韭花精油主成分对单增李斯特氏菌的抑菌活性和抑菌机理

以韭花精油两种主成分(烯丙基甲基二硫醚和二甲基三硫醚)为研究对象,通过最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)、细菌细胞形态等研究其对单增李斯特氏菌的抑菌活性和抑菌机理。结果表明:两种主成分的MIC均为1.0 mg/mL,MBC均为2.0 mg/mL,且当其质量浓度为2.0 mg/mL时均会严重损坏单增李斯特氏菌的细胞形态和细胞膜结构;用质量浓度为4.0 mg/mL的烯丙基甲基二硫醚和二甲基三硫醚分别处理单增李斯特氏菌细胞,其β-半乳糖苷酶和蛋白质泄露量均显著上升,ATP酶活性(0.52 U/mg prot和0.55 U/mg prot)均明显低于对照组(3.05 U/mg prot,P<0.05);经两种主成分处理后,单增李斯特氏菌的DNA质量浓度均明显下降。由此可知,两种主成分主要通过破坏细胞膜结构、抑制ATP酶活性、降低DNA质量浓度等实现对单增李斯特氏菌活性的抑制。

目的:探讨二氧化硅所致急性肺损伤大鼠模型的潜在生物学机制。方法:采用随机数字表法,将SD雄性大鼠划分为正常组和二氧化硅模型组。正常组经气管灌注1 mL生理盐水,模型组经气管灌注等体积50 g/L二氧化硅混悬液。7 d后收集大鼠肺组织和血清,HE染色观察肺组织病理学特征,免疫组化检测肺组织核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)和消皮素D(GSDMD)蛋白表达,EliSA法检测血清炎症因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-18和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平;从肺组织中提取细菌DNA,经16S核糖体RNA基因测序描述肺部菌群组成变化,通过生物信息学分析比较正常组与模型组菌群结构差异。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠体重增长率和肺指数有显著差异;模型组大鼠肺组织HE染色可见肺泡结构破坏,炎性细胞增多;模型组大鼠肺组织NLRP3和GSDMD蛋白表达水平均显著升高,血清IL-1β、IL-18和TNF-α水平均显著升高。与正常组相比,模型组丰度增加的肺部菌群为双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)、Clostridium sensu stricto 1和副萨特氏菌(Parasutterella)。Spearman相关性分析显示,肺组织NLRP3/GSDMD和血清IL-1β/TNF-α水平与Parasutterella丰度呈正相关。结论:二氧化硅所致急性肺损伤的病理机制可能与肺部菌群结构差异和炎症水平升高有关。因此,调节肺部菌群可能为防治二氧化硅引起的急性肺损伤提供新的思路。

以黑籼粘米和黑粳粘米为原料,通过单因素试验及正交试验,探索黑米全粉凝胶的工艺条件,利用感官评价及质构仪测定凝胶的硬度、弹性、黏性、内聚性、咀嚼性及感官评分。结果表明,黑籼粘米全粉制备凝胶的较优工艺条件为米浆浓度40%、煮制温度100℃、煮制时间10 min;黑粳粘米全粉制备凝胶的较优工艺条件为米浆浓度35%、煮制温度100℃、煮制时间30 min。该工艺制得凝胶产品软硬适中、米香味浓郁、可塑性较强、适用于米糕生产;两种黑米全粉凝胶质构(硬度、胶黏性、弹性)指标综合效果的影响大小依次为米浆浓度>煮制温度>煮制时间。

In this paper, for homogeneous diffusion processes, the approach of Y. li and X. Zhou [Statist. Probab. Lett., 2014, 94： 48-55] is adopted to find expressions of potential measures that are discounted by their joint occupation times over semi-infinite intervals （-∞, a） and （a, ∞）. The results are expressed in terms of solutions to the differential equations associated with the diffusions generator. Applying these results, we obtain more explicit expressions for Brownian motion with drift, skew Brownian motion, and Brownian motion with two-valued drift, respectively.

We consider an age-dependent branching process in random environments. The environments are represented by a stationary and ergodic sequence ξ = (ξ0,ξ1,...) of random variables. Given an environment ξ, the process is a non-homogenous Galton-Watson process, whose particles in n-th generation have a life length distribution G(ξn) on R+, and reproduce independently new particles according to a probability law p(ξn) on N. Let Z(t) be the number of particles alive at time t. We first find a characterization of the conditional probability generating function of Z(t) (given the environment ξ) via a functional equation, and obtain a criterion for almost certain extinction of the process by comparing it with an embedded Galton-Watson process. We then get expressions of the conditional mean EξZ(t) and the global mean EZ(t), and show their exponential growth rates by studying a renewal equation in random environments.

We are interested in the convergence rates of the submartingale Wn=Z_(n)/Π_(n)to its limit W,where(Π_(n))is the usually used norming sequence and(Z_(n))is a supercritical branching process with immigration(Y_(n))in a stationary and ergodic environmentξ.Under suitable conditions,we establish the following central limit theorems and results about the rates of convergence in probability or in law:(i)W-W_(n) with suitable normalization converges to the normal law N(0,1),and similar results also hold for W_(n+k)-W_(n) for each fixed k∈N^(*);(ii)for a branching process with immigration in a finite state random environment,if W_(1) has a finite exponential moment,then so does W,and the decay rate of P(|W-W_(n)|>ε)is supergeometric;(iii)there are normalizing constants an(ξ)(that we calculate explicitly)such that a_(n)(ξ)(W-W_(n))converges in law to a mixture of the Gaussian law.

Using the approach of D. Landriault et al. and B. li and X. Zhou, for a one-dimensional time-homogeneous diffusion process X and constants c 〈 a 〈 b 〈 d, we find expressions of double Laplace transforms of the form Ex[e--θTd--λ∫o Td1a 〈Xs〈b ds; Td 〈 Tc], where Tx denotes the first passage time of level x. As applications, we find explicit Laplace transforms of the corresponding occupation time and occupation density for the Brownian motion with two-valued drift and that of occupation time for the skew Ornstein- Uhlenbeck process, respectively. Some known results are also recovered.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of integrated Chinese-Western therapy versus Western therapy alone on the survival rate of patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at middle-late stage and to evaluate prognostic factors. METHODS: We selected 98 inpatients with middle-late stage NSCLC diagnosed from March 2009 to March 2011 and randomly divided them into two groups, with 49 cases in each group, and the clinical data were analyzed *** control group was treated by the combined methods of Western Medicine, including chemotherapy, supportive treatment and symptomatic treatment. The observation group was treated by injection and prescriptions of Chinese medicine based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and by the same combined methods of western treatment used in the control group. After treatment, the survival rates of the patients were compared by the stage of cancer and evaluation of 24 prognostic factors analyzed by a Cox regressionmodel, and the clinical data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The survival rates of all patients were over 90.0% at 1 and 3 months after treatment with no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05); In the observation group the survival rates at 6 months and 1 year were 93.4% and 42.8%, respectively, being superior to 85.6% and 18.3% in the control group (P<0.05). The median survival time in the observation group was superior to the control group (P<0.05); The effects of 24 prognostic factors were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Integrated Chinese-western therapy can significantly improve the survival rate in patients with middle-late stage NSCLC and improve prognostic factors compared with western therapy alone.
