This paper presents a topology optimization approach for the surface flows on variable design *** this approach,the matching between the pattern of a surface flow and the 2-manifold used to define the pattern can be optimized,where the 2-manifold is implicitly defined on another fixed 2-manifold named as the base *** fiber bundle topology optimization approach is developed based on the description of the topological structure of the surface flow by using the differential geometry concept of the fiber *** material distribution method is used to achieve the evolution of the pattern of the surface *** evolution of the implicit 2-manifold is realized via a homeomorphous *** design variable of the pattern of the surface flow and that of the implicit 2-manifold are regularized by two sequentially implemented surface-PDE *** two surface-PDE filters are coupled,because they are defined on the implicit 2-manifold and base manifold,*** surface Navier-Stokes equations,defined on the implicit 2-manifold,are used to describe the surface *** fiber bundle topology optimization problem is analyzed using the continuous adjoint method implemented on the first-order Sobolev *** numerical examples have been provided to demonstrate this approach,where the combination of the viscous dissipation and pressure drop is used as the design objective.

In this paper,the design,manufacture and testing of an origami protective shield with a supporting frame structure are *** consists of an origami shield surface and a deployable supporting frame structure that needs to be portable and sufficiently ***,for the design of the shield surface,a threestage origami crease pattern is developed to reduce the shield size in the folded *** shield surface consists of several stiff modular panels and layered with flexible *** modular panels are made of a multi-layer composite where a ceramic layer is made of small pieces to improve durability as those small pieces enable restriction of crack ***,the supporting frame structure is designed as a chain-of-bars structure in order to fold into a highly compact state as a bundle of bars and deploy in ***,a feature-driven topology structural optimization method preserving component sequence is developed where the inter-dependence of sub-structures is taken into account.A bar with semi-circular ends is used as a basic design *** positions of the bar’s end points are treated as design variables and the width of the bars is kept ***,a constraint on the total length of the chain of bars is ***,the modular panels made of multi-layer composite and the full-scale prototype of the origami shield are fabricated and tested to verify the bullet-proof performance.

Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare autosomal recessive inherited disease characterized by dysfunction of the motile cilia. DNAH5, the most frequently mutated gene in PCD, encodes a heavy chain of the ciliary outer dynein arms (ODAs). Herein, we report two patients with Kartagener syndrome (sinusitis, bronchiectasis, and situs inversus) in two consanguineous families carrying two novel homozygous DNAH5 variants [Supplementary Figures 1A and 1B, http://***/CM9/B598].

绩效反馈对组织创新的影响一直备受关注,然而历史绩效和行业绩效连续时期的反馈相关性对企业异质性创新战略抉择的影响机理尚未厘清。基于绩效反馈理论,以2010—2022年中国深沪A股高科技制造业上市公司为样本,探讨双重绩效反馈相关性对企业异质性创新战略抉择的影响机理,以及高管股权激励的调节效应。研究结果显示,双重绩效反馈相关性与企业突破性创新呈U型关系,双重绩效反馈相关性与企业渐进性创新呈倒U型关系。高管股权激励强化了双重绩效反馈强相关与企业突破性创新之间的关系,也强化了弱相关与企业渐进性创新之间的关系。

基于四川盆地南部(即川南)地区深层页岩气的开发实践,以负面冲击为主的井间压裂窜扰严重影响了开发的效率和效益,对深层页岩气的长效开发提出了较大的挑战。为了预防深层页岩气水平井压裂窜扰问题,以四川盆地南部泸州区块为例,通过储层地应力场反演和天然裂缝识别,明确地应力和天然裂缝的组合特征,及其对水力裂缝扩展的影响。在此基础上,根据已窜扰水平井压裂过程中的微地震监测结果进行对比验证,通过体积缝网形态的展布特征揭示水平井压裂窜扰形成的内在机理。最后,基于UFM模型建立多井复杂裂缝扩展模型,重点分析多簇裂缝的竞争扩展规律,为预防页岩气水平井压裂窜扰提供理论依据。研究结果表明:地层凸起区域具有水平地应力值较小、条状天然裂缝较发育的双重特征,易诱导水力裂缝向该区域扩展,是川南深层页岩气水平井压裂窜扰的关键地质因素;由于多簇裂缝竞争扩展,大尺度条状裂缝对水力裂缝具有明显的诱导和捕获作用,使某簇裂缝或某侧裂缝过度扩展,导致水平井间裂缝沟通、形成窜扰。

In this study,the micro curing residual stresses of carbon fiber-reinforced thermoset polymer(CFRP)composites are evaluated using a multiscale modeling method.A thermochemical coupling model is developed at the macroscale level to obtain the distributions of temperature and degree of ***,a representative volume element model of the composites is established at the microscale *** introducing the information from the macroscale perspective,the curing residual stresses are calculated using the microscale *** evolution of curing residual stresses reveals the interaction mechanism of fiber,matrix,and interphase period during the curing *** show that the curing residual stresses mostly present a tensile state in the matrix and a compressive state in the ***,the curing residual stresses at different locations in the composites are calculated and *** results provide an important guideline for the analysis and design of CFRP composite structures.
