The squeeze casting method with local pressure compensation was proposed to form a flywheel housing component with a weight of 35 *** numerical simulation,microstructure observation and phase characterization were performed,and the influence of local pressure compensation on feeding of thick-wall position,microstructure and mechanical properties of the formed components were *** show that the molten metal keeps a good fluidity and the filling is complete during the filling *** the solidification at thick-wall positions of the mounting ports is slow,the local pressure compensation effectively realizes the local forced feeding,significantly eliminating the shrinkage cavity *** the microstructure of AlSi9Mg alloy,α-Al primarily consists of fragmented dendrites and rosette grains,while eutectic Si predominantly comprises needles and short *** impact of local pressure compensation on strength is relatively minimal,yet its influence on elongation is *** local pressure compensation,the average elongation at the compensated areas is 9.18%,which represents a 44.90%higher than that before *** average tensile strength is 209.1 MPa,and the average yield strength is 100.6 *** local pressure compensation can significantly reduce or even eliminate the internal defects in the 35 kg large-weight components formed by squeeze casting.

Cylindrical samples of Ni-based GH4037 alloy were compressed at solid temperatures(1200,1250 and 1300℃) and semi-solid temperatures(1340,1350,1360,1370 and 1380℃) with different strain rates of 0.01,0.1 and 1 *** temperature deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of GH4037 alloy were *** results indicated that flow stress decreased rapidly at semi-solid temperatures compared to that at solid ***,the flow stress continued to increase after reaching the initial peak stress at semi-solid temperatures when the strain rate was 1 *** increasing the deformation temperature,the size of initial solid grains and recrystallized grains *** semi-solid temperatures,the grains were equiaxed,and liquid phase existed at the grain boundaries and inside the *** dynamic recrystallization(DDRX) characterized by grain boundary bulging was the main nucleation mechanism for GH4037 alloy.

An equal channel reciprocating extrusion(ECRE)was proposed first to obtain a severe plastic deformation(SPD)of 7005 *** microstructure and mechanical properties of one-pass ECREed(ECRE processed)7005 alloy were *** results show that SPD occurring in ECRE leads to a mixed *** 7005 alloy exhibits a significant improvement of ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and *** properties in the region undergoing a complete ECRE process are higher than those in the region undergoing an incomplete ECRE process due to larger dislocation strengthening *** strength(YS)and UTS first decrease and then increase with an increase of extrusion *** YS of 359.2 MPa,UTS of 490 MPa and elongation of 17.7%are obtained after T6 ***-grain strengthening,dislocation strengthening and precipitation strengthening in the T6-treated ECREed sample all play important roles in improving the mechanical properties.

To shorten the preparation process of semi-solid billets,semi-solid billets of 2A14 aluminum alloy were prepared by wrought aluminum directly semi-solid isothermal treatment(WADSSIT)***-dimension(3D)combined microstructure evolution,namely transverse direction(TD)surface,rolling direction(RD)surface,and normal direction(ND)surface,was *** of temperature and holding time on average grain size and average shape factor were *** results showed that the optimum conditions for preparation of 2A14 semi-solid billets by this process were 615℃ and 20 min(average grain size of 124μm and shape factor of 0.81).Electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)observations indicated that the microstructure was completely recrystallized when it was heated to 600℃.Grain size was increased with the increase of temperature and grew up slowly with the holding time *** was increased with increase of holding time but was not sensitive to temperature.

BACKGROUND The liver is the most common site of digestive system tumor metastasis,but not all liver metastases can be traced back to the primary *** it is unusual,syphilis can impact the liver,manifesting as syphilitic hepatitis with inflammatory nodules,which might be misdiagnosed as *** SUMMARY This case report involves a 46-year-old female who developed right upper abdominal pain and intermittent low fever that persisted for more than three *** definitive diagnosis of a tumor had been made in the past decades,but signs of multiple liver metastases were recognized after a computed tomo-graphy scan without evidence of primary *** positive serological tests for syphilis and a biopsy of the liver nodules,a diagnosis of hepatic syphilis was made and confirmed with follow-up nodule reduction after anti-syphilis *** Clinicians must be aware of the possibility that syphilis can cause hepatic inflam-matory masses,especially when liver metastasis is suspected without evidence of primary lesions.A definitive diagnosis should be established in conjunction with a review of the patient’s medical history for accurate therapeutic intervention.

To form complex box-shape parts with large wall-thickness difference,a directly thixoforged technology of 2A14 alloy with low-cost and short-process was proposed and *** results showed that complex components were successfully *** grains in the microstructure of the thixoforged parts exhibited a large deformation *** led to an obvious improvement in the mechanical properties of the thixoforged *** obvious liquid segregation was found in the *** mechanical properties were obtained in the thixoforged 2A14 alloy *** yield strength varied from 157.1 to 187.3 MPa,the ultimate tensile strength varied from 268.2 to 316.6 MPa,and the elongation varied from 7.8%to 24.9%.Increase in plastic deformation degree caused by larger size and less round grains is beneficial to the mechanical properties of the thixoforged components.

In this paper, based on ant algorithm, we propose a QoS multicast routing scheme in Internet. We first describe ant algorithm model and give ant network model, then present an approach using ant algorithm to optimize the multicast routes with QoS constaints. Finally, simulations has been made to show the efficiency of the approach in the environment of OPNET simulation software, and the simulation results show that the proposed approach can find the best optimal multicast routes which can satisfy the delay bounded requirement and avoid congested nodes as soon as possible.

Fine-grained sediments are widely distributed and constitute the most abundant component in sedimentary systems, thus the research on their genesis and distribution is of great significance. In recent years, fine-grained sediment gravity-flows(FGSGF) have been recognized as an important transportation and depositional mechanism for accumulating thick successions of fine-grained sediments. Through a comprehensive review and synthesis of global research on FGSGF deposition, the characteristics,depositional mechanisms, and distribution patterns of fine-grained sediment gravity-flow deposits(FGSGFD) are discussed, and future research prospects are clarified. In addition to the traditionally recognized low-density turbidity current and muddy debris flow, wave-enhanced gravity flow, lowdensity muddy hyperpycnal flow, and hypopycnal plumes can all form widely distributed FGSGFD. At the same time, the evolution of FGSGF during transportation can result in transitional and hybrid gravityflow deposits. The combination of multiple triggering mechanisms promotes the widespread development of FGSGFD, without temporal and spatial limitations. Different types and concentrations of clay minerals, organic matters, and organo-clay complexes are the keys to controlling the flow transformation of FGSGF from low-concentration turbidity currents to high-concentration muddy debris flows. Further study is needed on the interaction mechanism of FGSGF caused by different initiations, the evolution of FGSGF with the effect of organic-inorganic synergy, and the controlling factors of the distribution patterns of FGSGFD. The study of FGSGFD can shed some new light on the formation of widely developed thin-bedded siltstones within shales. At the same time, these insights may broaden the exploration scope of shale oil and gas, which have important geological significances for unconventional shale oil and gas.

Ethylene carbonate(EC)is the conventional and promising solvent to achieve high energy lithium metal ***,the innate low energy level of lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)in EC makes it incompatible with lithium metal,causing uncontrolled lithium growth and low Coulombic efficiency(CE).Herein,we introduced bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)carbonate(TFEC),a carbonate with a strong electron-withdrawing effect(-CF_(3)),which enhances the stability of EC at electrode interface by reducing ion-dipole interactions between Li^(+)and *** the interaction between Li and EC weakens,TFEC and more PF_(6)^(-)anions coordinate with Li^(+),promoting the formation of contact ion pairs(CIPs)and aggregates(AGGs),thereby increasing the inorganic composition within the solid electrolyte ***,the distinct solvated sheath structure favors the decomposition of fluorinated solvents and PF_(6)^(-)anions,forming inorganic-rich electrode-electrolyte interfaces(SEI and CEI),thereby ensuring high stability for both the Li anode and high-voltage ***,when applied in the full-cell Li||LiMn_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)PO_(4),it displays consistent cycling performance,exhibiting minimal capacity decay with a retention rate of 62.5%after800 cycles,substantially surpassing that of cells using base electrolytes(29.8%).
