and progression are considerably influenced by the tumor ***,the exact underlying regulatory mechanisms remain *** To investigate immune infiltration-related differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in CC and specifically explored the role and potential molecular mechanisms of complement factor I(CFI).METHODS Immune infiltration-associated DEGs were screened for CC using *** reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to examine hub DEGs expression in the CC cell *** CFI-knockdown HT29 and HCT116 cell lines were constructed,and the diverse roles of CFI in vitro were assessed using CCK-8,5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine,wound healing,and transwell *** and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry staining were employed to evaluate the influence of CFI on the tumorigenesis of CC xenograft models constructed using BALB/c male nude *** proteins associated with glycolysis and the Wnt pathway were measured using western *** Six key immune infiltration-related DEGs were screened,among which the expression of CFI,complement factor B,lymphoid enhancer binding factor 1,and SRY-related high-mobility-group box 4 was upregulated,whereas that of fatty acid-binding protein 1,and bone morphogenic protein-2 was ***,CFI could be used as a diagnostic biomarker for ***,CFI silencing inhibited CC cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and tumor ***,CFI knockdown downregulated the expression of key glycolysis-related proteins(glucose transporter type 1,hexokinase 2,lactate dehydrogenase A,and pyruvate kinase M2)and the Wnt pathway-related proteins(β-catenin and c-Myc).Further investigation indicated that CFI knockdown inhibited glycolysis in CC by blocking the Wnt/β-catenin/c-Myc *** The findings of the present study demonstrate that CFI plays a crucial role in CC development by influencing g

以永陇矿区崔木煤矿为研究背景,分析矿区含(隔)水层与煤层的空间组合及覆岩特征,结合导水裂隙带发育高度探查结果,开展巨厚砂砾岩含水层下特厚煤层保水开采分区及实践研究。结果表明:该区导水裂隙带发育高度为煤层采厚的19.93~23.23倍,已波及上覆白垩系含水层。以所确定的保水开采保护层厚度30 m为阈值,将研究区划分为自然保水开采区、可控保水开采区和保水限采区,并提出各分区相应的保水开采途径。实践表明:巨厚砂砾岩含水层下保水开采的有效途径主要包括控制导水裂隙发育高度,选用适当的工作面布局及推进速度,以及隔水层采动破坏后的恢复与再造。

There are various types of pyramid schemes that have inflicted or are inflicting losses on many people in the *** propose a pyramid scheme model which has the principal characters of many pyramid schemes that have appeared in recent years: promising high returns, rewarding the participants for recruiting the next generation of participants, and the organizer takes all of the money away when they find that the money from the new participants is not enough to pay the previous participants interest and *** assume that the pyramid scheme is carried out in the tree network, Erd?s–Réney(ER) random network, Strogatz–Watts(SW) small-world network, or Barabasi–Albert(BA) scale-free *** then give the analytical results of the generations that the pyramid scheme can last in these *** also use our model to analyze a pyramid scheme in the real world and we find that the connections between participants in the pyramid scheme may constitute a SW small-world network.

Hydrogel scaffolds have numerous potential applications in the tissue engineering ***,tough hydrogel scaffolds implanted in vivo are seldom reported because it is difficult to balance biocompatibility and high mechanical *** by Chinese ramen,we propose a universal fabricating method(printing-P,training-T,cross-linking-C,PTC&PCT)for tough hydrogel scaffolds to fill this ***,3D printing fabricates a hydrogel scaffold with desired structures(P).Then,the scaffold could have extraordinarily high mechanical properties and functional surface structure by cycle mechanical training with salting-out assistance(T).Finally,the training results are fixed by photo-cross-linking processing(C).The tough gelatin hydrogel scaffolds exhibit excellent tensile strength of 6.66 MPa(622-fold untreated)and have excellent ***,this scaffold possesses functional surface structures from nanometer to micron to millimeter,which can efficiently induce directional cell ***,this strategy can produce bionic human tissue with mechanical properties of 10 kPa-10 MPa by changing the type of salt,and many hydrogels,such as gelatin and silk,could be improved with PTC or PCT *** experiments show that this scaffold can effectively promote the new generation of muscle fibers,blood vessels,and nerves within 4 weeks,prompting the rapid regeneration of large-volume muscle loss injuries.

Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia Liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

Energy Consumption and Its Influencing Factors of Iron and Steel Enterprise

Based on the theory of system energy-saving, a multilevel input-output computational model ot the iron and steel enterprise was established. And one example was calculated using this model to analyze the product energy value, the process of energy consumption and energy consumption per ton of steel of an iron and steel enterprise. The influences of factory layout, steel ratio and production structure are calculated and analyzed. The calculation example indicates that reasonable factory layout is helpful to reduce its transportation energy consumption, decrease loss of heat, improve product rate and reduce environmental contamination; ore to steel ratio and iron to steel ratio decrease at the same degree; the influence of ore to steel ratio on energy intensity per ton is less than that of iron to steel ratio. The lord process product structure has a certain effect on comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel.

This paper proposes an adaptive neural control(ANC)method for the coupled nonlinear model of a novel type of embedded surface morphing aircraft which has a tiltable V-tail.A nonlinear model with sixdegrees-of-freedom is *** first-order sliding mode differentiator(FSMD)is applied to the control scheme to avoid the problem of“differential explosion”.Radial basis function neural networks are introduced to estimate the uncertainty and external disturbance of the model,and an ANC controller is proposed based on this design *** stability of the proposed ANC controller is proved using Lyapunov theory,and the tracking error of the closed-loop system is semi-globally uniformly *** effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method are verified by numerical simulations and hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulations.
