To understand the distribution of Apple stem pitting virus （ASPV） in tissues of pear tree and provide directly theorical and technical support for shoot tips detoxication, leaves and shoot tips of Korla pear were used as the materials, cDna probe for ASPV was synthesized through RT-PCR reaction system using the unradioactive digoxigenin-labeled probe, and the specificity and sensitivity of probe were verified by blot hybridization method. Paraffin slice for in situ PCR and in situ hybridization was made and the location and distribution of ASPV Rna were detected in paraffin slices using in situ reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and the important factors which influenced the experiment results were optimized. ASPV mainly distributed in palisade tissue of mesophyll cells, external cortex of the tip, and the corresponding newborn vascular bundles. 20 min was the suitable digestive time for proteinase K. For the better amplication, RT reaction system should be above 0.2 U μL^-1 and 0.4 mmol L^-1 for Rnasin and dNTPs respectively, 0.1-1.3 U μ L^-1 SuperScript Ⅱ, 0.6- 0.8 μmol L^-1 primer concentration, and above 0.5 U 100 μL^-1 LA Taq Dna polymerase. The suitable annealing temperature in PCR reaction was 60℃ with 35 cycles. The apical meristem of 0.25 mm was the region of virus-free.

Screened atrazine-mineralizing bacterium―Pseudomonas W4 was embedded inside an improved PVA- H3BO3 embedment matrix to make bio-beads to degrade atrazine. The atrazine degradation characteristics were studied. The preparation procedure of bio-beads was as follows：（1） preparing a mixture of 100, 12.5, 10, 1.5 and 1 g/L PVA, bentonite（Ca）, activated carbon powder, sodium alginate and centrifuged Pseudomonas W4 bacterium, respectively; （2） the mixture was dropped into a gently stirred cross linker solution（pH=6.7） and cured at 10 °C for 24 h. The optimal atrazine degradation conditions by bio-beads were as follows： pH=7, the auxiliary carbon source was glucose, and the concentration of glucose was greater than 325 mg/L. The bio-beads demonstrated stronger tolerance ability than the free microorganism to the increase of PCBs, hydrogen ion and hydroxide ion. SEM images show the uniform distribution of the microorganism inside bio-beads and the porous cross-linked structure of bio-beads which provides excellent mass transfer capacity.

Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system, which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(TC) of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable structures. This approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave systems. Here, we achieve acoustic vortex TC transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(DPES). The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete symmetry. Our results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex TC transmutation based on passive artificial structures, enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

Lignocellulosic biomass is one of the viable solutions to alleviate the global warming. However, the limited utilization of biomass majorly focused on cellulose and hemicellulose restricts the economic and environmental feasibilities. To cope with this issue, we proposed an integrated process of co-producing 1,6-hexanediol（1,6-HDO） with tetrahydrofuran and adipic acid from biomass, referred to as Strategy A. To compare the impacts of lignin upgrading and feedstock, Strategy B, which co-produces tetrahydrofuran alone, and Strategy C, which is the traditional route to produce 1,6-HDO from fossil fuels, were used. Heat networks are also designed to reduce operating costs and indirect carbon emissions due to energy consumption, saving 87% and 83% of the heat and cooling requirements, respectively, in Strategy A. The market competitiveness of Strategy A was evaluated by determining the minimum selling price through techno-economic analysis, and sustainability was thoroughly investigated by quantifying the environmental impacts through both midpoint and endpoint life-cycle assessments（LCAs）.Strategy A was found to be the most favorable both economically（USRDSCHARDOLLAR3,402/ton） and environmentally（-26.9 kg CO2eq.）. This indicates that lignin valorization is not only economically but also environmentally preferred. Finally, changes in economic and environmental feasibilities depending on economic, process, and environmental parameters were investigated using sensitivity and uncertainty analyses. The results of these analyses provide valuable insight into bio-based chemical production.

Broadband and perfect terahertz absorber based on multilayer metamaterial using cross-ring patterned structures is proposed and investigated. The structure of the absorber is double absorption layers consisting of a chromium cross ring and eight isosceles right triangles. The unique structure of the double absorbing layers excites the electric dipole multimode resonance, giving rise to high absorption performance. Meanwhile, the influence of construal parameters on absorber behavior is also discussed. The numerical results show that the absorption achieves over 90% ranging from 2.45 THz to 6.25 THz and 99% absorption in the range of 3.7—5.3 THz. The realization of broadband and perfect absorber is described using the impedance matching principle. It is obviously found that the absorber is insensitive to the high angle of incidence for both transverse electric(TE) and transverse magnetic(TM) polarizations. Compared with the former reports, this absorber has remarkable improved absorption efficiency and smaller period. The terahertz absorber may be found applications in the fields of energy capture and thermal detection.

Simulations of electron zebra stripes in the inner radiation belt using a composite empirical electric field model

The phenomenon termed “zebra stripes” manifests as regular patterns in the energy-space(L shell) spectrum of energetic electrons(ranging from tens to hundreds ke V) within the inner radiation belt. These structures exhibit drift-periodic behavior and commonly arise from large-scale electric field perturbations near the substorm onsets. In this study, we introduce a composite electric field model and replicate the formation, structure, and evolution of zebra stripes using a bounce-averaged test particle code under this electric field model. High-resolution measurements of energetic electrons obtained from the Van Allen Probes and the recently launched Macao Science Satellites-1 are used as initial conditions and served to validate our test particle simulations. Comparative analyses between observed data and simulations demonstrate our test particle method's efficacy in capturing zebra stripes' general behavior. Moreover, the composite model proves capable of reproducing realistic variations in the electric field within the inner radiation belt to a certain extent. Nevertheless, subtle differences emerge in the flux strength and the positions of stripes. These disparities primarily stem from limitations inherent in the electric field model and the initial conditions of the simulation. Acknowledging that the model represents an average case, it is conceivable that real-world scenarios may deviate from the average, thereby introducing variations in the observed phenomena.

Tunable non-Markovian and quantum coherence in the single-qubit dephasing noise channel

In this paper, we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR） system by employing the bath-engineering technology, and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise channel. Our findings indicate that for the single-qubit system, the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power spectrum. However, the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed, and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit system. Through our research, we discovered a fundamental relationship: if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian at ω0within 0-2t ms, shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω0. This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems, and it is not limited by the type of noise. Apart from system dynamics, quantum coherence is also a focal point of our research. We find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior, the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences revivals. Notably, the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity enhancement. Therefore, our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.
