RNA interference （RNAi） is a highly conserved posttran- scriptional gene regulatory mechanism that controls gene expression at the mRNA level within living cells （Fire et al., 1998; Bell6s, 2010; Zhuang ＆ Hunter, 2012）. RNAi is triggered by small interfering RNA （siRNA）, which is processed by Dicer, an endoribonuclease in the RNase III family, from either exogenous （e.g., infection by a virus or laboratory manipulations） or endogenous （e.g., pre- microRNA） double-stranded RNA （dsRNA）. The siRNAs are short dsRNA fragments of about 20-25 base pairs and carry two base extensions at the 3＇ end of each strand. In the RNAi pathway, siRNAs are incorporated into an RNA-induced silencing complex （RISC） in conjunction with an Argonaute （Ago） multidomain protein. Ago which contains an RNase H-like domain responsible for target degradation cleaves and discards the passenger （sense） strand of the siRNA duplex leading to an active RISC.

Epilepsy is a severe,relapsing,and multifactorial neurological *** regarding the accurate diagnosis,prognosis,and in-depth pathogenesis are crucial for the precise and effective treatment of *** pathogenesis of epilepsy is complex and involves alterations in variables such as gene expression,protein expression,ion channel activity,energy metabolites,and gut microbiota *** results are lacking for conventional treatments for *** resection of lesions,drug therapy,and non-drug interventions are mainly used in clinical practice to treat pain associated with ***-pharmacological treatments,such as a ketogenic diet,gene therapy for nerve regeneration,and neural regulation,are currently areas of research *** review provides a comprehensive overview of the pathogenesis,diagnostic methods,and treatments of *** also elaborates on the theoretical basis,treatment modes,and effects of invasive nerve stimulation in neurotherapy,including percutaneous vagus nerve stimulation,deep brain electrical stimulation,repetitive nerve electrical stimulation,in addition to non-invasive transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current *** studies have shown that electromagnetic stimulation-mediated neuromodulation therapy can markedly improve neurological function and reduce the frequency of epileptic ***,many new technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy are being ***,current research is mainly focused on analyzing patients’clinical manifestations and exploring relevant diagnostic and treatment methods to study the pathogenesis at a molecular level,which has led to a lack of consensus regarding the mechanisms related to the disease.

6061 aluminum alloy semisolid billet was prepared by the equal-channel angular processing(ECAP)-recrystallization and partial(RAP)process(a combination of equal-channel angular processing and recrystallization and partial remelting).The effects of different process parameters on the alloy microstructure were studied and the quantitative relationship between the process parameters and microstructure was established by response surface methodology(RSM)to optimize the process *** to the orthogonal test,the holding temperature and holding time of the four ECAP-RAP process parameters were found to have the greatest impact on the microstructural characteristics,including average grain size and average shape *** RSM,it was also found that when the average grain size or the average shape factor is optimized separately,another will be *** the two indexes were simultaneously considered,the optimal process parameters were found to be a holding temperature of 623°C and holding time of 13 min,and the corresponding average grain size and average shape factor were 35.97μm and 0.8535,***,comparing the experimental and predicted values,the reliability of the established response surface model was verified.

Water model experiments were carried out to investigate the bubble behavior in cylindrical and square vessels under centric mechanical *** bubble behavior in the square vessel was investigated in detail by using a high-speed camera to record the transient images of the *** image analysis software was used to obtain the bubble *** results showed that the centric mechanical stirring in the square vessel was suitable for breakage and dispersion of bubbles,but not suitable for that in the cylindrical *** the impeller blade length and impeller rotation speed was beneficial to disintegrate and disperse bubbles *** bubble diameter decreased with the increase in the Weber number and increased slightly with the increase in the modified Froude *** dimensionless correlation equation of bubble diameter was obtained by the dimensional analysis method.
