草乌头光照适应性的转录组分析

研究通过分析遮荫处理对草乌头(Aconitum kusnezoffii L.)叶片中差异表达基因的影响,揭示其响应遮荫的分子机制。通过对遮荫处理后草乌头叶片的转录组测序,发现数据质量较高(Q30≥94.37%),并通过拼接和组装得到59082个Unigenes(N50为1826 bp)。功能注释表明,有27668个Unigenes(46.83%)被注释到多个重要数据库。差异表达基因分析筛选出483个差异基因,其中421个获得注释。研究发现,光照条件显著影响草乌头的光合作用、激素调控和能量代谢等生物过程。关键基因分析显示,LHCB17,ATPβ,PetA等在遮荫下表达下调,LHCB1,GA2ox等表达上调。这些基因的调控作用揭示了光照对草乌头生长和代谢适应性的影响。实时荧光定量分析验证了转录组数据的可靠性。研究结果不仅增进了对草乌头适应光照环境的理解,还为其遗传调控网络和功能基因的研究提供了线索,对草乌头的合理栽培和利用具有重要意义。

为确定草乌(Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb.)苗期生长发育过程中的转录组特征,本研究利用Illumina测序对草乌从种子萌发到幼苗建成涉及到的四个时期(T1,T2,T3,T4)进行转录分析,挖掘草乌幼苗形成期叶绿体发育关键基因。结果显示,4个时期的6个差异分类检测到的差异基因数量依次为:16 379,28 155,16 100,34 368,38 250和44 568个。GO富集分析显示T3vsT4差异表达基因主要富集到对几丁质的反应,光合系统Ⅰ等。KEGG富集分析显示差异表达基因显著富集的通路主要是光合生物中的碳固定,植物激素信号转导等。草乌幼苗形成期叶绿体发育过程中,19个差异表达基因注释光信号调控叶绿体发育通路上,如GLK1/2,PIFs,HY5基因等。44个差异表达基因注释植物激素信号转导通路上,如AUX/IAA,ARF,DELLA基因等。本研究挖掘到一部分草乌幼苗形成期叶绿体发育相关基因,为进一步研究草乌生长发育相关分子机制提供理论基础。

BACKGROUND Due to the special clinical features and biologic characteristics of adolescent and young adult(AYA)cancers,AYA cancers are different from cancers in children and elderly ***,there are few reports on AYA hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).AIM To investigate the overall survival(OS)of AYA(15-39 years)and elderly(40-74 years)patients with *** The data of all the HCC cases were extracted from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database from 2004 to 2015 and were then divided into two groups based on age:AYA group(15-39 years)and older group(40-74 years).Kaplan-Meier curves and log-rank tests were used to compare the OS of the two *** score matching(PSM)was employed to analyze the OS difference between the two *** Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to perform multivariate analysis to explore the risk factors for OS of HCC *** Compared to elderly cancer patients,AYA patients with HCC had a worse Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results stage,including the distant stage(22.1%vs 15.4%,P<0.001),and a more advanced American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)stage,including AJCC III and IV(49.2%vs 38.3%,P<0.001),and were more likely to receive surgery(64.5%vs 47.5%,P<0.001).Before PSM,the AYA group had a longer survival in months(median:20.00,interquartile range[IQR]:5.00-62.50)than the older group(median:15.00,IQR:4.00-40.00)(P<0.001).After PSM,the AYA group still had a longer survival in months(median:21.00,IQR:5.00-64.50)than the older group(median:18.00,IQR:6.00-53.00)(P<0.001).The Cox proportional hazards regression model showed that advanced age(hazard ratio[HR]=1.405,95%CI:1.218-1.621,P<0.001)was a risk factor for OS of HCC *** the subgroup analysis,the Cox proportional hazards regression model showed that in AJCC I/II HCC patients,advanced age(HR=1.749,95%CI:1.352-2.263,P<0.001)was a risk factor for OS,while it was not a risk factor in AJCC III/IV HCC patients(HR=1.186,95%

The social transformation brought aboutby digital technology is deeply impacting various *** education products, with core technologiessuch as 5G, AI, IoT (Internet of Things),etc., are continuously penetrating areas such as teaching,management, and evaluation. Apps, miniprograms,and emerging large-scale models are providingexcellent knowledge performance and flexiblecross-media output. However, they also exposerisks such as content discrimination and algorithmcommercialization. This paper conducts anevidence-based analysis of digital education productrisks from four dimensions: “digital resourcesinformationdissemination-algorithm design-cognitiveassessment”. It breaks through corresponding identificationtechnologies and, relying on the diverse characteristicsof governance systems, explores governancestrategies for digital education products from the threedomains of “regulators-developers-users”.

Latent fingerprints(LFPs)at the crime scene are served as important clues to locate the trajectory of criminal behavior and portray the characteristics of the ***,visualizing LFPs is of considerable *** this work,the europium metal-organic framework(Eu-MOF)sensor was successfully constructed for sensitive detection of gallic acid(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid,GA)and visualization of the sweat *** boric-acid-modified Eu-MOF was prepared by using the simple one-pot solvothermal method using Eu as the metal i ion center and 3,5-dicarboxybenzeneboronic acid(BBDC)as the organic *** sensor showed desirable photoluminescent performance through the chelating of BBDC with Eu3+.The sensor exhibited the satisfactory linear relationship to GA in the range of 1 nM to 20 nM with a low detection limit of 0.34 nM under the optimized *** prepared sensor with ideal selectivity to GA was successfully applied for visualizing LFPs on porous substrates with the high contrast and superior *** the good performance of the sensor,all fingerprint images obtained from 1200 samples presented clear friction ridges and met the identification ***,the sensor had less impact on the subsequent deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)detection,displaying a promising perspective for applications in extracting physical evidence of site investigation.

With regard to green chemistry and sustainable development,the fixation of CO_(2) into epoxides to form cyclic carbonates is an attractive and promising pathway for CO_(2) *** oxides,renowned as promising eco-friendly catalysts for industrial production,are often undervalued in terms of their impact on the CO_(2)addition *** this work,we successfully developed ZnO nanoplates with(002)surfaces and ZnO nanorods with(100)surfaces via morphology-oriented regulation to explore the effect of crystal faces on CO_(2) *** quantitative data obtained from electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy indicated that the concentration of oxygen vacancies on the ZnO nanoplate surfaces was more than twice that on the ZnO nanorod *** functional theory calculations suggested that the(002)surfaces have lower adsorption energies for CO_(2) and epichlorohydrin than the(100)*** a result,the yield of cyclochloropropene carbonate on the ZnO nanoplates(64.7%)was much greater than that on the ZnO nanorods(42.3%).Further evaluation of the reused catalysts revealed that the decrease in the oxygen vacancy concentration was the primary factor contributing to the decrease in catalytic *** on these findings,a possible catalytic mechanism for CO_(2) cycloaddition with epichlorohydrin was *** work provides a new idea for the controllable preparation of high-performance ZnO catalysts for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates from CO_(2) and epoxides.

In this paper,we investigate the energy efficiency maximization for mobile edge computing(MEC)in intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)assisted unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)*** particular,UAVcan collect the computing tasks of the terrestrial users and transmit the results back to them after *** jointly optimize the users’transmitted beamforming and uploading ratios,the phase shift matrix of IRS,and the UAV trajectory to improve the energy *** formulated optimization problem is highly non-convex and difficult to be solved ***,we decompose the original problem into three *** first propose the successive convex approximation(SCA)based method to design the beamforming of the users and the phase shift matrix of IRS,and apply the Lagrange dual method to obtain a closed-form expression of the uploading *** the trajectory optimization,we propose a block coordinate descent(BCD)based method to obtain a local optimal ***,we propose the alternating optimization(AO)based overall algorithmand analyzed its complexity to be equivalent or lower than existing *** results show the superiority of the proposedmethod compared with existing schemes in energy efficiency.

Poly（ethylene oxide）(PEO)-based polymer electrolytes show the prospect in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries;however,they present limitations of low room-temperature ionic conductivity,and interfacial incompatibility with high voltage ***,a salt engineering of 1,1,2,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane-1,3-disulfonimide lithium salt（LiHFDF）/LiTFSI system was developed in PEO-based electrolyte,demonstrating to effectively regulate Li ion transport and improve the interfacial stability under high *** show,by manipulating the interaction between PEO matrix and TFSI--HFDF-,the optimized solid-state polymer electrolyte achieves maximum Li+conduction of 1.24×10-4S cm-1at 40℃,which is almost 3 times of the ***,the optimized polymer electrolyte demonstrates outstanding stable cycling in the LiFePO4/Li and LiNi0.8Mn0.1Co0.1O2/Li（3.0-4.4 V,200 cycles） based all-solid-state lithium batteries at 40℃.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats.
