Exploring the performance of large language models on hepatitis B infection-related questions:A comparative study

BACKGROUND Patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection require chronic and personalized care to improve *** language models(LLMs)can potentially provide medical information for *** To examine the performance of three LLMs,ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,and Google Gemini,in answering HBV-related *** LLMs’responses to HBV-related questions were independently graded by two medical professionals using a four-point accuracy scale,and disagreements were resolved by a third *** question was run three times using three *** was assessed via the Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade *** Overall,all three LLM chatbots achieved high average accuracy scores for subjective questions(ChatGPT-3.5:3.50;ChatGPT-4.0:3.69;Google Gemini:3.53,out of a maximum score of 4).With respect to objective questions,ChatGPT-4.0 achieved an 80.8%accuracy rate,compared with 62.9%for ChatGPT-3.5 and 73.1%for Google *** the six domains,ChatGPT-4.0 performed better in terms of diagnosis,whereas Google Gemini demonstrated excellent clinical ***,in the readability analysis,the mean Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade level scores of the three LLM chatbots were significantly higher than the standard level eight,far exceeding the reading level of the normal *** Our results highlight the potential of LLMs,especially ChatGPT-4.0,for delivering responses to HBV-related *** may be an adjunctive informational tool for patients and physicians to improve ***,current LLMs should not replace personalized treatment recommendations from physicians in the management of HBV infection.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)poses a substantial risk to human health due to its high prevalence and mortality ***,current therapeutic strategies remain ***-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)offers the potential to provide comprehensive insights into GC *** To explore the distribution and dynamic changes of cell populations in the GC tumor microenvironment using scRNA-seq *** Cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues were obtained from patients diagnosed with GC at various stages(I,II,III,and IV).Single-cell suspensions were prepared and analyzed using scRNA-seq to examine transcriptome profiles and cell-cell ***,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and flow cytometry were applied for measuring the expression of cluster of differentiation(CD)2,CD3D,CD3E,cytokeratin 19,cytokeratin 8,and epithelial cell adhesion *** Transcriptome data from 73645 single cells across eight tissues of four patients were categorized into 25 distinct cell clusters,representing 10 different cell *** were observed in these cell type *** adjacent epithelial cells in stages II and III exhibited a degenerative ***,the quantity of CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells were evidently elevated in cancerous *** analysis displayed a remarkable increase in interaction between B cells and other mast cells in stages II,III,and IV of *** findings were further validated through qRT-PCR and flow cytometry,demonstrating elevated T cells and declined epithelial cells within the cancerous *** This study provides a comprehensive analysis of cell dynamics across GC stages,highlighting key interactions within the tumor *** findings offer valuable insights for developing novel therapeutic strategies.

Quantum dots enhanced stability of in-situ fabricated perovskite nanocrystals based light-emitting diodes: Electrical field distribution effects

With the development in fabricating efficient perovskite light emitting diodes (PeLEDs), improving the operating stability becomes an urgent task. Here we report quantum dot (QD) enhanced stability of PeLEDs by introducing CdSe/ZnS core-shell QDs in toluene anti-solvent during in-situ fabrication of FAPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) films. In comparison with PNC films with pristine toluene as the anti-solvent, the as-prepared FAPbBr3 PNC films with a QD monolayer on the surface exhibit improved photoluminescence quantum yield, enhanced photostability and better reproducibility. Benefiting from these advantages, the peak luminance and the maximum external quantum efficiency of the PeLED containing QD monolayer are increased from 6807 cd/m2 to 86670 cd/m2 and 2.4% to 7.1%, respectively. The T50 lifetime under the initial luminance of 1021 cd/m2 approaches 83 minutes. Based on electrical field simulation and transient electroluminescence measurements, the enhanced stability can be mainly attributed to the electrical field redistribution induced by the QD monolayer. This work demonstrates that the combination of QDs and perovskites provides an effective strategy to address the operational stability of PeLEDs. The insights into electrical field distribution effect will make great impact on stability improvement of other perovskite based devices. © 2022

为满足日益严格的能耗、环保和安全的要求,先进超高强钢(AHSS)的开发与应用受到愈来愈多钢厂和车厂的关注。宝钢以C-Si-Mn的成分体系为基础,采用淬火—配分(Q&P)退火工艺,成功开发出抗拉强度达1.2 GPa,断裂延伸率在15%以上,扩孔率在30%以上的新一代汽车用超高强钢。通过力学性能测试、显微组织表征以及XRD定量分析等方法对材料的强韧化机理进行了研究。结果显示,铁素体、回火板条马氏体和残余奥氏体构成的复相组织结构及残余奥氏体在变形过程中产生的TRIP效应,使得材料具有优异的综合性能,特别适合形状复杂的车身结构件和安全件的生产。

Deciphering the role of ultra-low-loaded rhodium in NiFe-MIL-53 for superior oxygen evolution reaction

Designing highly active and stable electrocatalysts of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is one of the crucial *** this study,a novel OER electrocatalyst,NiFe-MIL-53 modified with ultra-low rhodium(Rh@NiFe-MIL-53),is successfully prepared via the hydrothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly,the enhanced reversibility of electrochemical reconstruction between NiFeOOH and NiFe(OH)_(2)after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability of the catalyst.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra show the strong electronic interaction between single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center(εd),accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxygen-containing intermediates,thereby lowering the energy barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity(240 mV)with a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec^(-1)and long-term durability(over1270 h at 10 m A cm^(-2)and 110 h at 200 mA cm^(-2)).This work presents a new perspective on designing highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.

为了提高干菌吸附污染物的性能,分别用酸质子化处理的干菌(B.1)以及先去羧基后酸质子化处理的干菌(B.2)对共存污染物活性蓝13(RB13)和五氯酚(PCP)进行吸附去除。实验结果表明,pH值是影响吸附性能的主要因素,干菌在酸性条件下(pH=3)的污染物吸附能力要高于中性条件(pH=7)。中性条件下,干菌吸附污染物符合拟二级动力学模型及Langmuir吸附等温模型,B.2和B.1的最大单层饱和吸附量分别为38.02(RB13)、48.78 mg×g^(-1)(PCP)和26.35(RB13)、33.90 mg×g^(-1)(PCP);酸性条件下,干菌吸附RB13符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,而吸附PCP则是线性吸附模型。改性后的干菌强化了RB13及PCP的吸附去除,同时B.2较B.1和未改性干菌有更好的污染物去除效果。

＜正＞Dopamine,as an important neuromodulator in the vertebrate retina,exerts its actions through two classes of receptors,known as the D1 and D2 *** this work,localization of D1 receptors in carp retina was studied using immunofluorescence double labeling and confocal laser scanning microscopy.D1-immunoreactivity（-IR） was observed in a lot of cells in the inner nuclear layer（INL） and some cells in the ganglion cell layer（GCL）.Anti-protein kinase C（PKC）, tyrosine hydroxylase（TH） and choline acetyltransferase（ChAT） antibodies were used to label rod-ON bipolar cells, dopaminergic amacrine cells（ACs） and cholinergic ACs,*** labeling experiments showed that D1 was strongly expressed in the somata of rod-ON bipolar cells,whereas the dendrites in the outer plexiform layer（OPL） and the terminals in the inner plexiform（IPL） of these cells were weakly ***-labeled dopaminergic ACs were located in the inner part of the INL and sent processes mainly into the outer sublayer of the IPL.D1 -IR was clearly observed in the somata but not seen in the processes of dopaminergic *** addition,D1 was also expressed in the somata of two types of cholinergic ACs（ACh-a,ACh-b）,with their cell bodies located in INL and GCL,respectively,but not in their processes in the ***,labeling for D1 was also observed in the ganglion cells which were retrogradely labelled by fluorogold. The wide expression profile of D1 suggests that the retinal dopaminergic system is organized in a way that favors its working through both wiring and volume transmission.
