Objective evaluation of burn and post-surgical scars and the accuracy of subjective scar type judgment

Background The true proliferation degree of burn and operation scars during their maturation was poorly defined. The objective of this study was to provide a quantitative evaluation of the proliferation degree of deep-partial thickness burn and surgical suture wound scars after wound healing and the accuracy of subjective judgment of scar types. Methods A total of 423 patients in the burn group and 667 patients in the suture wound group were enrolled in this study. Objective scar measurement （by negative-positive moulage） was carried out at 3, 6 and 12 months after wound healing in 1090 patients from different regions in China. The Kruskal-Wallis H test and chi-square test were used in the statistical analysis. Results The median degrees of scar proliferation were 0.03 cm at 3 months, 0.03 cm at 6 months and 0 cm at 12 months in the burn group and 0.05 cm, 0.04 cm and 0.04 cm respectively in the suture wound group. At 3 and 6 months post wound healing, there was no significant difference in scar proliferation between the groups （P 〉0.01）. After 1 year, burn scars displayed evidence of atrophy （P 〈0.01）. Although the degree of scar proliferation differed among the four scar types （P 〈0.01）, the ranges of scar height in the four scar types largely overlapped when judged in a subjective manner, especially in proliferation and superficial scars. Conclusions Scar atrophy occurs after one year in burns, but not in the surgical suture wound group. It is important to take anti-scar therapy for surgical wounds as well as burn wounds. The various scar types could not be judged precisely in a subjective manner.

Mechanism of Functional Responses to Loading of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Cement-based Composites

Single fiber pull-out testing was conducted to study the origin of the functional responses to loading of carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composites. The variation of electrical resistance with the bonding force on the fiber-matrix interface was measured. Single fiber electromechanical testing was also conducted by measuring the electrical resistance under static tension. Comparison of the results shows that the resistance increasing during single fiber pull-out is mainly due to the changes at the interface. The conduction mechanism of the composite can be explained by the tunneling model. The interfacial stress causes the deformation of interfacial structure and the interfacial debonding, which have influences on the tunneling effect and result in the change of resistance.

目的:通过实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术定量分析不同年龄阶段健康成人女性的肛门括约肌复合体(ASC)的硬度,为今后评估ASC的病变奠定基础。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年9月于云南大学附属医院行盆底及经阴道超声检查的健康女性124例,根据年龄分为4组。采用二维超声测量ASC的厚度,SWE测量ASC的弹性模量平均值;比较不同年龄ASC的厚度及弹性模量值的差异,分析二者之间的差异。结果:肛门内括约肌近端平面9点、12点、3点、6点厚度;中部平面9点、12点、3点、6点厚度;远端平面9点、3点、6点厚度与年龄呈微弱正相关(r_(p)=0.279、0.298、0.251、0.321、0.247、0.294、0.311、0.399、0.193、0.218、0.251,P<0.01)。肛门外括约肌远端平面9点、3点、6点厚度与年龄呈微弱正相关(r_(p)=0.202、0.232、0.305,P<0.05)。肛门内括约肌近端平面9点、12点、3点、6点弹性值;中部平面9点、12点、3点、6点弹性值;远端平面9点、12点、3点、6点弹性值与年龄呈负相关(r_(p)=-0.339、-0.157、-0.466、-0.554,-0.413、-0.183、-0.438、-0.548,-0.403、-0.291、-0.465、-0.509,P<0.01)。肛门外括约肌远端平面9点、12点、3点、6点弹性值与年龄呈负相关(r_(p)=-0.422、-0.317、-0.450、-0.540,P<0.01)。双侧耻骨直肠肌弹性值与年龄呈负相关(r_(p)=-0.397、-0.450,P<0.01)。结论:经会阴高频超声能清晰显示ACS的结构,SWE技术可以定量评估ACS的硬度,为临床提供重要参考依据。

目的:探究社区参与、社区认同对易地扶贫搬迁户生活满意度的影响。方法:通过入户方式,采用生活满意度量表、社区认同量表以及社区参与问卷,间隔约6个月向搬迁户共实施三次调查,其中完成全部次数调查的有效被试为383人。结果:相关分析表明,三个调查时间点的社区认同与生活满意度测量结果均显著正相关,而社区参与和社区认同以及生活满意度的相关则在不同调查时间点存在差异。纵向中介效应分析发现,T1时间点搬迁户社区参与对其T3时间点生活满意度的直接预测效应不显著(effect size=-0.034,P=0.424),但T2时间点社区认同作为中介变量的正向中介效应显著(effect size=0.035,P=0.016)。结论:社区参与可以借助社区认同作为“桥梁”促进搬迁户生活满意度的提升。

Multi-indicator assessment of water environment in government environmental auditing

This study focused on a multi-indicator assessment methodology for governmental environmental auditing of water protection programs. The environmental status of Wuli Lake in China was assessed using the global indicators （driver-status-response） developed by the Commission on Sustainable Development, and four additional indicators proposed by the author： water quality, pollution load, aquatic ecosystem status, and lake sediment deposition. Various hydrological, chemical, biological and environmental parameters were used to estimate the values of the indicators for assessment of environmental status of the lake based on time series data sets for twenty years. The indicators proposed can be customized to meeting the needs for particular assessment of water protection programs. This method can be used to evaluate the performance of national environmental protection programs and provide technical support for environmental auditors.

针对传统卷积网络对无人机图像中小目标检测精度低和误检问题,本研究提出一种改进的无人机图像小目标检测算法,提高航拍检测精度。本算法采用YOLOv7作为基本框架,并在空间金字塔池化中融入动态稀疏注意力,形成SPPCSPC-B模块,增强了对小目标的检测能力。同时,本算法使用局部卷积替代了高效聚合网络中的部分群卷积,形成ELAN-P模块,提高了检测速度。最后,使用轻量级上采样算子CARAFE对特征进行重组,进一步提高了检测精度。在Aerial-airport数据集上的实验结果表明,本算法在参数量减少9%、模型缩小8%的情况下,检测精度达94.7%,召回率达到90.8%,比基准算法提高了3.9个百分点,且有效改善了小目标误检、漏检现象。

Phase-field simulation on microstructure evolution of D019 phase in γ/γ′structure of Co–Al–W superalloys

The morphological evolution and precipitation kinetics of γ′ and D0(CoW) phase in Co–Al–W alloys at 900 °C have been studied by applying Phase-field method and experiment in order to understand the transformation process of γ′ phase and D0phase. The growth processes of D0phase and precipitation of γ′ phase under elastic fields were simulated through coupling with thermodynamics and dynamics databases. The simulation results indicate that the misfit δ≥ 0.53% has a greater impact on γ′ particle morphology in γ/γ′ ***–Al–W alloy with low Al and high W is one of the factors to promote the precipitation of D0phase. Three stages during aging, namely the γ′ phase incubation stage, the γ′ phase fast nucleation and growth stage, and the transformation from γ′ phase to D0phase stage can be observed with the non-constant coarsening rate that varying with the decrease of γ′ phase. The particle size distribution(PSD) during the precipitation of D0phase is more in line with MLSW theory than LSW theory. This simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results to help analyze microstructure evolution of Co–Al–W alloy.

Two new isomeric modified tripeptides,aspergillamides C and D(compounds 1 and 2),together with fifteen known compounds(compounds 3-17),were obtained from the marine sponge-derived fungus Aspergillus terreus SCSIO *** structures of the new compounds,including absolute configurations,were determined by extensive analyses of spectroscopic data(NMR,MS,UV,and IR)and comparisons between the calculated and experimental electronic circular dichroism(ECD)*** I(compound 11)exhibited strong inhibitory effects against Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein tyrosine phosphatase B(MptpB)with the IC_(50) being 5.11±0.53μmol·L^(–1),and acted as a noncompetitive inhibitor based on kinetic analysis.

Currently,the preparation of large-size and high-quality hexagonal boron nitride is still an urgent *** this study,we investigated the growth and diffusion of boron and nitrogen atoms on the sapphire/h-BN buffer layer by first-principles calculations based on density functional *** surface of the single buffer layer provides several metastable adsorption sites for free B and N atoms due to exothermic *** adsorption sites at the ideal growth point for B atoms have the lowest adsorption energy,but the N atoms are easily trapped by the N atoms on the surface to form N-N *** the increasing buffer layers,the adsorption process of free atoms on the surface changes from exothermic to *** diffusion rate of B atoms is much higher than that of the N atoms thus the B atoms play a major role in the formation of B-N *** introduction of buffer layers can effectively shield the negative effect of sapphire on the formation of B-N *** makes the crystal growth on the buffer layer tends to two-dimensional growth,beneficial to the uniform distribution of B and N *** findings provide an effective reference for the h-BN growth.
