The complex and efficient sex pheromone communication system in insects is essential for reproduction and for reproductive isolation of *** moths,sex pheromone communication starts with male attraction to compounds emitted by females;only a few species act in the ***,how the pheromones that are emitted by both sexes co-regulate and coordinate mate finding and mating remains ***,we identified both the male and female pheromones of Eastern Grass Veneer moth,Agriphila aeneociliella(Lepidoptera:Crambidae),and demonstrated their efficiency in manipulating behavioral responses of the opposite *** data from analysis of gas chromatography-electroantennogram detection,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and olfactory behavior assays,the female pheromone of *** was identified as(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienal and(Z)-9-hexadecenyl acetate,while the male pheromone was determined to be *** the 2 individual components of the female pheromone and their binary mixture were significantly attractive to males,and the 1-nonanal male pheromone induced strong electrophysiological responses in females and induced attraction of females in a Y-tube olfactory *** on the concentration of 1-nonanal,its addition to the binary mixture of the female pheromone either enhanced(10^(−3) or 10^(−2)μg/μL)or reduced(1μg/μL)the aphrodisiac effect of the mixture on *** wind-tunnel bioassays,different concentrations of pheromones,including the binary mixture of female pheromone and the mixture of male and female pheromones,had significant effects on male *** findings suggested that the blend of both female and male pheromones plays a significant role in the sexual communication system in some moths.

Using the twin shear stress yield criterion, the surface integral of the co-line vectors, and the integration depending on upper limit, Kobayashi＇s three-dimensional velocity field of rolling was analyzed and an analytical expression of rolling torque and single force was obtained. Through redoing the same experiment of rolling pure lead as Sims, the calculated results by the above expression were compared with those of Kobayashi and Sims formulae. The results show that the twin shear stress yield criterion is available for rolling analysis and the calculated results by the new formula are a little higher than those by Kobayashi and Sims ones if the reduction ratio is less than 30%.

Background Some studies suggested that human papillomavirus （HPV） infection could reduce the clinical pregnancy rate and double the spontaneous abortion rate compared with non-infected women after in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. But some other studies showed there was no difference between HPV infected and non-infected groups of ART outcomes. The role of HPV infection in infertile women undergoing IVF treatments has been a controversial issue which this article attempts to investigate. Methods This is a retrospective analysis of 3880 infertile women undergoing IVF treatment at Peking University Third hospital reproductive medical center in 2008. Patients with abnormal thin-layer preparation cytologic test （TCT） results who underwent fresh cycle embryo transfer were divided into an HPV positive group （n=56） and an HPV negative group （n=56）. The clinical parameters were compared （using Student＇s t-test and chi-squared test）. Univariate and multivariate analyses were taken to see if HPV infection affects the clinical pregnancy rate. Results Of the 3880 cases 157 had TCT abnormality （4.0%）. Of the 149 patients who had HPV test results, 112 women （81.2%） received a fresh cycle embryo transfer. Each group had 56 cases. The patients were of similar age and BMI, basic hormone levels, and infertile factors were similar. The gonadotropin use, oocyte retrieval number, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and newborn condition were all similar between groups. Analyses showed neither HPV infection nor HPV hybrid capture （HC） II results affected clinical pregnancy rate after IVF treatments, but the FSH level did. Conclusion HPV positivity did not appear to impact assisted reproductive technology （ART） success. ＂Extensive treatment＂ for HPV before IVF was not recommended because treatment time will increase age and reduce ovarian function, which will lead to inferior IVF outcomes.

The thermal insulation performance of riser is very important to the shrinkage porosity and solidification structure of ingot,but it is difficult to significantly improve due to the limit of thermal conductivity of riser material.A new type of hollow insulation riser was proposed based on the low thermal conductivity of air,which aims to improve the thermal insulation performance of riser.A 14.5-t steel ingot was prepared using the hollow insulation riser,and the casting temperature was 1500°*** temperature evolution of the external surface of mold during solidification was measured using an infrared temperature instrument.A numerical model was established to simulate the porosity and solidification structure of *** reliability of numerical simulation was verified by comparing simulation and experimental *** show that the insulation performance of the riser can be significantly improved through application of the hollow insulation *** with solid insulation sleeve,the shrinkage cavity depth was decreased and the position of porosity was raised when hollow insulation riser was applied.

At the beginning of 2005, the China Space Insurance Pool was appointed by Sino Satellite Communications Company Ltd. to arrange an insurance programme for the Sinosat-2 satellite. In October 2005, the China Space Insurance Pool staged a unique marketing presentation to underwriters from 19 foreign insurance companies. Also, a site tour was arranged for underwriters to view the CAST plant. During early 2006, together with the broker and the client, China Space Insurance Pool commenced the negotiations on the details of the insurance programme with the international insurance market.

BACKGROUND Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a chronic interstitial lung disease characterized by fibroblast proliferation and extracellular matrix formation,causing structural damage and lung *** cell therapy and mesenchymal stem cells-extracellular vesicles(MSC-EVs)offer new hope for PF *** To investigate the therapeutic potential of MSC-EVs in alleviating fibrosis,oxidative stress,and immune inflammation in A549 cells and bleomycin(BLM)-induced mouse *** The effect of MSC-EVs on A549 cells was assessed by fibrosis markers[collagen I andα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),oxidative stress regulators[nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),and inflammatory regu-lators[nuclear factor-kappaB(NF-κB)p65,interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-2].Similarly,they were assessed in the lungs of mice where PF was induced by BLM after MSC-EV ***-EVs ion PF mice were detected by pathological staining and western ***-cell RNA sequencing was performed to investigate the effects of the MSC-EVs on gene expression profiles of macrophages after modeling in *** Transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1 enhanced fibrosis in A549 cells,significantly increasing collagen I andα-SMA ***,treatment with MSC-EVs demonstrated a remarkable alleviation of these ***,the expression of oxidative stress regulators,such as Nrf2 and HO-1,along with inflammatory regulators,including NF-κB p65 and IL-1β,were mitigated by MSC-EV ***,in a parallel manner,MSC-EVs exhibited a downregulatory impact on collagen deposition,oxidative stress injuries,and inflammatory-related cytokines in the lungs of mice with ***,the mRNA sequencing results suggested that BLM may induce PF in mice by upregulating pulmonary collagen fiber deposition and triggering an immune inflammatory *** findings collectively highlight the potential therapeutic efficacy of MSC-EVs in ameliorating fibrotic processes,oxidative stres
