Diagenesis and reservoir-quality evaluation of non-marine tight-gas sandstones have been little studied. Lower Cretaceous Denglouku Formation sandstones in the Songliao Basin, northeastern China form the newly discovered tight-gas reservoirs. The sandstones, obtained from eight wells from three gasfields, mainly comprise moderate to well sorted, fine-to medium-grained feldspatic litharenites deposited in non-marine braided-fluvial to braid-delta settings under warm, arid to semi-arid climatic conditions. Data included description of cores, well logs, thin section petrography, and X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analyses. Diagenetic processes that have affected the Denglouku sandstones include compaction and precipitation of authigenic cements including carbonates（calcite, dolomite, and ferroan calcite）, quartz, chlorite and illite. Porosity characteristics of the sandstones are closely linked to sediment textures and depositional facies, resulting in three groups of sandstones with distinctive diagenetic features:（1） coarser-grained sandstones deposited in braid-delta mouth bars and distributary channels and braided-fluvial channels;these sandstones contain relatively high porosity（up to 5%） with abundant chlorite and illite pore-lining cements but relatively minor carbonate cement;（2） coarser-grained sandstones deposited in braid-delta braid bars, distal bars and sand sheets and in braided fluvial braid bars, which contain little porosity due to a greater abundance of carbonate and quartz cements but low volumes of pore-lining clay minerals;and（3） finer-grained sandstones deposited in braid-delta mouth bars, distributary channels, braid bars, distal bars and sand sheets, and in braided-fluvial channels and braid bars;these sandstones have poor reservoir quality with the largest amounts of chlorite and illite pore-lining cements. A reservoir quality prediction model is proposed and incorporates textural, depositional and diagenetic attributes. The

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries （AZIBs） have received considerable attention owing to their various advantages such as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and high ionic ***,they still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth,corrosion,hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocrystal layer on the Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving these ***,we propose the use of a perovskite CaTiO3（CTO） protective layer on Zn（CTO@Zn） as a promising approach for improving the performance of *** CTO artificial layer provides an efficient pathway for Zn ion diffusion towards the Zn metal because of the high dielectric constant （εr=180） and ferroelectric characteristics that enable the alignment of dipole moments and redistribute the Zn2+ions in the CTO *** avoiding the direct contact of the Zn anode with the electrolyte solution,the uneven dendrite growth,corrosion,parasitic side reactions,and HER are mitigated,while CTO retains its mechanical and chemical robustness during ***,CTO@Zn demonstrates an improved lifespan in a symmetric cell configuration compared with bare ***@Zn shows steady overpotential （～68 m V） for 1500 h at 1 mA cm-2/0.5 mA h cm-2,excelling bare ***,when paired with the V2O5-C cathode,the CTO@Zn//V2O5-C full battery delivers 148.4 mA h g-1（based on the mass of the cathode） after 300 *** study provides new insights into Zn metal anodes and the development of high-performance AZIBs.

所研究的砂岩产出于西太平洋弧后盆地的深海钻探计划299孔(日本海)、297孔(四国盆地北部)、445和446孔(大东海岭和海盆地区)、453孔(马里亚纳海沟)、286孔(新赫布里底盆地)、285孔(南斐济盆地),主要为安山岩岛弧的火山碎屑砂岩;其成岩作用的程度取决于原始成分、埋藏速率、盆地热流史和相对于裂谷作用过程的砂岩沉积的时间及伴随的高热流。砂岩中含有大量火山碎屑成分,表示它比含大量其它岩屑和矿物的砂岩受较大的成岩作用影响。在裂谷作用早期阶段沉积的、埋藏速率低和地壳热流高的砂岩(445和446孔),其井中成岩作用变化很大。这些成岩作用变化包括早期孔隙空间的减少和粘土矿物,随后为方解石的环边胶结,其后是斜发沸石、片沸石、方沸石和晚期方解石的填孔胶结作用。在钻孔的最深部位可以看到火山岩碎屑被燧石、方解石和沸石所交代。裂谷作用以后,在低热流条件下沉积的砂岩作用变化很不明显,特别是在砂岩埋藏很快的情况下。与早期裂谷作用一起出现的热流、由热对流驱动的流体循环,以及缓慢的埋藏速率,控制着这些砂岩的成岩作用变化。因此,确定弧后盆地中的裂谷作用与砂岩沉积的时间及其埋藏速率是控制砂岩成岩作用的关键因素。

Research on human emotions has started to address psychological aspects of human nature and has advanced to the point of designing various models that represent them quantitatively and systematically. Based on the findings, a method is suggested for emotional space formation and emotional inference that enhance the quality and maximize the reality of emotion-based personalized services. In consideration of the subjective tendencies of individuals, AHP was adopted for the quantitative evaluation of human emotions, based on which an emotional space remodeling method is suggested in reference to the emotional model of Thayer and Plutchik, which takes into account personal emotions. In addition, Sugeno fuzzy inference, fuzzy measures, and Choquet integral were adopted for emotional inference in the remodeled personalized emotional space model. Its performance was evaluated through an experiment. Fourteen cases were analyzed with 4.0 and higher evaluation value of emotions inferred, for the evaluation of emotional similarity, through the case studies of 17 kinds of emotional inference methods. Matching results per inference method in ten cases accounting for 71% are confirmed. It is also found that the remaining two cases are inferred as adjoining emotion in the same section. In this manner, the similarity of inference results is verified.

Short-term and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic vs open ileocolic resection in patients with Crohn's disease: Propensityscore matching analysis

For deblurring images corrupted by random valued noise, two-phase methods first select likely-to-be reliables （data that are not corrupted by random valued noise） and then deblur images only with selected data. Two-phase methods, however, often cause defective data artifacts, which are mixed results of missing data artifacts caused by the lack of data and noisy data artifacts caused mainly by falsely selected outliers （data that are corrupted by random valued noise）. In this paper, to suppress these defective data artifacts, we propose a blurring model based reliable-selection technique to select reliables as many as possible to make all of to-be-recovered pixel values to contribute to selected data, while excluding outliers as accurately as possible. We also propose a normalization technique to compensate for non-uniform rates in recovering pixel values. We conducted simulation studies on Gaussian and diagonal deblurring to evaluate the performance of proposed techniques. Simulation results showed that proposed techniques improved the performance of two-phase methods, by suppressing defective data artifacts effectively.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers in Eastern Asia, and its incidence is increasing globally. Numerous experimental models have been developed to better our understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of HCC and to evaluate novel therapeutic approaches. Molecular imaging is a convenient and up-to-date biomedical tool that enables the visualization, characterization and quantification of biologic processes in a living subject. Molecular imaging based on reporter gene expression, in particular, can elucidate tumor-specific events or processes by acquiring images of a reporter gene’s expression driven by tumor-specific enhancers/promoters. In this review, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various experimental HCC mouse models and we present in vivo images of tumor-specific reporter gene expression driven by an alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) enhancer/promoter system in a mouse model of HCC. The current mouse models of HCC development are established by xenograft, carcinogen induction and genetic engineering, representing the spectrum of tumor-inducing factors and tumor locations. The imaging analysis approach of reporter genes driven by AFP enhancer/promoter is presented for these different HCC mouse models. Such molecular imaging can provide longitudinal information about carcinogenesis and tumor progression. We expect that clinical application of AFP-targeted reporter gene expression imaging systems will be useful for the detection of AFP-expressing HCC tumors and screening of increased/decreased AFP levels due to disease or drug treatment.
