[背景]过量氡暴露被认为是导致肺癌的第二大危险因素。浙江省某市自地铁开通运行以来，地铁站放射性气体氡暴露水平及能否造成职业人群健康影响，已成为公众关注的重要问题之一。[目的]调查浙江省某市地下轨道交通的氡浓度，探讨氡暴露对职业人群染色体畸变和微核的影响。[方法]选择某市2条地铁线路，对55个站点的车控室连续监测1年，对55个站点的110个售票处和55个安检处监测1个时段（3月16日—6月14日），监测方法参照HJ 1212—2021《环境空气中氡的测量方法》，比较不同岗位类型监测点、地铁线路和季节间氡浓度之间的差异。同时对3个岗位类型监测点的165名工作人员开展外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和微核检测，检测方法参照GBZ/T 248—2014《放射工作人员职业健康检查外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变检测与评价》和GBZ/T 328—2023《放射工作人员职业健康检查外周血淋巴细胞微核检测方法与受照剂量估算标准》，并进行影响因素分析。[结果]浙江省某市地铁氡浓度范围为10～320 Bq·m–3，均低于国家标准规定公共地下建筑氡浓度控制水平(≤400 Bq·m–3)。不同线路、不同岗位类型监测点、不同时段氡的放射性水平间差异具有统计学意义（P 0.05）。单因素分析显示不同年龄、地铁站工龄、吸烟者的染色体畸变与微核有差异（P 0.05）。[结论]地铁站氡浓度处于正常水平；地铁岗位对染色体畸变和微核有影响，但染色体畸变率和微核率异常率明显低于国家标准规定限值，因此地铁氡暴露尚未对工作人员造成健康危害影响。

Objective： We examined 103 cases over the last five years and discussed diagnosis and treatment of alpha- fetoprotein （AFP）-negative small hepatic lesions. Background： Small hepatic lesions （less than 2 cm in diameter） usually have no typical imaging characteristics and therefore are difficult to diagnose, especially when AFP tests provide a negative result. Methods： A total of 103 patients with AFP-negative small hepatic lesions from January 2003 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. Differential diagnosis was performed by digital subtraction angiography （DSA）, dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging （DCE-MRI）, contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS）, or positron emission tomography-computed tomography （PET-CT） based on the multiplicity of lesions. Ninety-four patients with suspected cancers underwent partial hepatectomy. Clinical data were collected from hospital records and follow-up questionnaires. Results： Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） diagnostic sensitivity of DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT was 88.2%, 93.9%, 88.9% and 88.9%, respectively. The surgery-related complication rate was 6.4%. Prognosis was good, with 1- and 3-year survival rates of 98.8% and 76.1%, respectively. Conclusions： DSA, DCE-MRI, CEUS and PET-CT are valuable for diagnosis of small hepatic lesions. Partial hepatectomy is a preferred surgical procedure. Surgery for small liver cancers usually has little risk and good prognosis, therefore it can be actively applied in suspected HCC cases.

Gross ecosystem product(GEP) is the gross value of all ecosystem products and services provided by ecosystems for human society. In practice, GEP measures the ecosystems’ contributions to human well-being and constitutes one of the core issues in the construction of ecological civilization systems. Currently, GEP accounting faces a series of problems, such as the inconsistency of accounting subjects and a lack of accounting standards,the result of which is the non-reproducibility and weak applicability of accounting results. In this paper, mainstream models for ecosystem service valuation are summarized in a systematic manner. On this basis, eight basic principles are established for screening accounting indicators: biological productivity, human benefits, production territoriality, current increment, actual effectiveness, physical metrizability, data availability, and harmlessness. Next, a series of ecosystem service subjects are identified that need to be excluded from accounting, and the detailed reasons for their exclusion are presented. Finally, three ideas for improving GEP accounting are offered from the perspectives of the relationship between biological production and human production, the circulation-transport relationship and spatial differences, and harms to the ecosystem carrying capacity. The purpose is to provide positive considerations aimed at promoting the socio-economic applications of accounting and to contribute to the scientific quantification of the values of ecological products.

Currently,architecting a ratio nal and efficient nanoplatform combing with multi-therapeutic modalities is highly obligatory for advanced cancer *** order to remedy the self-limiting hypoxic dilemma of photodynamic therapy(PDT),herein,a facile photosensitizer(i.e.,chlorin e6,Ce6) and bioreductive prodrug(i.e.,tirapazamine,TPZ)-coloaded hyaluronic acid(HA) nanomicelles(denoted as TPZ@HA-Ce6)was developed for the cascading mode of photo-bioreductive cancer *** the typical advantage of Ce6 coupled HA conjugate,TPZ was easily and successfully accommodated into the hydrophobic core of HA-Ce6 nanomicelles,yielding TPZ@*** showed good dispersibility and stability with the hydrodynamic size of ca.170 *** targeted the CD44 overexpressed cancer cells by receptor-mediated endocytosis way and killed them effectively with singlet oxygen and the subsequent TPZ radicals resulting from the oxygen depletion of *** later was further verified by the hypoxia probe in *** murine mammary carcinoma 4 T1 model,TPZ@HA-Ce6 nanomicelles exhibited cascading and synergistic anticancer effect of PDT and TPZ bioreductive therapy compared with each *** work suggests the promising prospect of the hybrid hyaluronic nanomicelles for highly efficient cancer combination treatment.

土家族传统建筑文化特色突出、内涵丰富,依托民族历史文化和建筑遗产打造仿古小镇和街区,成为地方打造文化旅游名片提升乡村文化和产业振兴的重要手段。但在这一过程中,对于土家族传统建筑元素的设计表达,存在着认识片面、手法单一等问题。通过对重庆忠县磨子土家族乡的调研,对可用于设计表达的土家族传统建筑元素进行了梳理,并分具象的形式结构元素和抽象的空间元素两类进行分析说明。最后通过案例分析,提出了简化、融合、转译、衍生四种设计方法,以期为建筑创作中传统建筑元素的设计表达提供一些参考,更好地凸显民族文化特色。

The hypobaric hypoxic environment in highaltitude areas often aggravates the severity of inflammation and induces brain injury as a consequence. However, the critical genes regulating this process remain largely unknown. The phosphatase wild-type p53-induced phosphatase 1（WIP1） plays important roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including the regulation of inflammation in normoxia, but its functions in hypoxic inflammation-induced brain injury remain ***, we established a mouse model of this type of injury and found that WIP1 deficiency augmented the release of inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral circulation and brain tissue, increased the numbers of activated microglia/macrophages in the brain, aggravated cerebral histological lesions, and exacerbated the impairment of motor and cognitive abilities. Collectively, these results provide the first in vivo evidence that WIP1 is a critical neuroprotector against hypoxic inflammation-induced brain injury.

目的:揭示川芎治疗糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Kidney Disease,DKD)的药理机制,探索治疗DKD的新策略。方法:采用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)和Swiss Target Prediction数据库检索川芎的成分和药物靶点。用GSE30528数据集鉴定DKD肾小球相关的差异表达基因。将药物靶点和疾病靶点的交集作为潜在治疗靶点。利用Cytoscape软件构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(Protein-protein Interaction,PPI)网络和药物-化合物-靶点网络。基于Bio GPS数据库对核心靶标的组织和器官分布进行评估。采用R软件进行基因本体论(GO)富集分析及京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路分析,采用R软件进行功能注释。通过微生信平台进行基因集富集分析。采用Schrodinger和Lig Plus软件进行分子对接。对分子对接得到的最佳核心复合物进行分子动力学模拟。结果:经过筛选分析,获得6种药物活性成分和285个治疗DKD预测靶点。杨梅酮、川芎萘呋内酯和川芎醌被推测为主要活性成分。非受体酪氨酸激酶(Non-receptor tyrosine Kinase,SRC)、信号转导与转录激活因子3(Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3,STAT3)、表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor,EGFR)和雌激素受体1(Estrogen Receptor 1,ESR1)等靶标可能发挥关键作用。富集分析结果表明,川芎可能通过调节鞘脂、钙、胰岛素抵抗、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)、低氧诱导因子-1(Hypoxia-inducible Factor-1,HIF-1)、晚期糖基化终末产物-晚期糖基化终末产物受体(Advanced Glycation End Product-Advanced Glycosylation End Product Specific Receptor,AGE-RAGE)、局灶粘连等信号通路发挥治疗DKD的作用。在分子对接中,川芎醌与SRC表现出最佳的结合能,分子动力学亦证明了两者结合的稳定性。结论:基于生物信息学,预测了川芎治疗DKD的有效成分、潜在靶点和通路,为今后临床应用川芎治疗DKD提供了实验基础。此外,SRC可能是DKD的潜在治疗靶点,川芎醌可能是治疗DKD的潜在化合物,为DKD的药物筛选提供了可能性。
