Organic electrode materials take advantages of potentially sustainable production and structural tunability compared with present commercial inorganic electrode ***,their applications in traditional rechargeable batteries with nonaqueous electrolytes suffer from the premature failure and safety *** comparison,aqueous rechargeable batteries based on organic electrode materials have received extensive attentions in recent years for low-cost and sustainable energy storage systems due to their inherent *** review aims to provide a comprehensive summary on the recent progress in advanced organic electrode materials for aqueous rechargeable *** start from the overview of working principles and general design strategies of organic electrode materials in aqueous rechargeable *** the research advances of organic electrode materials in various aqueous rechargeable batteries are highlighted in terms of charge carriers(monovalent ions,multivalent ions,and anions).We emphasized the characteristics of organic electrode materials in various charge ***,the critical challenges and future efforts of aqueous organic rechargeable batteries are *** organic electrode materials with better electronic conductivity and fast reaction kinetics are still needed to build advanced aqueous batteries for commercial applications.

Mutations in mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)are maternally inherited and have the potential to cause severe *** replacement therapies,including spindle,polar body,and pronuclear transfers,are promising strategies for preventing the hereditary transmission of mtDNA *** pronuclear transfer has been used to generate mitochondrial replacement mouse models and human embryos,its application in non-human primates has not been previously *** this study,we successfully generated four healthy cynomolgus monkeys(Macaca fascicularis)via female pronuclear *** individuals all survived for more than two years and exhibited minimal mtDNA carryover(3.8%–6.7%),as well as relatively stable mtDNA heteroplasmy dynamics during *** successful establishment of this nonhuman primate model highlights the considerable potential of pronuclear transfer in reducing the risk of inherited mtDNA diseases and provides a valuable preclinical research model for advancing mitochondrial replacement therapies in humans.

Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of *** study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal pieces and the substance ***:Network pharmacology was employed to investigate the potential active components and molecular mechanisms of Sanhua decoction in the treatment of stroke.15 batches of Sanhua decoction lyophilized powder were prepared using traditional formulas and subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography analysis to generate fingerprints of the Sanhua decoction substance ***,a multi-component quantitative analysis method was established,allowing for the simultaneous determination of ten components,to study the transfer of quantity values between pieces and substance ***:60 active ingredients were screened from Sanhua decoction by network pharmacology,of which gallic acid,magnolol honokiol,physcion,and aloe-emodin may have a greater effect than other active components.63 key targets and 134 pathways were predicted as the potential mechanism of Sanhua decoction in treating *** fingerprint similarity of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks was found to be good among the 15 batches,confirming the 19 common *** content of the 10 components was basically *** components’transfer rates were within 30%of their respective ***:This study provided a comprehensive and reliable strategy for the quality evaluation of Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks and held significant importance in improving its application value.

Background:Shenzao dripping pill(SZDP)is empirically prescribed for treating cardiac ***,there is a lack of comprehensive knowledge regarding the underlying mechanisms contributing to its therapeutic *** objective of this study is to investigate the underlying mechanism of SZDP against chronic myocardial ischemia(CMI)in a rat ***:In this study,we utilized electrocardiographic and echocardiographic detection along with pathological tissue analysis to evaluate the efficacy of *** integration of network pharmacology and metabolomics was conducted to investigate the *** docking and molecular dynamics simulations were used to validate the binding energy between the compounds of SZDP and the associated ***:The results showed that SZDP was able to improve T wave voltage,reverse CMI abnormalities in ejection fraction and fractional shortening,and restore histopathological heart *** results indicated that disturbances of metabolic profile in CMI rats were partly corrected after SZDP administration,mainly affecting purine metabolism.13-Docosenamide may be the potential metabolic biomarker of the therapeutic application of SZDP for *** network pharmacology and metabolomics,thiopurine S-methyltransferase(TPMT),xanthine dehydrogenase/oxidase(XDH),bifunctional purine biosynthesis protein ATIC(ATIC),and cytochrome p4501A1(CYP1A1)were identified as possible targets of SZDP to exert therapeutic effects by enhancing the metabolic levels of L-Tryptophan,Deoxyribose 1-phosphate and Phosphoribosyl ***:SZDP has a therapeutic effect on CMI by regulating metabolite levels,acting on the targets of TMPT,XDH,ATIC,and CYP1A1,and reducing cardiomyocyte injury and myocardial fibrosis.

针对目前航空、航天工件内孔表面有凸起毛刺且不容易去除的问题,提出一种气液固多相流技术方法。基于Fluent数值分析对多相流下的不同气体压力、水流速度和磨粒浓度参数进行流体仿真,得到影响加工的近壁区内表面处的磨粒速度、相对压力及磨粒体积分数参数,采用MATLAB软件利用BP神经网络对各参数进行拟合,通过BP预测模型再运用PSO(粒子群算法)在支配解集中求解满足约束数学模型的气液固三相流最优输入值,基于最优输入值搭建试验平台并设计L9(33)正交试验对工件内表面进行加工,最后通过白光干涉仪测量加工前后的内孔表面精度,验证了仿真最优参数与试验加工最优参数的一致性,运用最优参数值下的气液固流体对工件内表面加工,经测量显示,内表面精度提高了75%,满足航空航天工件的应用要求。
