Benefiting from the great advances of the femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization(TPP)technology,customized microcantilever probes can be accurately 3-dimensional(3D)manufactured at the nanoscale size and thus have exhibited considerable potentials in the fields of microforce,micro-vibration,and microforce *** this work,a controllable microstructured cantilever probe on an optical fiber tip for microforce detection is demonstrated both theoretically and *** static performances of the probe are firstly investigated based on the finite element method(FEM),which provides the basis for the structural *** proposed cantilever probe is then 3D printed by means of the TPP *** experimental results show that the elastic constant k of the proposed cantilever probe can be actively tuned from 2.46N/m to 62.35N/*** force sensitivity is 2.5nm/μN,the Q-factor is 368.93,and the detection limit is ***,the mechanical properties of the cantilever probe can be flexibly adjusted by the geometric configuration of the ***,it has an enormous potential for matching the mechanical properties of biological samples in the direct contact mode.

The most important optical component in an optical fiber endoscope is its objective *** achieve a high imaging performance level,the development of an ultra-compact objective lens is thus the key to an ultra-thin optical fiber *** this work,we use femtosecond laser 3D printing to develop a series of micro objective lenses with different optical *** imaging resolution and field-of-view performances of these printed micro objective lenses are investigated via both simulations and *** the first time,multiple micro objective lenses with different fields of view are printed on the end face of a single imaging optical fiber,thus realizing the perfect integration of an optical fiber and objective *** work demonstrates the considerable potential of femtosecond laser 3D printing in the fabrication of micro-optical systems and provides a reliable solution for the development of an ultrathin fiber endoscope.

Fluorescence lifetime imaging can reveal the high-resolution structure of various biophysical and chemical parameters in a microenvironment ***,the depth of imaging is generally limited to hundreds of micrometers due to aberration and light scattering in biological *** paper introduces an iterative multi-photon adaptive compensation technique(IMPACT)into a two-photon fluorescence lifetime microscopy system to successfully overcome aberrations and multiple scattering problems in deep *** shows that 400 correction modes can be achieved within 5 min,which was mainly limited by the frame rate of a spatial light *** system was used for high-resolution imaging of mice brain tissue and live zebrafish,further verifying its superior performance in imaging quality and photon accumulation speed.

A concept of divergence angle of light beams(DALB)is proposed to analyze the depth of field(DOF)of a 3D light-field display *** mathematical model between DOF and DALB is established,and the conclusion that DOF and DALB are inversely proportional is *** reduce DALB and generate clear depth perception,a triple composite aspheric lens structure with a viewing angle of 100°is designed and experimentally *** DALB-constrained 3D light-field display system significantly improves the clarity of 3D images and also performs well in imaging at a 3D scene with a DOF over 30 cm.

Stripe rust fungus Puccinia striiformis ***(Pst) is a destructive pathogen of wheat *** has a macrocyclic-heteroecious lifecycle,in which one-celled urediniospores are dikaryotic,each nucleus containing one haploid ***,we successfully generated the first fully haplotype-resolved and nearly gap-free chromosome-scale genome assembly of Pst by combining PacBio HiFi sequencing technology and a trio-binning *** genome size of the two haploid assemblies was 75.59 Mb and 75.91 Mb with contig N50 of 4.17 Mb and 4.60 Mb,and both had 18 *** high consensus quality values of 55.57 and 59.02 for both haplotypes confirmed the correctness of the *** the total 18 chromosomes,15 and 16 were gapless while there were only five and two gaps for the remaining chromosomes of the two haplotypes,*** total,15 046 and 15 050 protein-coding genes were predicted for the two haplotypes,and the complete BUSCO scores achieved 97.7% and 97.9%,*** genome will lay the foundation for further research on genetic variations and the evolution of rust fungi.

在病原菌与植物的互作过程中,植物细胞壁作为抵御病原菌侵染的天然物理屏障[1],在免疫应答中发挥着重要作用.为了突破这一物理屏障,病原菌通过分泌细胞壁裂解酶(cell wall-degrading enzymes,CWDEs)破坏植物细胞壁从而实现顺利入侵[2];而为了抑制病原菌的侵染,植物则会合成细胞壁裂解酶抑制剂,以抑制病原菌分泌的细胞壁裂解酶活性.

美国供应链重塑与中国外贸产业链供应链韧性

基于HS 6分位产品贸易数据,对美国供应链重塑下中国外贸产业链供应链韧性进行统计分析的结果显示,中国外贸产供链中游产品进口来源地较为集中,韧性欠佳;下游产品出口需求端高度集中且依赖美国市场,脆弱性突出;对于美国审查的关键行业产品产供链,中国农产品与食品生产行业的上游进口供给端、药品行业的上游进口供给端和出口需求端脆弱性相对突出。进一步地,基于三重差分计量模型实证发现,美国供应链审查显著促进了中国关键行业产品的贸易向第三方转移,韧性增强,而对中国外贸地理多元化影响不显著。这表明美国供应链审查冲击下中国关键行业产品外贸产供链韧性的提升在短期主要体现在与第三方贸易伙伴加深贸易联系,而非提升外贸地理多元化。据此,需要聚焦美国供应链重塑战略下的关键行业产品,积极构建区域产供链合作体系,拓展外贸结构多元化;提升自主创新能力,攻克进口供给端“卡脖子”技术难题,着力增强中国外贸产供链韧性和安全,从而推进中国外贸高质量发展。

基于HS 6分位产品贸易数据,我们评估中美双边产业链供应链行业产品韧性发现,2022年中国从美国进口脆弱性主要为玉米、食用高粱等上游初级产品和疫苗、核反应堆零件、航空器等高技术产品,对美国出口脆弱性集中于视频游戏控制器、节日娱乐用品等下游低技术产品。结合贸易规模、技术密集度和市场竞争力,我们识别出当前中国就中美双边贸易需要重点关注的产供链缺口:大宗农产品产供链和航空航天、生化免疫、核电、医疗器械等高技术产供链进口供给端缺口,以及计算机制造、娱乐体育用品、塑料制餐饮具、家具家居等劳动密集型制造品产供链出口需求端缺口。基于2017~2022年的动态评估结果显示,中美两国关税政策是影响中国大宗农产品进口稳定性的主要因素;核电和生化免疫产供链来自美国的供给波动较大,应对能力欠佳;娱乐体育用品产供链面临的美国市场需求波动较大,脆弱性突出。

文章以专利申请数据表征创新活动,将其分为知识型、生产型创新活动两类,通过核密度分析法、空间自相关分析法、标准差椭圆、DBSCAN聚类等方法从总体和分类别两大层面分析和探究西安市创新活动的空间分布特征,得出其创新活动空间分布具有规律性分异、差异化集聚、选择性依赖三大特征的结论。在此基础上,利用多尺度地理加权回归模型,选取相关影响因素进一步分析创新活动的空间分异特征,最终得出创新主体驱动创新活动、环境配置吸引创新活动、知识借用激励创新活动的结论。
