This paper proposes a two-step general framework for reversible data hiding(RDH)schemes with controllable contrast *** first step aims at preserving visual perception as much as possible on the basis of achieving high embedding capacity(EC),while the second step is used for increasing image *** the second step,some peak-pairs are utilized so that the histogram of pixel values is modified to perform histogram equalization(HE),which would lead to the image contrast ***,for HE,the utilization of some peak-pairs easily leads to over-enhanced image contrast when a large number of bits are ***,in our proposed framework,contrast over-enhancement is avoided by controlling the degree of contrast *** the second step can only provide a small amount of data due to controlled contrast enhancement,the first one helps to achieve a large amount of data without degrading visual *** RDH method which can achieve high EC while preserve good visual quality,can be selected for the first *** fact,Gao et al.’s method is a special case of our proposed *** addition,two simple and commonly-used RDH methods are also introduced to further demonstrate the generalization of our framework.

The widespread use of pesticides has caused serious harm to ecosystems,necessitating effective and environmentally friendly treatment *** stands out as a promising approach for pollutant treatment,wherein the metabolic activities of microorganisms can transform toxic pesticides into compounds with lower or no *** this study,we obtained eight pesticide-degrading strains from pesticide-contaminated sites through continuous enrichment and *** highly efficient pesticide-degrading strains(degradation ratios exceeding 80%)were *** them,Pseudomonas ***5 exhibited the strongest growth(exceeding 10^(9) CFU·ml^(-1))and outstanding degradation of benzene derivatives and chlorinated hydrocarbons at both laboratory and pilot scales,with degradation ratios exceeding 98%and 99.6%,*** research provides new tools and insights for the bioremediation of pesticide-related pollutants.

甲状腺相关眼病（TAO）是成人中最为常见的眼眶疾病。眼表疾病是致使 TAO 患者产生眼部不适感的最普遍原因，严重影响了患者的生活质量。其眼表损伤的表现多样，包括干眼、结膜充血、水肿、暴露性角膜炎、浅层点状角膜病变以及上方角膜缘角膜结膜炎等，其中干眼的发生率居首。TAO 干眼的发病机制颇为复杂。除了眼球突出及眼睑退缩等解剖结构变化导致眼表暴露之外，近年来，越来越多的研究表明泪腺免疫性损伤、睑板腺结构与功能异常、眼表慢性炎性反应等眼表微环境损伤也参与到了其发病过程之中。本文针对 TAO 患者的眼表改变以及其干眼发病机制的最新研究进展予以综述，期望为 TAO 干眼的临床治疗提供助力。

Emerging evidence showed that 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin(TCDD) could induce expression of certain reactivation-associated genes in astrocytes, however, the consequent cellular effects and molecular mechanisms are still unclear. During the process of astrocyte reactivation, migration is a critical cellular event. In the present study, we employed woundhealing assay and Transwell? motility assay to explore the effects of TCDD on cell migration in primary cultured rat cortical astrocytes. We found that upon TCDD treatments at relative low concentrations(10^(-10) and/or 10^(-9) mol/L), the ability of primary astrocytes to migrate horizontally and vertically was promoted. In line with this cellular effect, the mR NA expression of two promigratory genes, including cell division cycle 42(CDC42) and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)was induced by TCDD treatment. Dioxin exerts its toxic effects mainly through aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR) pathway. So the role of AhR pathway in the pro-migratory effects of TCDD was examined using an AhR antagonist, CH223191. We found that application of CH223191 significantly reversed the pro-migratory effects of TCDD. Interestingly, the basal ability of horizontal migration as well as basal levels of CDC42 and MMP2 expression were dramatically reduced suggesting a possible physiological role of AhR in maintaining the endogenous migration ability of the primary astrocytes. These findings support the notion that dioxin promotes astrocyte reactivation at molecular and cellular levels.

A concept of regional technological cooperation is developed based on a cooperative game theoretic model, in which a plan of payoff distributions induces an agree-rnent that is acceptable to each participant. Under certain conditions, the underlying game is shown to be convex. A hence to have a nonempty core with the Shapley value allocations, whereby participants who enjoy a greater payoff with respect to the technological cooperation compensate the participants who receive a relatively lesser payoff via cooperation. In this manner, regional technological cooperation can bring overall bene-fits to all the involved players in the game. Some insightful examples are provided to illustrate the methodological concept.

文章以布里渊指数(BI)和Hill型测度(HI)作为测度指标,对ESI数据库2017-2018年物理和化学两个学科的热点论文的跨学科性进行了分析。研究结果表明物理和化学学科热点论文的BI值和HI值均不大,BI值小于2,HI值小于9。化学学科热点论文的跨学科性测度值略高于物理学学科,物理和化学学科领域内的热点论文都引用了除自身学科领域外的其他至少一个学科的文献,大部分论文的参考文献所跨学科数目在6-10个之间。

以氧化苯乙烯为原料,通过催化加氢制得2-苯乙醇。考察了不同活性金属、活性金属负载量、载体及反应条件对氧化苯乙烯催化加氢存在的竞争反应的影响;选择Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)、Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)、Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)、Pd/MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)和Pd/AC(活性炭)催化体系为研究对象,采用XRD、H_(2)-TPD、BET、XPS和催化剂评价方法探究了催化剂与竞争反应的关联性。研究发现,在Pd基催化体系中,提高反应温度可以促进氧化苯乙烯加氢反应进行,但是过高温度更有利于异构化生成苯乙醛并进一步发生缩合反应。结果表明,以Pd_(0.5)/MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)(Pd含量为Al_(2)O_(3)载体质量的0.5%)为催化加氢体系,当反应温度为150℃时,氧化苯乙烯转化率为93%,2-苯乙醇选择性大于85%,而苯乙醛及其缩合物选择性小于15%。
