The corrosion behavior and microstructure characteristics of metal inert gas(MIG)welded dissimilar joints of the 6005A alloy modified with Sc(designated as 6005A+Sc)and the 5083 alloy were investigated using corrosion tests and microscopy *** show that the dissimilar joints exhibit strong stress corrosion cracking(SCC)resistance,maintaining substantial strength during slow strain rate tensile ***,the heat-affected zone(HAZ)and base metal(BM)on the 6005A+Sc side show superior performance in terms of inter-granular corrosion(IGC)and exfoliation corrosion(EXCO)compared to the corresponding zones on the 5083 *** lower corrosion resistance of the 5083-BM and the 5083-HAZ can be attributed to the presence of numerous Al_(2)Mg_(3)phases and micro-scaled Al_(6)(Mn,Fe)intermetallics,mainly distributed along the rolling ***,the enhanced corrosion resistance of the 6005A+Sc-BM and the 6005A+Sc-HAZ can be attributed to the discontinuously distributed grain boundary precipitates(β-Mg_(2)Si),the smaller grain size,and the reduced corrosive current density.

Inflammatory bowel disease,particularly Crohn's disease(CD),has been linked to modifications in mesenteric adipose tissue(MAT)and the phenomenon known as"creeping fat"(CrF).The presence of CrF is believed to serve as a predictor for early clinical recurrence following surgical intervention in patients with ***,the incorporation of the mesentery during ileocolic resection for CD has been correlated with a decrease in surgical recurrence,indicating the significant role of MAT in the pathogenesis of *** numerous studies have indicated that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is a critical factor in the development of CD,the functional implications of translocated microbiota within the MAT of CD patients remain *** manuscript commentary discusses a recent basic research conducted by Wu et *** their study,intestinal bacteria from individuals were transplanted into CD model mice,revealing that fecal microbiota trans-plantation(FMT)from healthy donors alleviated CD symptoms,whereas FMT from CD patients exacerbated these ***,FMT was found to affect intestinal permeability,barrier function,and the levels of proinflammatory factors and ***,these findings suggest that targeting MAT and CrF may hold therapeutic potential for patients with ***,the study did not evaluate the composition of the intestinal microbiota of the donors or the subsequent alterations in the gut ***,the gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the histopathology of CD,and thus,targeting MAT and CrF may represent a promising avenue for treatment in this patient population.

Herein we report novel photocatalysts ZnIn2S4-Ag-LaFeO3with the core-shell structured materials prepared by hydrothermal *** order to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,LaFeO3was prepared by hydrothermal followed by calcination,and further Ag nanoparticle（NP） was loaded onto the spherical structure of LaFeO3by photolysis of silver nitrate,and finally the spherical Znln2S4-Ag-LaFeO3photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method *** structure and properties of the as-prepared materials were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence *** results show that the synthesized composite photocatalysts display a significant improvement in photocatalytic efficiency relative to the single LaFeO3and ZnIn2S4and form a core-shell ***,the effect of the ratio of each component on the photocatalytic efficiency was investigated in detail,and it is discovered that at an Methylene Blue（MB） concentration of 0.219 mol/L,the degradation rate of MB is 95% at 120 min using 0.02 g of catalyst with an ideal ZnIn2S4:Ag:LaFeO3ratio of 10:0.5:*** possible mechanisms to improve the photocatalytic efficiency were explored.

Control of N-nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)in drinking water could be achieved by removing its precursors as one practical ***,superfine powdered activated carbons with a diameter of about 1μm(SPACs)were successfully prepared by grinding powdered activated carbon(PAC,D50=24.3μm)and applied to remove model NDMA precursors,***(RAN)and nizatidine(NIZ).Results fromgrain diameter experiments demonstrated that the absorption velocity increased dramatically with decreasing particle size,and the maximum increase in k2 was 26.8-folds for RAN and 33.4-folds for ***,kinetic experiments explained that rapid absorption could be attributed to the acceleration of intraparticle diffusion due to the shortening of the diffusion ***,performance comparison experiments suggested that the removal of RAN and NIZ(C_(0)=0.5 mg/L)could reach 61.3%and 60%,respectively,within 5 min,when the dosage of SAPC-1.1(D_(50)=1.1μm)was merely 5 mg/L,while PAC-24.3 could only eliminate 17.5%and 18.6%.The adsorption isotherm was well defined by Langmuir isotherm model,indicating that the adsorption of RAN/NIZ was a monolayer coverage *** adsorption of RAN or NIZ by SAPC-1.1 and PAC-24.3 was strongly pH dependent,and high adsorption capacity could be observed under the condition of pH>pk_(a)+*** coexistence of humic acid(HA)had no significant effect on the adsorption performance because RAN/NIZ may be coupled with HA and removed *** coexistence of anions had little effect on the adsorption *** study is expected to provide an alternative strategy for drinking water safety triggered by NDMA.

目前,干式电抗器故障诊断方法主要围绕在基于振动信号的机械故障展开,故障类型单一,并且存在传感器安装困难等问题。为此,搭建了基于声信号下的干式电抗器故障试验平台,设置了多种故障类型。为了提升小样本下故障识别的准确率,提出一种基于双通道特征融合网络的干式电抗器故障诊断方法。首先,采用格拉姆角场(Gramian angle field,GAF)进行编码,将一维时序转化为二维图像。其次,采用双通道并行的CNN-ResNet网络结构,引入高效通道注意力机制(efficient channel attention,ECA)来获取二维关键信息,将二维图像特征与一维时序特征进行深度提取与融合。最后,基于有限元仿真来获取源域数据,采用迁移学习方法来获取目标域最优网络参数。试验对比表明:所提方法相比其他方法有着较强的特征提取能力,能够将故障特征显著分离,在小样本下的故障识别准确率最高可达99.5%,同时具有良好的泛化性和收敛速度。

Optogenetic techniques provide precise control over the activity of specific neurons within the nucleus, offering more accurate regulatory effects compared to deep brain stimulation (DBS). The heterogeneity of the globus pallidus externa (GPe) has garnered wide attention, wherein significant differences in pathological changes emphasize its potential as a stimulation target with distinct mechanisms. A basal ganglia-thalamus (BG-Th) network model incorporating heterogeneous GPe is developed to explore potential optogenetic stimulation targets for treating Parkinson's disease (PD). Initially, the modulation mechanisms of single-target optogenetic stimulation on the abnormal rhythmic oscillations of BG nuclei are examined. Excitation of D1 medium spine neuron (MSN), calcium-binding protein parvalbumin (PV) GPe, and inhibition of globus pallidus interna (GPi) can effectively suppress synchronous bursting activity in GPi, while excitation of GPi promotes high-frequency discharge to disrupt beta oscillations. Furthermore, dual-target optogenetic stimulation strategies are devised to reduce energy consumption. Results show that targets with similar mechanisms exhibit additive effects, whereas targets with opposing mechanisms lead to cancellation. The underlying effective mechanisms of dual-target strategies are: enhancing the inhibitory input to GPi thus inhibiting the activity of GPi, or disrupting beta oscillations by restoring high-frequency discharges in GPi. The strategy composed of exciting D1 MSN and inhibiting GPi requires the minimum total light intensity among single-target and dual-target strategies in our simulation. Furthermore, simultaneously enhancing PV GPe and inhibiting D2 MSN achieves the greatest reduction in total energy consumption (40.8% reduction), compared to only enhancing PV GPe. The findings unveil effective circuit mechanisms of optogenetic stimulation and provide novel insights for designing precise regulatory strategies for PD. © 2024
