Lithium-sulfur batteries are recognized as one of the most promising next-generation high-performance energy storage systems. However, obstacles like the irreversible capacity loss hinder its broad application. Herein,we fabricated an interconnected three-dimensional MoS_(2)-MoN heterostructure(3D-MoS_(2)-MoN) via a facile salttemplate method, overcoming the intrinsic shortcomings such as poor conductivity and compact morphology of traditionally-synthesized transition metal sulfides(TMSs).Furthermore, excellent electrocatalysis ability and hierarchical pore structure effectively accelerate the sluggish lithium polysulfides conversions during cycling. As a result, 3D-MoS_(2)-MoN showed a high initial specific capacity of 1466 mAh·g^(-1)and excellent high-rate capability up to 4℃. A stable cycling performance with a sulfur loading of 2 mg·cm^(-2) was realized with a low decay rate of 0.069% per cycle. This work introduced a rational design route for the appliance of TMSs in the lithiumsulfur batteries.

Background: Esophageal cancer is associated with substantial disease burden in China, and data on the economic burden are fundamental for setting priorities in cancer interventions. The medical expenditure for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer in China has not been fully quantified. This study aimed to examine the medical expenditure of Chinese patients with esophageal cancer and the associated ***: From 2012 to 2014, a hospital-based multicenter retrospective survey was conducted in 37 hospitals in 13 provinces/municipalities across China as a part of the Cancer Screening Program of Urban China. For each esophageal cancer patient diagnosed between 2002 and 2011, clinical information and expense data were extracted by using structured questionnaires. All expense data were reported in Chinese Yuan(CNY; 1 CNY = 0.155 USD) based on the2011 value and inflated using the year-specific health care consumer price index for ***: A total of 14,967 esophageal cancer patients were included in the analysis. It was estimated that the overall average expenditure per patient was 38,666 CNY, and an average annual increase of 6.27% was observed from 2002(25,111 CNY) to 2011(46,124 CNY). The average expenditures were 34,460 CNY for stage Ⅰ,39,302 CNY for stage Ⅱ,40,353 CNY for stage Ⅲ, and 37,432 CNY for stage IV diseases(P < 0.01). The expenditure also differed by the therapy type, which was 38,492 CNY for surgery, 27,933 CNY for radiotherapy, and 27,805 CNY for chemotherapy(P < 0.05).Drugs contributed to 45.02% of the overall ***: These conservative estimates suggested that medical expenditures for esophageal cancer in China substantially increased in the last 10 years, treatment for early-stage esophageal cancer costs less than that for advanced cases, and spending on drugs continued to account for a considerable proportion of the overall expenditure.

Background: The increasing prevalence of colorectal cancer(CRC) in China and the paucity of information about relevant expenditure highlight the necessity of better understanding the financial burden and effect of CRC diagnosis and treatment. We performed a survey to quantify the direct medical and non-medical expenditure as well as the resulting financial burden of CRC patients in ***: We conducted a multicenter, cross-sectional survey in 37 tertiary hospitals in 13 provinces across China between 2012 and 2014. Each enrolled patient was interviewed using a structured questionnaire. All expenditure data were inflated to the 2014 Chinese Yuan(CNY; 1 CNY = 0.163 USD). We quantified the overall expenditure and financial burden and by subgroup(hospital type, age at diagnosis, sex, education, occupation, insurance type, household income, clinical stage, pathologic type, and therapeutic regimen). We then performed generalized linear modeling to determine the factors associated with overall ***: A total of 2356 patients with a mean age of 57.4 years were included, 57.1 % of whom were men; 13.9% of patients had stage I cancer; and the average previous-year household income was 54,525 *** overall average direct expenditure per patient was estimated to be 67,408 CNY, and the expenditures for stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ disease were 56,099 CNY, 59,952 CNY, 67,292 CNY, and 82,729 CNY, respectively. Non-medical expenditure accounted for 8.3%of the overall expenditure. The 1-year out-of-pocket expenditure of a newly diagnosed patient was 32,649 CNY, which accounted for 59.9% of their previous-year household income and caused 75.0% of families to suffer an unmanageable financial burden. Univariate analysis showed that financial burden and overall expenditure differed in almost all subgroups(P < 0.05), except for sex. 杂化有机-无机压电材料因其电光性能优异、合成简单以及机械柔性等优点而受到广泛关注,在能源和传感领域显示出巨大的应用潜力.本文合成了一例新的零维杂化压电材料[Me-V]_(3)Mn(SCN)_(5),并与聚己二酸丁二酯对苯二甲酸丁二酯复合成膜制备了用于机械能收集的压电器件.实验结果表明,15 wt%组分的压电器件具有优异的能量收集性能,在仅0.03 MPa作用力下,可产生18.49 V的最大输出电压和7.88μW cm^(-2)的功率密度.同时,该器件在循环5500圈及60天内仍保持优异的压电性能.此外,该器件在包括手指敲击、手腕/肘部弯曲和踩踏等动作传感方面表现出良好的敏感性.这项工作证明了无铅无卤的杂化压电材料在柔性传感和能量收集方面具有巨大的应用潜力.

The central nervous system, information integration center of the body, is mainly composed of neurons and glial cells. The neuron is one of the most basic and important structural and functional units of the central nervous system, with sensory stimulation and excitation conduction functions. Astrocytes and microglia belong to the glial cell family, which is the main source of cytokines and represents the main defense system of the central nervous system. Nerve cells undergo neurotransmission or gliotransmission, which regulates neuronal activity via the ion channels, receptors, or transporters expressed on nerve cell membranes. Ion channels, composed of large transmembrane proteins, play crucial roles in maintaining nerve cell homeostasis. These channels are also important for control of the membrane potential and in the secretion of neurotransmitters. A variety of cellular functions and life activities, including functional regulation of the central nervous system, the generation and conduction of nerve excitation, the occurrence of receptor potential, heart pulsation, smooth muscle peristalsis, skeletal muscle contraction, and hormone secretion, are closely related to ion channels associated with passive transmembrane transport. Two types of ion channels in the central nervous system, potassium channels and calcium channels, are closely related to various neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. Accordingly, various drugs that can affect these ion channels have been explored deeply to provide new directions for the treatment of these neurological disorders. In this review, we focus on the functions of potassium and calcium ion channels in different nerve cells and their involvement in neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, depression, epilepsy, autism, and rare disorders. BACKGROUND The imbalance of hormone levels in the body is closely related to the occurrence and progression of schizophrenia,especially thyroid *** To study the relationship between triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),free T3(FT3),free T4(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and *** In this study,100 schizophrenia patients were selected from our hospital between April 2022 and April *** clinical data were analyzed *** on the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score,patients were divided into mild(1-3 points,n=39),moderate(4 points,n=45),and severe groups(5-7 points,n=16).Additionally,55 healthy individuals served as a control *** blood samples were collected to measure T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH,and cortisol concentrations,analyzing their relationship with PANSS *** The serum levels of T3,FT3,FT4,TSH and cortisol in the schizophrenia group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of the severity of the disease,the concentrations of T3 and T4 decreased,while the con-centrations of TSH and cortisol increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of TSH and cortisol were positively correlated with the PANSS score,while T3 and T4 were negatively correlated with the PANSS score(P<0.05).The receiver ope-rating characteristic curve results showed that T3,T4,TSH,and cortisol had good efficacy in the diagnosis of *** results showed that decreased T3 level,decreased T4 level,decreased TSH level and increased cortisol level may be independent risk factors for *** Thyroid hormone levels are associated with the severity of schizophrenia symptoms,which can provide new solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.

We present an algorithm which can realize mobile robot in unknown outdoor environments, which 3D stereo vision simultaneous localization and mapping （SLAM） for means the 6-DOF motion and a sparse but persistent map of natural landmarks be constructed online only with a stereo camera. In mobile robotics research, we extend FastSLAM 2.0 like stereo vision SLAM with ＂pure vision＂ domain to outdoor environments. Unlike popular stochastic motion model used in conventional monocular vision SLAM, we utilize the ideas of structure from motion （SFM） for initial motion estimation, which is more suitable for the robot moving in large-scale outdoor, and textured environments. SIFT features are used as natural landmarks, and its 3D positions are constructed directly through triangulation. Considering the computational complexity and memory consumption, Bkd-tree and Best-Bin-First （BBF） search strategy are utilized for SIFT feature descriptor matching. Results show high accuracy of our algorithm, even in the circumstance of large translation and large rotation movements.
