In this study,we aim to investigate the reciprocal influence between language motivation and English speaking fluency among language learners,and to draw implications for effective teaching *** analyzing multiple cases of language learners in conjunction with relevant theories and practical insights,the study uncovers a dynamic correlation between language motivation and speaking *** research findings indicate that heightened language motivation can positively impact learners’speaking fluency,while improved oral skills,in turn,bolster learners’language confidence and *** on these insights,the study proposes impactful teaching approaches,such as cultivating learners’enthusiasm for language acquisition,providing diverse opportunities for oral practice,and fostering active engagement in language *** strategies are designed to enhance language motivation and speaking fluency among learners,offering valuable guidance and reference for educators.

创伤性中枢神经系统损伤包括创伤性脑损伤和脊髓损伤,具有极高的致残率和死亡率,巨额的医疗费用和后遗症进一步加重了患者和家属的经济负担及心理负担。目前对创伤性中枢神经系统损伤的治疗包括手术疗法、物理疗法、药物治疗及后期康复治疗,但均不能取得理想的疗效,亟须更有效的治疗方法。铁死亡作为新近发现的程序性细胞死亡方式之一,被证实在创伤性中枢神经系统继发性损伤中发挥关键作用,但临床转化有限。本文通过总结抗中枢神经系统损伤铁死亡药物研究成果,分析铁死亡抑制剂的种类及作用结果,为临床治疗创伤性中枢神经系统损伤及药物开发提供新思路。

钙离子(Ca^(2+))在细胞的生理活动调控中起到重要作用,包括神经元细胞的能量代谢和细胞死亡方式。线粒体作为细胞的动力工厂,为细胞的一系列生理活动提供能量,线粒体钙对腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)的产生至关重要,线粒体内Ca^(2+)失衡会严重影响神经细胞的生理活动。线粒体钙单向转运体(mitochondrial calcium uniporter,MCU)复合体是位于线粒体内膜上的一种Ca^(2+)选择性通道,在维持线粒体内Ca^(2+)的稳态中发挥重要作用,从而影响神经元的正常功能。在神经元树突中,细胞线粒体内Ca^(2+)的改变决定信号分子的释放和传入、神经元的兴奋性和突触可塑性的维持。神经系统疾病包括脑血管疾病、发作性疾病、运动障碍性疾病以及神经系统变性等都和线粒体钙有密不可分的关系。本文主要对MCU复合体的结构、功能、作用以及部分疾病治疗前景的关系进行归纳总结,探讨MCU复合体在神经系统中的作用机制。

目的:观察电针对2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, T2DM)大鼠血糖、胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance, IR)及炎症因子表达水平的影响,探讨电针治疗T2DM的潜在机制。方法:将雄性SD大鼠24只随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组,每组8只。除空白组外,各组大鼠均采用高脂高糖饲料喂养4周后结合小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin,STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。电针干预选取足三里、三阴交、胃脘下俞,采用连续波,频率为10 Hz,强度1.5 mA-2 mA,留针30 min, 6次/周,总疗程为4周。每周观察各组大鼠体重及血糖变化(Fasting Blood Glucose, FBG);干预后检测各组大鼠血清中空腹胰岛素含量(Fasting Insulin, FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homeostasis Model Assessment, HOMA-IR)及胰腺组织的形态学变化;使用ELISA检测各组血清中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白介素-6 (IL-6)、白介素-1β (IL-1β)、生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白介素-10 (IL-10)等炎症因子含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠FBG、HOMA-IR均明显增加(P<0.01),HE可见胰岛形态不规则,边缘模糊,胰岛内β细胞减少、排列紊乱,血清促炎因子MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-1β均显著增加(P<0.01);与模型组相比,电针组大鼠FBG、HOMA-IR含量有所下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),电针组大鼠HE染色胰岛边界清晰,结构较完整,胰岛面积及β细胞形态结构有所恢复,且β细胞数目较模型组增多,血清MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β等促炎因子含量表达均有效减少(P<0.05);TGF-β1、IL-10等抗炎症因子含量均明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:电针可显著改善T2DM大鼠的一般症状,降低血糖,改善T2DM大鼠胰岛素抵抗状态及炎症因子水平的表达。

目的:研究桂枝茯苓丸通过丝裂原活化细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶(MEK)/细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)通路改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)小鼠气道重塑的作用与机制。方法:采用烟熏的方法建立COPD小鼠模型,将32只造模成功小鼠随机分为模型组、桂枝茯苓丸组、PD98059组和桂枝茯苓丸+PD98059组,每组8只。另取8只未烟熏的小鼠为空白组。各组予相应药物灌胃14 d。采用小动物肺功能仪测定小鼠每分钟通气量(MV)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)和吸气峰值流速(PIF),HE染色评估肺组织炎症,Masson染色观察气道重塑改变,Western blotting检测COL1A1、COL3A1、MEK1、p-MEK1、ERK(1/2)和p-ERK(1/2)蛋白相对表达量。结果:模型组小鼠MV、PIF和PEF水平均低于空白组(P0.05)。桂枝茯苓丸组小鼠肺组织COL1A1和COL3A1蛋白相对表达量低于PD98059组(P<0.05),高于桂枝茯苓丸+PD98059组(P<0.05)。PD98059组小鼠肺组织COL1A1和COL3A1蛋白相对表达量高于桂枝茯苓丸+PD98059组(P<0.05)。桂枝茯苓丸组小鼠肺组织p-MEK1、p-ERK(1/2)、p-MEK1/MEK1和p-ERK(1/2)/ERK(1/2)低于PD98059组(P<0.05),高于桂枝茯苓丸+PD98059组(P<0.05)。PD98059组小鼠肺组织p-MEK1、p-ERK(1/2)、p-MEK1/MEK1和p-ERK(1/2)/ERK(1/2)高于桂枝茯苓丸+PD98059组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸能显著改善COPD小鼠气道重塑过程,抑制MEK/ERK通路可能是其作用机制之一。

Nucleation of lithium sulfide(Li_(2)S)induced by electrocatalysts plays a crucial role in mitigating the shut-tle ***,short-chain polysulfides on electrocatalysts surfaces tend to re-dissolve into elec-trolytes,delaying Li_(2)S supersaturation and its *** this study,we draw inspiration from the ribosome-driven protein synthesis process in cells to prepare ultrasmall nitrogen-doped MoS_(2) nanocrys-tals anchored on porous nitrogen-doped carbon networks(N-MoS_(2)-NC)***,the ex-situ SEM demonstrates that ribosome-inspired N-MoS_(2)-NC electrocatalysts induce early nucleation and rapid growth of three-dimensional Li_(2)s during *** calculations reveal that the Li-s bond length in N-MoS_(2)-Li_(2)S(100)is shorter,and the corresponding interfacial formation energy is lower than in MoS_(2)-Li_(2)S(100).This accelerated conversion of lithium polysulfides to Li_(2)S can enhance the utilization of active substances and inhibit the shuttle *** study highlights the potential of ribosome-inspired N-MoS_(2)-NC in improving the electrochemical stability of Li-S batteries,providing valuable insights for future electrocatalyst design.

Weather forecasting for the Zhangjiakou competition zone of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games is a challenging task due to its complex *** weather prediction models generally perform poorly for cold air pools and winds over complex terrains,due to their low spatiotemporal resolution and limitations in the description of dynamics,thermodynamics,and microphysics in mountainous *** study proposes an ensemble-learning model,named ENSL,for surface temperature and wind forecasts at the venues of the Zhangjiakou competition zone,by integrating five individual models—linear regression,random forest,gradient boosting decision tree,support vector machine,and artificial neural network(ANN),with a ridge regression as meta *** ENSL employs predictors from the high-resolution ECMWF model forecast(ECMWF-HRES) data and topography data,and targets from automatic weather station *** categories of predictors(synoptic-pattern related fields,surface element fields,terrain,and temporal features) are fed into *** results demonstrate that ENSL achieves better performance and generalization than individual *** root-mean-square error(RMSE) for the temperature and wind speed predictions is reduced by 48.2% and 28.5%,respectively,relative to *** the gust speed,the performance of ENSL is consistent with ANN(best individual model) in the whole dataset,whereas ENSL outperforms on extreme gust samples(42.7% compared with 38.7% obtained by ECMWF-HRES in terms of RMSE reduction).Sensitivity analysis of predictors in the four categories shows that ENSL fits their feature importance rankings and physical explanations effectively.

Regional climate response to global warming in the source region of the Yellow River and its impact on runoff

The source region of the Yellow River has experienced obvious climate and discharge changes in recent decades due to global warming, which largely affects the water resources and ecological and environmental security in the Yellow River basin. This study analyzed the changes in runoff and several climate factors in the source region of the Yellow River based on the observed discharges at the Tangnag hydrological station, routine meteorological data from China Meteorological Administration(CMA) stations within and near this source region, and several evaporation datasets. The results indicate that the runoff in the source region was relatively abundant from 1960 to 1989 and then declined sharply afterward. It recovered slightly after 2005 but was still below normal—10% less than that during 1960–1989. Similarly, the precipitation amounts in the source region were relatively low in the 1990s, but they increased significantly after 2003, with an average increase of 31.4 mm or 6% more when compared to that in 1960–1989. In addition, the temperatures in the source region continued to rise from 1960 to 2017, and the evaporation levels also showed an upward trend after 1990. The influences of the spatial and temporal variations in climatic factors on runoff in the source region were then further analyzed. The results indicate that the decreases in precipitation and the number of days of heavy rainfall in the source region from 1990 to 2002 were important reasons for the lower runoff during this period. After 2003, the precipitation in the southeastern part of the source region, which is a key area for runoff generation,increased only to a limited extent, but the evaporation in the entire source region generally increased with increasing temperature,which might have led to the low capacity for actual runoff production in each subbasin and persistent low runoff in the source region.
