To support the explosive growth of Information and Communications Technology(ICT),Mobile Edge Comput-ing(MEC)provides users with low latency and high bandwidth service by offloading computational tasks to the network’s ***,resource-constrained mobile devices still suffer from a capacity mismatch when faced with latency-sensitive and compute-intensive emerging *** address the difficulty of running computationally intensive applications on resource-constrained clients,a model of the computation offloading problem in a network consisting of multiple mobile users and edge cloud servers is studied in this *** a user benefit function EoU(Experience of Users)is proposed jointly considering energy consumption and time *** EoU maximization problem is decomposed into two steps,i.e.,resource allocation and offloading *** offloading decision is usually given by heuristic algorithms which are often faced with the challenge of slow convergence and poor ***,a combined offloading algorithm,i.e.,a Gini coefficient-based adaptive genetic algorithm(GCAGA),is proposed to alleviate the *** proposed algorithm optimizes the offloading decision by maximizing EoU and accelerates the convergence with the Gini *** simulation compares the proposed algorithm with the genetic algorithm(GA)and adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA).Experiment results show that the Gini coefficient and the adaptive heuristic operators can accelerate the convergence speed,and the proposed algorithm performs better in terms of convergence while obtaining higher *** simulation code of the proposed algorithm is available:https://***/Grox888/Mobile_Edge_Computing/tree/GCAGA.

Temporal solitons have been the focus of much research due to their fascinating physical *** solitons can form bound states,which are fundamentally crucial modes in fiber laser and present striking analogies with their matter molecules counterparts,which means they have potential applications in large-capacity transmission and alloptical information *** traditionally,second-order dispersion has been the dominant dispersion for conventional solitons,recent experimental and theoretical research has shown that pure-high-even-order dispersion(PHEOD)solitons with energy-width scaling can arise from the interaction of arbitrary negative-even-order dispersion and Kerr *** these advancements,research on the bound states of PHEOD solitons is currently *** this study,we obtained PHEOD bound solitons in a fiber laser using an intra-cavity spectral pulse shaper for high-order dispersion ***,we experimentally demonstrate the existence of PHEOD solitons and PHEOD bound solitons with pure-quartic,-sextic,-octic,and-decic *** simulations corroborate these experimental ***,vibrating phase PHEOD bound soliton pairs,sliding phase PHEOD bound soliton pairs,and hybrid phase PHEOD bound tri-soliton are discovered and *** results broaden the fundamental understanding of solitons and show the universality of multi-soliton patterns.

Objective:A typical case of Xianling Gubao(XLGB)Tablets-induced liver injury was systematically studied in the clinic and the ***:A patient with herb-induced liver injury(HIli)and a history of taking XLGB Tablets before disease onset was engaged as the study subject,and the case was diagnosed according to the updated Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method(RUCAM)and the integrated evidence chain(iEC)method recommended by the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Herb-induced liver Injury(HIli Guidelines).Results:Clinical history,biochemical indexes and imaging tests were used to exclude the influence of fundamental diseases and confusing liver diseases such as viral,alcoholic and autoimmune liver diseases on the *** on an investigation of the patient’s medication history,she was suspected to have HIli caused by XLGB Tablets,as the patient was only taking an oral preparation of XLGB Tablets,and the influence of other drugs on the diagnosis was *** patient with alanine aminotransferase(ALT)3 upper limit of normal(ULN)and a calculated R of 6 was diagnosed with possible acute drug-induced hepatocellular *** relationship was considered“highly probable”(score of 9)using the updated RUCAM of ***,the fingerprint similarity between the preparation taken by the patient and a commercially available preparation was 0.99,suggesting that the patient was consuming XLGB Tablets rather than another ***-MS technology and the Agilent Fake TCM-Drugs database were used to investigate the drug,and no chemical additions were *** of the drug for pesticide residues,heavy metals,aflatoxins and other exogenous substances indicated compliance with the content limits of the Chinese ***:In summary,the final diagnosis of XLGB-induced liver injury reached the clinical diagnosis of HIli and was acute severe hepatocellular injury type by the updated RUCAM and ***,this study provides scientif

Chiral transfer amidst one-dimensional linear polymers and twodimensional network covalent organic frameworks:Striking a fine balance between helicity and crystallinity

The current landscape of chiral covalent organic frameworks(COFs)predominantly centered on constructing asymmetric molecular-scale chirality,often introducing an inherent contradiction to the COF symmetry and limiting ***,we overcome these challenges by achieving chiral transfer between one-dimensional(1D)imine linear polymers(LPs)and two-dimensional(2D)networkβ-ketoenamine COFs composed of achiral *** successfully synthesize several 1D imine LPs with mesoscopic helical chirality,comprising achiral C2-symmetric terephthalaldehyde and diamine linkers in a chiral supramolecular transcription *** the irreversible tautomerism mechanism within the linker replacement approach,terephthalaldehyde(TPA)units in these helical 1D LPs are substituted with C3-symmetric 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(TP),yielding the corresponding 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** and helicity of the resultantβ-ketoenamine COFs intimately hinge on reaction conditions,including the aldehyde stoichiometry of Tp and TPA,as well as the quantity and concentration of the catalyst *** optimized conditions,the nucleation and growth were precisely governed,achieving a harmonious equilibrium of crystallinity and helicity within the generated 2D networkβ-ketoenamine COFs,even with covalent bond rupture,recombination,and topological transition(from[C2+C2]to[C3+C2]).Impressively,the ground state chirality inherent to helical 1D LPs seamlessly transfers to helical 2D networkβ-ketoenamine *** study not only offers new perspectives on the development of chiral functional COFs,but also provides fresh insights into the precise control of COFs'microscopic morphology.

With its more sustainable production mode and higher healthy food supplying,cultivated meat is gradually regarded as the promising alternative meat food in future by human *** of the countries in the planet had participated in the cut-throat competition for sustainable protein searching,especially for the regions with low food self-sufficiency *** this paper,by reviewing the commercial market participation,product development stage,and technical research progress related to cultivated meat in detail,we demonstrated the industrialization progress of cultivated meat and explored the challenges of cultivated meat in the near future.1)Seeded cell and serum free medium were the basic raw materials,which were directly related to the food safety regulation,production cost control and productivity improvement;2)Bioreactor and regulation were the cornerstone of industrialization,which were closely related to the capacity expansion,product marketing;3)Technological improvements in taste,texture,safety,scale,cost were the foundation of realizing product iterative upgrade and market acceptance.

Sequentially bridged MXene platelets for strong high‐temperature EM‐IR bi‐stealth sheets

Combination of flexible multifunctional stealth technology properties such as electromagnetic(EM)and infrared(IR)stealth is crucial to the development of aerospace,military,and electronic fields,but the synthesis technology still has a significant ***,we have successfully designed and synthesized highly flexible MXene@cellulose lamellae/borate ion(MXCB)sheets with strong high‐temperature EM‐IR bi‐stealth through sequential bridging of hydrogen and covalent *** resultant MXCB sheets display high conductivity and good mechanical features such as flexibility,stretchability,fatigue resistance,and ultrasonic *** sheets have a high tensile strength of 795 ***,MXCB sheets with different thicknesses indicate exceptional high‐temperature thermal‐camouflage *** reduces the radiation temperature of the target object(>300°C)to 100°*** conductivity of MXCB sheet with 3μm thickness is 6108 S/cm and the EM interference(EMI)shielding value is 39.74 *** normalized surface‐specific EMI SE absolute shielding effectiveness(SSE/t)is as high as 39312.78 dB·cm2/g,which remained 99.39%even after 10,000 times repeated *** multifunctional ultrathin MXCB sheets can be arranged by vacuum‐assisted induction to develop EM‐IR bi‐stealth sheet.

Cell cultured meat has been extensively studied as an environmentally friendly， energy-saving and more effective technology. However， there are many technical bottlenecks， especially the regulatory mechanism and manufacturing method of in vitro myogenesis. Based on an edible modified silk protein scaffold， with 3D culturing， in situ differentiated and transcriptome analysis， this study describes novel scaffolds and fabrication methods for cell cultured meat. The results showed that the effective space and utilization efficiency for cell culture of the scaffold is 26-1000 that of the traditional culture dish; it could form a tissue-like structure. Transcriptomics revealed the regulatory pathways and key factors of different cycles. It clarifies that the multi-cycle process of myoblast myogenesis in vitro is different from the single feedback regulation in vivo. More importantly， a novel scaffold-based cell cultured meat manufacturing method was developed， further develop a new tissue culture solution that is different from existing cell culture meat *** manufacturing processes， it provides a new cell culture meat technology system， provides a theoretical basis for the regulation of cell proliferation and muscle growth， and lays the technical foundation for in situ tissue culture of cell cultured meat in vitro.

3D bio-printing is an emerging tissue engineering technology， and its printing parameters have been upgraded to enable in-depth application in cell-cultured meat. However， excellent printable and edible bio-inks for cell-cultured meat are in urgent need of development. Therefore， a low-cost bio-ink based on albumin and gelatin was developed. At first， suitable printability of the bio-ink was determined by rheology analysis， excellent mechanical stability， and excellent mechanical stability of the printed scaffold was also proved by water absorption and degradation rate. Next， the biocompatibility of the scaffold and its interaction with cells were clarified through cell proliferation culture， cell status research and omics analysis. Notably， AG7 demonstrated better printability and AGS7 provided better conditions for cell attachment， proliferation and migration， "S"-shaped exponential growth curve further revealed the significant advantages of AGS7 scaffolds in cell culture. More importantly， the tissue culture process of muscle cells was simulated to organoid culture， which elucidated the interaction information between cells and scaffolds. This work has filled the vacancy in the industry and provides a novel strategy for the development of production of cell cultured meat.
