Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic,non-specific intestinal disease that not only affects the quality of life of patients and their families but also increases the risk of colorectal *** nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is an important component of inflammatory response system,and its activation induces an inflammatory cascade response that is involved in the development and progression of UC by releasing inflammatory cytokines,damaging intestinal epithelial cells,and disrupting the intestinal mucosal *** medicine(CM)plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of UC and is able to regulate NLRP3 *** experimental studies on the regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome mediated by CM have been carried out,demonstrating that CM formulae with main effects of clearing heat,detoxifying toxicity,drying dampness,and activating blood *** and phenylpropanoids can effectively regulate NLRP3 *** active components of CM can interfere with the process of NLRP3 inflammasome assembly and activation,leading to a reduction in inflammation and UC ***,the reports are relatively scattered and lack systematic *** paper reviews the latest findings regarding the NLRP3 inflammasome activation-related pathways associated with UC and the potential of CM in treating UC through modulation of NLRP3 *** purpose of this review is to explore the possible pathological mechanisms of UC and suggest new directions for development of therapeutic tools.

Distribution of TiN inclusions in Ti-stabilized ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel slab

In order to clarify and control the silver defect on surface of cold-rolled sheet of the Ti-stabilized ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel, the distribution of TiN inclusions on the cross section of hot-rolled plate was studied using automated scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy inclusion analysis (ASPEX 1020 system). It was found that the number density decreases sharply from the surface to the center of the hot-rolled plate, whereas the average size increases. Then, the distribution of TiN inclusions on the cross section of continuously cast slab was investigated. Similarly, numerous small-sized TiN inclusions were generated at the subsurface of the slab. The average size rapidly increased and the number density dramatically decreased from the subsurface to 1/4 thickness, while from 1/4 thickness to 1/2 thickness, the increase in average size and the decrease in number density were slight. Thermodynamics results showed that TiN inclusion was formed below the liquidus temperature, which indicated that TiN inclusions could not be formed during secondary refining. Considering the microsegregation of solute elements and the equilibrium of TiN formation during solidification, TiN precipitated in the mushy zone when the solid fraction was close to 0.2. The growth of TiN was analyzed based on the diffusion-controlled growth model. With the increase in cooling rate, the time for TiN growth decreased and the size of TiN inclusions was diminished, which revealed the size distribution of TiN inclusions in the cast slab qualitatively.

Thermal adaptation plays a fundamental role in shaping the distribution and abundance of insects,and heat shock proteins（Hsps）play important roles in the temperature adaptation of various *** better understand the temperature tolerance of the indigenous ZHJ2-biotype of whitefly Bemisia tabaci species complex,we obtained complete cDNA sequences for hsp90,hsp70,and hsp20 and analyzed their expression profiles under different high temperature treatments by real-time quantitative polymerase chain *** high temperature tolerance of *** ZHJ2-biotype was determined by survival rate after exposure to different high temperatures for 1 *** results showed that after 41°C heat-shock treatment for 1 h,the survival rates of ZHJ2 adults declined significantly and the estimated temperature required to cause 50% mortality（LT50）is 42.85°C for 1 *** for onset（Ton）or maximal（Tmax）induction of hsps expression in *** ZHJ2-biotype were 35 and 39°C（or 41°C）.Compared with previous studies,indigenous ZHJ2-biotype exhibits lower heat temperature stress tolerance and Ton（or Tmax）than the invasive B-biotype.

The inherent shortcomings of a zinc anode in aqueous zinc‐ion batteries(ZIBs)such as zinc dendrites and side reactions severely limit their practical ***,to address these issues,an ion‐oriented transport channel constructed by graphdiyne(GDY)nanowalls is designed and grown in situ on the surface of a zinc *** vertically stacked GDY nanowalls with a unique hierarchical porous structure and mechanical properties form a nanomesh‐like interface on the zinc electrode,acting as an ion‐oriented channel,which can efficiently confine the segmented growth of zinc metal in microscopic regions of hundreds of *** those microscopic regions,the uniform domain current density is effortlessly maintained compared with a large surface area,thereby inhibiting zinc dendrites ***,due to the presence of the ion‐oriented channel,the modified zinc anode demonstrates long‐term stable zinc plating/stripping performance for more than 600 h at 1 mAh cm^(−2)in an aqueous *** addition,full‐cells coupled with MnO2 show high specific capacity and power density,as well as excellent cycling stability with a capacity retention of 82%after 5000 cycles at 1 A g^(−1).This work provides a feasible and accessible surface engineering approach to modify the electrode interface for confined and dendrite‐free zinc deposition in aqueous ZIBs.

Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)have gained much attention in the fabrication of advanced nanoelectrocatalysts due to their amazing template ***,their stabilizing function for easily hydrolyzed inorganic nanomaterials is rarely ***,a DES-mediated strategy was reported to synthesize octahedral Ni–Co precursor(NiCo–NH_(3) complex),which could be directly transformed into NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanooctahedrons after thermal *** NiCo–NH_(3) precursor in octahedral shape was achieved with the DES-mediated crystallization in the choline chloride(ChCl)/*** ChCl/glycerol DES not only tailored the morphology of the as-prepared precursor by template effect but also inhibited its hydrolysis,ensuring the successful fabrication of octahedral NiCo–NH_(3) complex precursor with high *** NiCo–NH_(3) complex precursor was converted to well-defined NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanooctahedrons,where the calcination temperature and time were explored in *** revealed that DES could participate in the conversion process to control the morphology of calcination *** resultant NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanooctahedrons demonstrated excellent electroactivity and remarkable durability for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The present strategy not only offers an efficient OER electrocatalyst but also enriches the approaches of DESs in designing advanced nanocatalysts.

Recently,asteroid exploration becomes an important branch of human’s deep space *** this paper,a piecewise linear optimal orbital maneuver strategy is designed for a spacecraft soft landing on irregular-shaped ***,the space around an irregular asteroid is converted into several grid units,and the gravitational field of the asteroid is linearly fitted in each ***,the soft-landing orbital maneuver strategy design problem is formulated as a piecewise linear optimal problem,and further transferred into a family of two-point boundary value problems,which can be solved using collocation ***,a corresponding algorithm is developed to obtain the piecewise linear optimal maneuver strategy,which is proved to be able to achieve the soft-landing mission *** results show that the error of the model linearization is small enough,while the calculation efficiency is remarkably improved,and the robustness of maneuver strategy is also improved.

Vibrations,which widely exist throughout the world,could be a nearly endless and locally obtained green energy *** has been a long-standing challenge to efficiently utilize dispersed vibration energy,especially within the high-frequency range,since the amplitudes of high-frequency vibrations in local parts of objects are relatively ***,for the first time,we propose a soft and disordered hyperuniform elastic metamaterial(DheM),achieving a remarkable concentration of vibrations in broad frequency bands by a maximum enhancement factor of～4000 at 1930 *** DheM,with rational sizes from～1 cm to～1000 cm,covers a broad range of frequencies from～10 Hz to～10 kHz,which are emitted by many vibration sources including domestic appliances,factories and transportation systems,for ***,the performance of the soft DheM under deformation is validated,enabling conformal attachments on uneven *** findings lay the groundwork for reducing traditional energy consumption by recovering some of the energy dissipated by devices in the working world.

An experimentally feasible scheme for generalized quantum state sharing of an arbitrary unknown single- qubit state in cavity QED is presented. Using a generalized Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） state as the quantum channel among the three parties, the quantum information （i.e. the single-qubit state） from the sender can be split in such a way that the information can be recovered if and only if both receivers collaborate. Moreover, the scheme is insensitive to both the effects of thermal field and cavity decay.
