The privileged C_(2)-symmetric rigid phenol-type ligand is more attractive but challenging in asymmetric ***,we designed and synthesized a class of rigid-featured chiral tridentate Phenol-2NO ligands,that incorporate the advantages of both the phenol skeleton and pyrroloimidazolone-based N-oxide moiety,from readily available L-prolinamides in operationally simple two steps and up to 44%overall *** importantly,using an achiral quinoline derivative as an additive,the newly developed Phenol-2NO ligand could serve as the anioic ligand upon deprotonative activation to coordinate to Zn(II)to form a highly enantioselective catalyst for the asymmetric Michael-type Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of indoles with 2,*** yields(up to 90%)and high enantioselectivities(up to 99%ee)are obtained for a wide range of substrates under mild *** and DFT calculations revealed the reaction mechanism and the origins of the *** also represented the first activation of phenol-type ligand/metal complex by an achiral organic base as the additive in asymmetric catalysis.

消费信贷视角下个人破产免责的理念与规则

相较于经营性负债的免责,消费负债在个人破产中的免责存在更为显著的理念证成难题与规则设置难题。从消费信贷的视角来看,免责以破产消费者遭遇生活风险和以尽力偿债为前提,不属于对借贷消费与逃废债的纵容,与社会传统观念并无实质冲突... 详细信息

相较于经营性负债的免责,消费负债在个人破产中的免责存在更为显著的理念证成难题与规则设置难题。从消费信贷的视角来看,免责以破产消费者遭遇生活风险和以尽力偿债为前提,不属于对借贷消费与逃废债的纵容,与社会传统观念并无实质冲突。个人破产免责制度应当践行以人民为中心的发展思想,具备释放和有效控制和释放消费信贷金融风险,以及激励破产消费者尽力偿债并使之获得重生的功能。为此,应构建“宽严相济”的个人破产免责制度:构建合理高效的免责程序,包括实现清算免责程序与破产程序的同步化,破产清算采用许可免责但不设置免责考察期,重整计划或和解计划执行完毕后设置自动免责;在清算免责、重整免责以及和解免责之间设置阶梯状的免责条件,包括递减的不予免责事由、不予免责债务以及二次破产的免责限制等。

BACKGROUND Cancer is one of the most serious threats to human health *** treatments such as surgery and chemotherapy are associated with some *** recent years,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has been increasingly advocated by patients and attracted attention from clinicians,and has become an indispensable part of the comprehensive treatment for gastric *** To investigate the mechanism of Xiaojianzhong decoction(XJZ)in the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)by utilizing network pharmacology and experimental validation,so as to provide a theoretical basis for later experimental *** We analyzed the mechanism and targets of XJZ in the treatment of GC through network pharmacology and ***,we verified the impact of XJZ treatment on the proliferative ability of GC cells through CCK-8,apoptosis,cell cycle,and clone formation ***,we performed Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR to assess the protein and mRNA expression of the core *** XJZ mainly regulates IL6,PTGS2,CCL2,MMP9,MMP2,HMOX1,and other target genes and pathways in cancer to treat *** inhibition of cell viability,the increase of apoptosis,the blockage of the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase,and the inhibition of the ability of cell clone formation were observed in AGS and HGC-27 cells after XJZ *** addition,XJZ induced a decrease in the mRNA expression of IL6,PTGS2,MMP9,MMP2,and CCL2,and an increase in the mRNA expression of *** significantly inhibited the expression of IL6,PTGS2,MMP9,MMP2,and CCL2 proteins and promoted the expression of the heme oxygenase-1 *** XJZ exerts therapeutic effects against GC through multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple *** findings provide a new idea and scientific basis for further research on the molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of XJZ in the treatment of GC.

《神农本草经》妇科病症用药特点探析

文章对《神农本草经》所载146味治疗妇科病症药物的品类、性味、毒性分布及应用等进行统计分析。其三品分布由高至低依次为中品、下品、上品,性味分布以苦寒、辛温为主,有毒药物中虫类药占据半数以上。146味药物共涉及17种妇科病症,其中90味常用药纳入《中药学》,涉及15个现代中药功效分类,以补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药的数量最多。古今性味和毒性对比发现有63味药物的性味、10味药物的毒性有变。《神农本草经》中部分药物具有治疗多种妇科疾病的功效,可根据辨证拓宽选药思路。

To the Editor: Neurofibromatosis type 1(NF-1), or Von Recklinghausen disease, is a genetic disorder inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern. It is caused by a mutation in the neurofibromin gene located on chromosome 17, accounting for 96% of all neurofibromatosis cases. This condition can affect multiple systems and often leads to the formation of tumors along the nervous system [1]. Patients with NF-1 may exhibit various symptoms, including Lisch nodules, neurofibromas, scoliosis, café au lait spots, learning disabilities, vision disorders, and epilepsy.

Objective:To explore the application effect of remote ultrasound teaching in the standardized training of ***:42 students who participated in the standardized residency training in the Department of Ultrasonography of our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=21)and the observation group(n=21)by using the random number table *** control group was taught routinely,and the observation group was taught with remote ultrasound on the basis of the control *** general data,teaching effect,ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate,and teaching satisfaction of the participants in the two groups were ***:The baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=2.491,t=2.434,P=0.05);the ultrasound diagnostic compliance rate of the participants in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%)(χ2=33.574,P=0.000<0.001);the overall satisfaction rate of students in the observation group(20/95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(14/66.67%)(χ2=3.860,P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion:In standardized residency training,remote ultrasound teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of students,enhance diagnostic accuracy,and improve students’teaching satisfaction.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate blood pressure rhythm(BPR)in Yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension(YDSH)patients and develop a random forest model for predicting ***: Our study was consistent with technical processes and specification for developing guidelines of Evidence-based Chinese medicine clinical practice(T/CACM 1032-2017). We enrolled 234 patients who had been diagnosed with primary hypertension without antihypertensive medications prior to the enrollment. All participants were divided into Yin deficiency group(YX, n = 74) and non-Yin deficiency group(NYX, n = 160).Participants were professionally grouped by three experienced chief Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)physicians according to four examinations(i.e.,inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpation).We collected data on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and YDSH rating scale. We divided 24 h of a day into 12 two-hour periods [Chen-Shi(7:00-9:00), Si-Shi(9:00-11:00), Wu-Shi(11:00-13:00), Wei-Shi(13:00-15:00), Shen-Shi(15:00-17:00), You-Shi(17:00-19:00), Xu-Shi(19:00-21:00), Hai-Shi(21:00-23:00), ZiShi(23:00-1:00), Chou-Shi(1:00-3:00), Yin-Shi(3:00-5:00), Mao-Shi(5:00-7:00)] according to the theory of “midnight-midday ebb flow”. We used random forest to build the diagnostic model of YDSH, with whether it was Yin deficiency syndrome as the outcome. RESULTS: Compared with NYX group, YX group had more female participants with older age, lower waist circumference, body mass index(BMI), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and smoking and drinking rate(all P < 0.05). The YDSH rating scores of YX group [28.5(21.0-36.0)] were significantly higher than NYX group [13.0(8.0-22.0)](P < 0.001), and the typical symptoms of YX group included vexing heat in the chest, palms and soles, dizziness, dry eyes, string-like and fine pulse, soreness and weakness of lumbus and knees, palpitations, reddened cheeks, and tinnitus(all P < 0.05). Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of Sanjie Analgesic Capsule(SAC)in Chinese patients with endometriosis-associated ***:This was a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial conducted at 15 centers between November 2013 and July 2017 in *** 323 patients with endometriosis were randomized at a 3:1 ratio to the SAC group(241 cases)and placebo group(82 cases)by stratified block *** in the SAC or placebo groups were given SAC or placebo 1.6 g 3 times per day,orally,respectively since the first day of menstruation for 3 consecutive menstrual *** primary endpoint was clinical response to dysmenorrhea evaluated using a 10-point Visual Analogue Scale at 3 and 6 *** secondary endpoint was the pain score evaluated by VAS(chronic pelvic pain,defecation pain,and dyspareunia)at 3 and 6 months,and the pain recurrence rate at 6 *** events(AEs)were recorded during the ***:A total of 241 women were included in the SAC group,and 82 were in the placebo *** these women,217(90.0%)and 71(86.6%)completed the intervention,*** 3 months,overall response rate(ORR)was significantly higher in women administered SAC(80.1%)compared with those who received a placebo(30.5%,P<0.01).Six months after treatment,the ORR for dysmenorrhea was 62.7%in the SAC group and 31.7%in the placebo group(P<0.01).Chronic pelvic pain and defecation pain were significantly improved by SAC compared with placebo(both P<0.05).The incidence rates of total AEs events in the SAC and placebo groups were 6.6%and 9.8%,respectively,and no significant difference was shown between the two groups(P=0.339).Conclusion:SAC is well-tolerated and may improve dysmenorrhea in women with endometriosis-associated pain.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer is currently the third most common malignant tumor and the second leading cause of cancer-related death *** chemoradiotherapy(nCRT)is standard for locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC).Except for pathological examination after resection,it is not known exactly whether LARC patients have achieved pathological complete response(pCR)before *** date,there are no clear clinical indicators that can predict the efficacy of nCRT and patient *** To investigate the indicators that can predict pCR and long-term outcomes following nCRT in patients with *** Clinical data of 128 LARC patients admitted to our hospital between September 2013 and November 2022 were retrospectively *** were categorized into pCR and non-pCR *** analysis(using the χ^(2) test or Fisher’s exact test)and logistic multivariate regression analysis were used to study clinical predictors affecting *** 5-year disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)rates were calculated using Kaplan-Meier analysis,and differences in survival curves were assessed with the log-rank *** Univariate analysis showed that pretreatment carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)level,lymphocyte-monocyte ratio(LMR),time interval between neoadjuvant therapy completion and total mesorectal excision,and tumor size were correlated with *** results showed that CEA≤5 ng/mL(P=0.039),LMR>2.73(P=0.023),and time interval>10 wk(P=0.039)were independent predictors for *** analysis demonstrated that patients in the pCR group had significantly higher 5-year DFS rates(94.7%vs 59.7%,P=0.002)and 5-year OS rates(95.8%vs 80.1%,P=0.019)compared to the non-pCR *** deposits(TDs)were significantly correlated with shorter DFS(P=0.002)and OS(P<0.001).CONCLUSION Pretreatment CEA,LMR,and time interval contribute to predicting nCRT efficacy in LARC *** pCR demonstrates longer DFS and *** correlate with poor pr
