报道了发现于陕西省大巴山地区的山兰属植物新种——巴山山兰(Oreorchis bashanensis),该种与山兰(O.patens)接近,主要区别在于前者先花后叶,假鳞茎较大,叶2~3枚,叶片较大,花唇瓣爪长度占总长1/2,唇瓣侧裂片直立,褶片在唇盘中央膨大为橙红色龙骨状附属物,并突出于唇瓣之上;后者四季常绿,叶1~2枚,叶片较小,花唇瓣爪长度约为总长1/4,唇瓣侧裂片镰曲,唇盘纵褶片脊状,白色至浅黄色。凭证标本藏于陕西理工大学植物标本馆(HZTC)。

Image fusion is a key technology in the field of digital image processing.In the present study,an effect-based pseudo color fusion model of infrared and visible images based on the rattlesnake vision imaging system(the rattlesnake bimodal cell fusion mechanism and the visual receptive field model)is proposed.The innovation point of the proposed model lies in the following three features:first,the introduction of a simple mathematical model of the visual receptive field reduce computational complexity;second,the enhanced image is obtained by extracting the common information and unique information of source images,which improves fusion image quality;and third,the Waxman typical fusion structure is improved for the pseudo color image fusion model.The performance of the image fusion model is verified through comparative experiments.In the subjective visual evaluation,we find that the color of the fusion image obtained through the proposed model is natural and can highlight the target and scene details.In the objective quantitative evaluation,we observe that the best values on the four indicators,namely standard deviation,average gradient,entropy,and spatial frequency,accounts for 90%,100%,90%,and 100%,respectively,indicating that the fusion image exhibits superior contrast,image clarity,information content,and overall activity.Experimental results reveal that the performance of the proposed model is superior to that of other models and thus verified the validity and reliability of the model.

Purpose: To investigate the influence of the same mechanical loading on osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis in vitro . Methods: Primary osteoblasts, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs, cultured in osteoinductive medium) and RAW264.7 cells cultured in osteoclast inductive medium were all subjected to a 1000 μstrain (μs) at 1 Hz cyclic mechanical stretch for 30 min (twice a day). Results: After mechanical stimulation, the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity, osteocalcin protein level of the osteoblasts and BMSCs were all enhanced, and the mRNA levels of ALP and collagen type I increased. Additionally, extracellular-deposited calcium of both osteoblasts and BMSCs increased. At the same time, the activity of secreted tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase, the number of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-positive multinucleated cells, matrix metalloproteinase-9 protein levels of RAW264.7 cells and the extracellular calcium solvency all decreased. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that 1000 μs cyclic mechanical loading enhanced osteoblasts activity, promoted osteoblastic differentiation of BMSCs and restrained osteoclastogenesis of RAW264.7 cells in vitro .

Inspired by the demand of improving the riding comfort and meeting the lightweight design of the vehicle, an inerter-based X-structure nonlinear energy sink(IXNES) is proposed and applied in the half-vehicle system to enhance the dynamic performance. The X-structure is used as a mechanism to realize the nonlinear stiffness characteristic of the NES, which can realize the flexibility, adjustability, high efficiency, and easy operation of nonlinear stiffness, and is convenient to apply in the vehicle suspension, and the inerter is applied to replacing the mass of the NES based on the mass amplification characteristic. The dynamic model of the half-vehicle system coupled with the IX-NES is established with the Lagrange theory, and the harmonic balance method(HBM) and the pseudo-arc-length method(PALM) are used to obtain the dynamic response under road harmonic excitation. The corresponding dynamic performance under road harmonic and random excitation is evaluated by six performance indices, and compared with that of the original half-vehicle system to show the benefits of the IX-NES. Furthermore, the structural parameters of the IX-NES are optimized with the genetic algorithm. The results show that for road harmonic and random excitation, using the IX-NES can greatly reduce the resonance peaks and root mean square(RMS) values of the front and rear suspension deflections and the front and rear dynamic tire loads, while the resonance peaks and RMS values of the vehicle body vertical and pitching accelerations are slightly larger.When the structural parameters of the IX-NES are optimized, the vehicle body vertical and pitching accelerations of the half-vehicle system could reduce by 2.41% and 1.16%,respectively, and the other dynamic performance indices are within the reasonable ranges.Thus, the IX-NES combines the advantages of the inerter, X-structure, and NES, which improves the dynamic performance of the half-vehicle system and provides an effective option for vibration attenuation in the vehicle engineering.

2016年《环境污染刑事解释》(1)设定了"严重污染环境"的三种认定标准:行为标准、结果标准以及堵截性标准,并从此折射了司法机关在认定污染环境罪时的两种理念变迁:法益保护从单一性向多元性转变;犯罪认定从惩罚性思维向预防性思维转变。司法解释对"严重污染环境"的具体规定之所以引发诸多争议,原因就在于该司法解释并没有做到与修正之后的立法相同步,司法机关出台的司法解释没有完全跟上刑事立法的理念变迁。因此,犯罪认定时应该坚守法益保护的一元性与预防性思维。基于上述两种理念,我国现有的司法解释应该进行如下改造:坚守行为标准,将结果标准向结果加重犯转化,废弃堵截性标准。

基于单缸柴油机台架试验和虚拟样机仿真分析,研究了缸盖表面振动加速度信号的主要激励源及其耦合关系,讨论了带通滤波技术和经验模态分解提取的燃烧激励响应信号完整性与有效性。结果表明:缸盖表面振动加速度信号主要激励源为缸内压力和往复惯性力;二者的振动响应在时频域重叠,重叠部分的能量取决于缸内工作过程及发动机转速;基于相干性分析的带通滤波技术提取的燃烧激励响应曲线上,用于识别燃烧过程特征参数的特征点位置受发动机机型及缸内燃烧状态影响;经验模态分解得到的燃烧激励响应与非燃烧激励响应间存在模态混叠问题,基于往复惯性力激励响应信号描述模型可对分解得到的燃烧激励响应信号进行修正,降低燃烧激励响应曲线上与燃烧过程相关的特征点的离散度。

Specific grades of high-entropy alloys(HEAs)can provide opportunities for optimizing properties toward high-temperature applications.In this work,the Co-based HEA with a chemical composition of Co_(47.5)Cr_(30)Fe_(7.5)Mn_(7.5)Ni_(7.5)(at%)was chosen.The refractory metallic elements hafnium(Hf)and molybdenum(Mo)were added in small amounts(1.5at%)because of their well-known positive effects on high-temperature properties.Inclusion characteristics were comprehensively explored by using a two-dimensional cross-sectional method and extracted by using a three-dimensional electrolytic extraction method.The results revealed that the addition of Hf can reduce Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions and lead to the formation of more stable Hf-rich inclusions as the main phase.Mo addition cannot influence the inclusion type but could influence the inclusion characteristics by affecting the physical parameters of the HEA melt.The calculated coagulation coefficient and collision rate of Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions were higher than those of HfO_(2)inclusions,but the inclusion amount played a larger role in the agglomeration behavior of HfO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions.The impurity level and active elements in HEAs were the crucial factors affecting inclusion formation.

The interaction of water with TiO_(2) surfaces is of enduring interest because of wide applications of the TiO_(2) materials in aqueous environments.The structure and dynamic properties of water molecules in TiO_(2) nanopores are crucial as increasingly TiO_(2) materials are synthesized into nanoporous structures.In this work,the structural and dynamic properties of water molecules in nanoscale slit pores of TiO_(2) are investigated,by using three sets of force field models for the water-TiO_(2) interaction,as well as four TiO_(2) slit pore widths.It is concluded that the water-TiO_(2) interaction dominates the interfacial structure of water molecules,while the dynamic properties of water molecules are primarily influenced by the slit width in both interfacial and central regions.These findings indicate that both of the fluid properties and the interactions of fluids with pore wall will determine the transport properties of fluid in nanopores.If the pore size is large enough,e.g.1.0 nm or larger in this work,the transport properties will be determined most by the fluids themselves.For the cases of pores whose sizes are in the range of interfacial region,the influences of pore size and interfacial interaction will interfere each other.
