An electrochemical sensor(carboxylatopillar[5]arene-coated nitrogen-doped carbon dots,namely CCDs)based on carboxylatopillar[5]arene(CP[5])functionalized nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs)has been developed in a facile and economic *** improve the performance of this electrochemical sensor in pesticide detection,the optimal solution pH(pH 7)and loading amount of CCDs on the electrode(0.50 mg/mL)have been *** virtue of the good conductivity of N-CDs and the molecular recognition property of CP[5],CCDs modified glassy carbon electrode,namely CCDs/GCE,shows excellent anti-interference capability,selectivity,stability,and reproducibility in the sensitive detection of *** peak currents are proportional to the paraquat concentration(from 0.1μmol/L to 10μmol/L)with a detection limit of 6.4 nmol/L(S/N=3),indicating a great potential in pesticide *** comparison with the electrochemical sensors that require expensive metal nanoparticles and complex preparation processes,CCDs/GCE exhibits excellent detection capability of paraquat with lower cost and simpler preparation processes.

为了明确川中地区三叠系须家河组二段(须二段)致密气优质储层特征、成因及分布特征,综合利用铸体薄片、扫描电镜、核磁共振、高压压汞试验和CT测试等资料,明确了储层质量的主控因素,优选多种宏观和微观参数,通过Q型聚类对储层进行了定量划分,并对各类别储层的分布特征进行了分析。研究结果表明:①川中三叠系须二段为岩屑长石砂岩和长石岩屑砂岩,平均孔隙度和平均渗透率分别为6.58%和0.21 mD,为特低孔—低孔、低渗致密气储层;储集空间以残余粒间孔和粒内溶孔为主,其次为粒间溶孔和裂缝,孔隙和喉道半径分别为1.31~55.00μm和0.05~1.04μm,为微米孔隙和微米-亚微米喉道组合。②研究区沉积作用控制了岩石粒度和泥质含量,是决定初始孔隙度形成和后期演化的基础条件;强烈的机械压实和胶结作用分别破坏了14.6%~20.1%和9.8%~15.1%的原始孔隙,是造成储层致密化的主要原因;次生溶蚀、绿泥石包膜等建设性成岩作用形成了次生溶孔且对原生孔隙具有一定保护作用,挤压破裂形成的裂缝进一步扩大了次生溶蚀范围,是将致密砂岩改造成优质储层的关键。③研究区须二段储层可分为4类,不同类型储层的物性和微观结构差异较大,Ⅰ,Ⅱ类储层物性好、试气产能高,是主要的“甜点”储层和有利开发目标,主要分布于区域中部H1,H3井区和东部H125井区,纵向上集中在须二上亚段。

Selective hydrogenation of hydroxyaldehydes to polyalcohols is challenging due to the competitive hydrogenation of C=O and *** study develops heterogeneous Cu catalysts for the selective synthesis of ethylene glycol via batch liquid-phase hydrogenation of ***_(2)supported Cu,fabricated by ammonia evaporation,enables to catalyze the C=O bond hydrogenation with retaining the CAO bond intact,yielding higher selective hydrogenation activity with ethylene glycol selectivity up to 99.8%relative to MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),CeO_(2),and TiO_(2)supports and Cu/SiO_(2)synthesized by deposition–precipitation and *** confirm that highly efficient 20Cu/SiO_(2)-AE-623 K catalyst fabricated by ammonia evaporation is featured with larger Cu^(0)and Cu^(+)surface areas,of which the Cu^(+)species created from reducing copper phyllosilicate exhibit higher reactivity.A synergistic effect between Cu^(+)and Cu^(0)facilitates the selective adsorption/activation of glycolaldehyde on Cu^(+)sites and the dissociation of H_(2)on Cu^(0)sites,bringing a remarkable improvement in the selective hydrogenation performance.

The effects of ultrasonic vibration assisted（UVA） treatment on the microstructures and mechanical properties of MB3/AZ31 dissimilar magnesium（Mg） alloy joints were studied by microstructural characterization, micro-hardness testing and tensile testing. Results indicate that the welding pores are eliminated and coarse a-Mg grains of fusion zone are refined to 26 μm, owing to the acoustic streaming effect and cavitation effect induced by the UVA treatment with an optimal ultrasonic power of 1.0 *** addition, Mg;Al;precipitation phases are fine and uniformly distributed in the whole fusion zone of weldment. Micro-hardness of fusion zone of the Mg alloy joints increases to 53.5 HV after UVA process,and the maximum tensile strength with optimized UVA treatment increases to 263 MPa, which leads to fracture occurrence in the Mg alloy base plate. Eventually, it is experimentally demonstrated that robust MB3/AZ31 Mg alloy joints can be obtained by UVA process.

As potential building blocks for micro-nano devices, one-di- mensional semiconductor nanowires （NWs） have been widely studied in recent decades. Due to limited dimension and large surface-to-volume ratio, devices based on NWs are more likely to exhibit unique properties. NW photodetectors adopting different materials have been fabricated. However, the performance is greatly affected by several issues such as lattice quality, surface homogeneity, contact electrodes and gas atmosphere. Particularly surface states play a more and more important role. Lots of efforts have been made to re- move the obstacles that prevent NWs to be high-performance photodetectors.

Plant hormone abscisic acid(ABA)plays an indispensable role in the control of leaf senescence,during which ABA signaling depends on its ***,the role of ABA transport in leaf senescence remains ***,we identified two novel RING-box protein-encoding genes UBIQUITIN LIGASE of SENESCENCE 1 and2(ULS1 and ULS2)involved in leaf *** of ULS1 and ULS2 accelerates leaf senescence,which is specifically promoted by ABA ***,the expression of senescence-related genes is significantly affected in mature leaves of uls1/uls2 double mutant(versus wild type(WT))in an ABA-dependent manner,and the ABA content is substantially ***1 and ULS2 are mainly expressed in the guard cells and aging leaves,and the expression is induced by *** RNA-seq and quantitative proteomics of ubiquitination reveal that ABA transporter ABCG40 is highly expressed in uls1/uls2 mutant versus WT,though it is not the direct target of ULS1/***,we show that the acceleration of leaf senescence,the increase of leaf ABA content,and the promotion of stomatal closure in uls1/usl2 mutant are suppressed by abcg40 loss-of-function *** results indicate that ULS1 and ULS2 function in feedback inhibition of ABCG40-dependent ABA transport during ABA-induced leaf senescence and stomatal closure.

In recent years,regional floods and typhoons have occurred in the Yangtze *** dynamic conditions and dramatic reduction of sediment discharge in the basin are affecting the dynamic equilibrium pattern of the Yangtze *** on the field measurement data and theoretical derivation,this paper analyzed the changing process of runoff-sediment discharge into the sea after the operation of the Three Gorges Project(TGP),and the tidal dynamics and sediment variation characteristics of the Yangtze *** erosion of South Branch mainly occurs in the channel below-10 m contour,and the riverbed volume below contours 0 m and-10 m has a good correlation with the sediment discharge of Datong Station in the previous *** this basis,the ratio of the horizontal distance from the starting point to the section centroid below the average water level(B_c)and the water depth at the section centroid(H_c)was proposed to describe the change of the section *** relationships between the water-diverting ratio,the sediment-diverting ratio and the water-diverting angle,the conditions of runoff and sediment discharge from the upper reach and the characteristics of the riverway section were established,and the theoretical calculation equations of the water-diverting ratio,the sediment-diverting ratio and the diverting angle of each bifurcation were also established.

Efficacy and safety of vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling for diabetic macular edema: a Meta-analysis

AIM： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane（ILM） peeling for diabetic macular edema（DME）. METHODS： The PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane, SionMed, ***, CNKI databases and Wanfang databases, published until Oct. 2017, were searched to identify studies comparing the clinical outcomes following vitrectomy with and without ILM peeling, for treating DME. Pooled results were expressed as odds ratios（ORs） with corresponding 95% confidence intervals（CI） for vitrectomy with and without ILM peeling with regard to best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）, central macular thickness（CMT）, and complication incidents. RESULTS： A total of 14 studies involving 857 eyes were included of which three studies were Chinese and the rests were English literatures. Meta-analysis indicated that compared with vitrectomy alone, vitrectomy with ILM peeling could improve BCVA more obviously（OR=1.66, 95%CI： 1.12-2.46, P=0.01） and had higher rate of CMT reduction（OR=3.89, 95%CI： 1.37-11.11, P=0.01）. There were significant statistical differences between the two surgical methods for both BCVA and CMT（P〈0.05）. For the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications, the incidence of epiretinal membrane（ERM） was slightly lower in the ILM peeling group than the group without ILM peeling（OR=0.38, 95%CI： 0.07-2.00, P=0.25）, although insignificant statistically. Other incidences of overall complications, iatrogenic peripheral retinal break and increased intraocular pressure indicated no significant difference between two groups（OR=1.19, 95%CI： 0.82-1.73, P=0.36; OR=1.21, 95%CI： 0.66-2.21, P=0.53; OR=1.34, 95%CI： 0.75-2.40, P=0.32）. CONCLUSION： Vitrectomy is effective for DME and the effect can be improved by additional ILM peeling, especially for anatomical efficacy, without increasing the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications. However, it is imperative to gain more evaluation in the future due to the paucity of
