In this paper,we investigate the energy efficiency maximization for mobile edge computing(MeC)in intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)assisted unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)*** particular,UAVcan collect the computing tasks of the terrestrial users and transmit the results back to them after *** jointly optimize the users’transmitted beamforming and uploading ratios,the phase shift matrix of IRS,and the UAV trajectory to improve the energy *** formulated optimization problem is highly non-convex and difficult to be solved ***,we decompose the original problem into three *** first propose the successive convex approximation(SCA)based method to design the beamforming of the users and the phase shift matrix of IRS,and apply the Lagrange dual method to obtain a closed-form expression of the uploading *** the trajectory optimization,we propose a block coordinate descent(BCD)based method to obtain a local optimal ***,we propose the alternating optimization(AO)based overall algorithmand analyzed its complexity to be equivalent or lower than existing *** results show the superiority of the proposedmethod compared with existing schemes in energy efficiency.

Alkene hydrosilylation is one of the most concise and atom-economical methods to synthesize organosilicon ***,we reported the precise immobilization of metal single atoms(M-SAs;M=Ru,Rh,Ir,Pd,Pt,and Au)into a porphyrinic metalorganic framework(MOF)of PCN-222(PCN=porous coordination network),and then applied the resultant MOF composites of M-SAs@PCN-222 to alkene *** solvent-free conditions,Pt-SAs@PCN-222 displayed an especially high catalytic efficiency with the turnover frequency up to 119 s−1 and the maximum turnover number of 906,250 at room *** and theoretical studies revealed that there existed strong interactions between Pt-SAs@PCN-222 and the substrates,which helped to condense the substrates in the cavities of the porous *** density functional theory calculations and molecular dynamics simulations disclosed that PCN-222 could transfer electrons to Pt-SAs to enhance the silane oxidative addition and drive the reaction to proceed smoothly via Chalk–Harrod pathway.

Due to hardware limitations,existing hyperspectral(HS)camera often suffer from low spatial/temporal ***,it has been prevalent to super-resolve a low reso-lution(LR)HS image into a high resolution(HR)HS image with a HR RGB(or mul-tispectral)image *** approaches for this guided super-resolution task often model the intrinsic characteristic of the desired HR HS image using hand-crafted ***,researchers pay more attention to deep learning methods with direct supervised or unsupervised learning,which exploit deep prior only from training dataset or testing *** this article,an efficient convolutional neural network-based method is presented to progressively super-resolve HS image with RGB image ***-ically,a progressive HS image super-resolution network is proposed,which progressively super-resolve the LR HS image with pixel shuffled HR RGB image ***,the super-resolution network is progressively trained with supervised pre-training and un-supervised adaption,where supervised pre-training learns the general prior on training data and unsupervised adaptation generalises the general prior to specific prior for variant testing *** proposed method can effectively exploit prior from training dataset and testing HS and RGB images with spectral-spatial *** has a good general-isation capability,especially for blind HS image *** experimental results show that the proposed deep progressive learning method out-performs the existing state-of-the-art methods for HS image super-resolution in non-blind and blind cases.

The Mean First-Passage Time (MFPT) and Stochastic Resonance (SR) of a stochastic tumor-immune model withnoise perturbation are discussed in this paper. Firstly, considering environmental perturbation, Gaussian whitenoise and Gaussian colored noise are introduced into a tumor growth model under immune surveillance. Asfollows, the long-time evolution of the tumor characterized by the Stationary Probability Density (SPD) and MFPTis obtained in theory on the basis of the Approximated Fokker-Planck equation (AFPe). Herein the recurrenceof the tumor from the extinction state to the tumor-present state is more concerned in this paper. A moreefficient algorithmof Back-Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) is utilized in order to testify the correction of thetheoretical *** the existence of aweak signal, the functional relationship between Signal-to-NoiseRatio (SNR), noise intensities and correlation time is also studied. Numerical results show that both multiplicativeGaussian colored noise and additive Gaussian white noise can promote the extinction of the tumors, and themultiplicative Gaussian colored noise can lead to the resonance-like peak on MFPT curves, while the increasingintensity of the additiveGaussian white noise results in theminimum of MFPT. In addition, the correlation timesare negatively correlated with MFPT. As for the SNR, we find the intensities of both the Gaussian white noise andthe Gaussian colored noise, as well as their correlation intensity can induce SR. especially, SNR is monotonouslyincreased in the case ofGaussian white noisewith the change of the correlation *** last, the optimal parametersin BPNN structure are analyzed for MFPT from three aspects: the penalty factors, the number of neural networklayers and the number of nodes in each layer.

BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(***)infection is related to various extragastric diseases including type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).However,the possible mechanisms connecting *** infection and T2DM remain *** To explore potential molecular connections between *** infection and *** We extracted gene expression arrays from three online datasets(GSe60427,GSe27411 and GSe115601).Differentially expressed genes(DeGs)commonly present in patients with *** infection and T2DM were *** genes were validated using human gastric biopsy *** between hub genes and immune cell infiltration,miRNAs,and transcription factors(TFs)were further *** A total of 67 DeGs were commonly presented in patients with *** infection and *** significantly upregulated hub genes,including TLR4,ITGAM,C5AR1,FCeR1G,and FCGR2A,were finally identified,all of which are closely related to immune cell *** gene-miRNA analysis detected 13 miRNAs with at least two gene ***-gene interaction networks showed that TLR4 was coregulated by 26 TFs,the largest number of TFs among the 5 hub *** We identified five hub genes that may have molecular connections between *** infection and *** study provides new insights into the pathogenesis of ***-induced onset of T2DM.

The clearance of apoptotic cell debris,containing professional phagocytosis and non-professional phagocytosis,is essential for maintaining the homeostasis of healthy ***,we discovered that endothelial cells could engulf apoptotic cell debris in atherosclerotic ***-cell RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)has revealed a unique endothelial cell subpopulation in atherosclerosis,which was strongly associated with vascular injury-related ***,integrated analysis of three vascular injury-related RNA-seq datasets showed that the expression of scavenger receptor class B type 1(SR-B1)was up-regulated and specifically enriched in the phagocytosis pathway under vascular injury ***-cell RNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq indicate that SR-B1 was highly expressed in a unique endothelial cell subpopulation of mouse aorta and strongly associated with the reorganization of cellular adherent junctions and cytoskeleton which were necessary for ***,SR-B1 was strongly required for endothelial cells to engulf apoptotic cell debris in atherosclerotic plaque of both mouse and human ***,this study demonstrated that apoptotic cell debris could be engulfed by endothelial cells through SR-B1 and associated with the reorganization of cellular adherent junctions and cytoskeleton.

Physical property improvement of fluid shortening using peanut oil-based diacylglycerols and their applications in sponge cake

Fluid shortening is an important ingredient in the production of sponge cake. Peanut oil with 0, 43% and 85% of diacylglycerol content was used as the base oil. Different emulsifiers, such as glycerol monostearate, soy lecithin and sucrose ester, and their respective amounts, were investigated. It was found that the addition of emulsifiers had a positive effect on water-absorbing capacity, air-absorbing capacity and viscosity of the oils. Glycerol monostearate was the preferred emulsifier for fluid shortening with a recommended addition of 1.5%. The effects of different diacylglycerol content on fluid shortening and their impact on sponge cake production was also investigated. The onset oxidation temperature of the oil could be increased from 253.21 ℃ for PO-TAG-based fluid shortening to 263.70 ℃ for PO-DAG85-based fluid shortening. And the increase in diacylglycerol content leading to a lower specific gravity of the batter, which was 1.06 g/mL, 1.02 g/mL and 0.98 g/mL prepared by PO-DAG, PO-DAG43 and PO-DAG85 shortening, respectively. The results showed that diacylglycerols can be used as base oils in fluid shortening to improve the crystal network and stability of fluid shortenings, thereby reducing the specific gravity of the batter and improving the structural properties of the cake. This will extend the potential applications of diacylglycerols and increase the variety of base oils available for fluid shortening preparation.
