Efficient electroreduction of nitrate via enriched active phases on copper-cobalt oxides

Electrochemical conversion of nitrate(NO_(3)~-) to ammonia(NH_(3)) can target two birds with one stone well, in NO_(3)^(-)-containing sewage remediation and sustainable NH_(3) production. However, single metalbased catalysts are difficult to drive high-efficient NO_(3)~- removal due to the multi-electron transfer ***, we present a tandem catalyst with simple structure, Cu-Co binary metal oxides(Cu-Co-O), by engineering intermediate phases as catalytic active species for NO_(3)~- conversion. Electrochemical evaluation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and in situ Raman spectra together suggest that the newly-generated Cu-based phases was prone to NO_(3)~- to NO_(2)~- conversion, then NO_(2)~- was reduced to NH_(3) on Co-based species. At an applied potential of -1.1 V vs. saturated calomel electrode, the Cu-Co-O catalyst achieved NO_(3)~- -N removal of 90% and NH_(3) faradaic efficiency of 81% for 120 min in 100 m L of 50 mg/L NO_(3)~- -N,consuming only 0.69 k wh/mol in a two-electrode system. This study provides a facile and efficient engineering strategy for developing high-performance catalysts for electrocatalytic nitrate conversion.

The duplex stainless steels after solid solution at different temperature were subjected to the same cold roiling and annealing for varied time at 1323 *** interfacial boundary character distribution(IBCD)of the two groups of specimens was investigated using EBSD *** results indicate that significant numbers of phase boundaries(PBs)with specific ORs(K-S,N-W and Pitsch)and low-angle grain boundaries(LABs)in theαmatrix and twin boundaries(TBs)in theγprecipitates were introduced in the cold-rolled and annealed specimens previously solid-solution treated at *** contrast,a quite different IBCD consisting of general PBs and high-angle grain boundaries(HABs)in theαdeveloped in the specimens previously solid-solution treated at 1323K.

The balancing of the electrochemical performance,mechanical stability,and processing technology for applying supercapacitors to flexible and wearable electronics continues to encounter severe ***,we prepare Ni-Co-Mn hydroxide electrodes with a threedimensional multichannel structure via a simple hydrothermal *** are constructed using vertically contiguous nano sheets with a uniform thickness and rough *** electrodes can provide numerous electroactive sites and accelerate the transmission of electrolyte *** relationship between the structure and electrochemical performances is verified by experiments and theoretical ***-dimensional(2D)planar and one-dimensional(1D)fiber electrodes are prepared using a flexible carbon cloth(CC)and carbon fiber(CF),respectively,as *** assembled quasi-solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitor(FASC)with a twodimensional sandwich structure using NiCoMn-OH/CC as the electrode achieves a remarkable energy density of73.8 wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of 1.03 kW·kg^(-1).The quasi-solid-state FASC with a 1D linear structure using NiCoMn-OH/CF as the electrode also attains a high energy density(12.9 wh·kg^(-1)at a power density of0.75 W·kg^(-1)).Moreover,the electrochemical performances of the NiCoMn/CC//AC/CC and NiCoMn/CF//AC/CF FASCs are not disturbed at different bending angles(0°,45°,90°,135°and 180°),This indicates the superior flexibility of the *** also assemble a self-powered energy-harvesting storage system by integrating FASCs and commercial solar cells to verify its *** displays sustainable development potential for energy storage.

目的分析受欺负、欺负容忍与儿童青少年焦虑抑郁的关系及认知情绪调节策略对欺负容忍影响焦虑抑郁的调节效应,为进行干预提供依据。方法2019年1月—2020年7月,采用儿童欺负问卷、中小学生欺负容忍问卷、认知情绪调节问卷中文版和28项一般健康问卷对1768名儿童青少年学生进行测查。结果儿童青少年学生受欺负现象较为普遍,受言语欺负、关系欺负和身体欺负的比例分别为57.64%(1019/1768)、36.60%(647/1768)和22.40%(396/1768)。不同性别(t=2.00)、学段(F=101.38)和学习成绩(F=27.91)儿童青少年焦虑抑郁得分差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),而低积极策略水平上欺负容忍正向预测焦虑抑郁(β=0.28,P0.05)。结论受欺负、欺负容忍正向预测儿童青少年焦虑抑郁,高积极策略和低消极策略能有效抑制欺负容忍对焦虑抑郁的风险而低积极策略和高消极策略则会放大欺负容忍对焦虑抑郁的风险。

旨在探究DEAD-box解旋酶21(DDX21)对猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)复制的调控作用。首先通过蛋白免疫印迹(Western Blot)分析了TGEV感染对DDX21表达的影响;进一步构建了猪DDX21真核表达质粒以及建立稳定敲低DDX21的PK-15细胞系,运用荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)、蛋白免疫印迹、间接免疫荧光(IFA)和半数细胞培养物感染量(TCID 50)探究外源过表达DDX21及敲低DDX21对TGEV体外复制的调控作用;构建一系列DDX21截短突变体真核表达质粒,鉴定了DDX21调控TGEV增殖的关键功能域。Western Blot分析显示,在TGEV wh-1株感染早期,PK-15细胞内源性DDX21蛋白的表达水平显著上调;RT-qPCR、Western Blot、IFA和TCID 50试验显示,超表达DDX21可以显著提高TGEV N基因的mRNA水平、N蛋白的表达及病毒滴度,且呈剂量依赖性,其601-784 aa区域是其影响TGEV复制的关键;与阴性对照相比,在相应DDX21敲低细胞系中TGEV的增殖显著被抑制,而回补试验逆转了DDX21敲低细胞系中TGEV的滴度。该研究首次揭示了猪DDX21对TGEV增殖的促进作用并鉴定了其调控TGEV复制的关键结构域,为今后研究DDX21蛋白的功能及TGEV的致病机理提供了理论依据。

Ref. [J. High Energy Phys. 1708, 001(2017)] showed that the planar flavored Ahanory-Bergman-Jafferis-Maldacena(ABJM)theory is integrable in the scalar sector at two-loop order using coordinate Bethe ansatz. A salient feature of this case is that the boundary reflection matrices are anti-diagonal with respect to the chosen basis. In this paper, we relax the coefficients of the boundary terms to be general constants to search for integrable systems among this class. We found that the only integrable boundary interaction at each end of the spin chain aside from the one in ref. [J. High Energy Phys. 1708, 001(2017)] is the one with vanishing boundary interactions leading to diagonal reflection matrices. We also construct non-supersymmetric planar flavored ABJM theory which leads to trivial boundary interactions at both ends of the open chain from the two-loop anomalous dimension matrix in the scalar sector.
