Urea plays a vital role in the sustainable development of mankind as it is one of the most important nitrogen *** synthesis of urea is accompanied by a high level of energy consumption while electrocatalytic methods suffer from low yields and poor *** work achieves efficient synthesis of urea by designing the graphene-In_(2)O_(3)electrocatalysts for the co-activated reduction of nitrate and carbon dioxide,where the formation rate of urea,Faraday efficiency(FE)and carbon selectivity at-0.35 V *** can reach 357.47μg mg^(-1)h^(-1),10.46%and~100%,***,the key intermediates in the C–N coupling reaction are demonstrated to be*NH_(2)and*CO_(2),which is of novelty compared to previous *** work may provide inspiration for subsequent studies on the reaction mechanism of the electrochemical synthesis of urea,as well as theoretical guidance for the sustainable synthesis of some other important chemical substances.

The proper recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)can promote the recovery and utilization of valuable resources,while also negative environmental effects resulting from the presence of toxic and hazardous *** this study,a new environmentally friendly hydro-metallurgical process was proposed for leaching lithium(Li),nickel(Ni),cobalt(Co),and manganese(Mn)from spent LIBs using sulfuric acid with citric acid as a *** effects of the concentration of sulfuric acid,the leaching temperature,the leaching time,the solid-liquid ratio,and the reducing agent dosage on the leaching behavior of the above elements were *** parameters were optimized using response surface methodology(RSM)to maximize the recovery of metals from spent *** maxim-um recovery efficiencies of Li,Ni,Co,and Mn can reach 99.08%,98.76%,98.33%,and 97.63%.under the optimized conditions(the sulfuric acid concentration was 1.16 mol/L,the citric acid dosage was 15wt%,the solid-liquid ratio was 40 g/L,and the temperature was 83℃ for 120 min),*** was found that in the collaborative leaching process of sulfuric acid and citric acid,the citric acid initially provided strong reducing CO_(2)^(-),and the transition metal ions in the high state underwent a reduction reaction to produce transition metal ions in the low ***,citric acid can also act as a proton donor and chelate with lower-priced transition metal ions,thus speeding up the dissolution process.

Genome-wide association studies(GWASs)have identified over 140 colorectal cancer(CRC)-associated loci;however,target genes at the majority of loci and underlying molecular mechanisms are poorly ***,we utilized a Bayesian approach,integrative risk gene selector(iRIGS),to prioritize risk genes at CRC GWAS loci by integrating multi-omics *** a result,a total of 105 high-confidence risk genes(HRGs)were identified,which exhibited strong gene dependencies for CRC and enrichment in the biological processes implicated in *** the 105 HRGs,CEBPB,located at the 20q13.13 locus,acted as a transcription factor playing critical roles in *** subsequent assays indicated the tumor promoter function of CEBPB that facilitated CRC cell proliferation by regulating multiple oncogenic pathways such as MAPK,PI3K-Akt,and Ras ***,by integrating a fine-mapping analysis and three independent case-control studies in Chinese populations consisting of 8,039 cases and 12,775 controls,we elucidated that rs1810503,a putative functional variant regulating CEBPB,was associated with CRC risk(OR=0.90,95%CI=0.86–0.93,P=1.07×10^(−7)).The association between rs1810503 and CRC risk was further validated in three additional multi-ancestry populations consisting of 24,254 cases and 58,741 ***,the rs1810503 A to T allele change weakened the enhancer activity in an allele-specific manner to decrease CEBPB expression via longrange promoter-enhancer interactions,mediated by the transcription factor,REST,and thus decreased CRC *** summary,our study provides a genetic resource and a generalizable strategy for CRC etiology investigation,and highlights the biological implications of CEBPB in CRC tumorigenesis,shedding new light on the etiology of CRC.

中国企业“走出去”实现国际化扩张、获取海外资源过程中,面临着多重制度嵌入以及相应的制度压力。基于全球合法性构建的战略考虑,企业会选择母国社会责任脱耦(即企业社会责任实践(“做”)与社会责任报告(“说”)不一致)回应母国和东道国制度逻辑冲突。文章基于制度逻辑视角,利用2011—2018年中国上市公司研究样本数据,分析了国际化程度对于母国社会责任脱耦的影响,检验了行业竞争压力和制度差距的调节作用。实证结果发现:(1)随着国际化程度加强,企业在母国市场的反应性社会责任脱耦减弱,而战略性社会责任脱耦加强;(2)行业竞争压力削弱了国际化程度和母国反应性社会责任脱耦的负向关系,而对国际化程度和母国战略性社会责任脱耦的正向关系具有强化作用;(3)制度逆差对于国际化程度和母国反应性社会责任脱耦关系具有负向调节作用。研究结论为新兴经济体企业如何通过社会责任战略回应国际化的复杂制度压力和合法性要求提供了经验借鉴。

目的分析家庭功能和网络成瘾及其交互作用与中学生抑郁症状的相关性,为中学生抑郁的预防提供理论依据。方法本研究采用分层整群随机抽样,2020年10—11月在湖北省孝昌县抽取3209名中学生进行问卷调查。问卷包括自编基本情况调查表、流调中心用抑郁量表(the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale,CES-D)、网络成瘾诊断量表(the internet addiction test,IAT)、家庭关怀度指数量表(family adaptation partnership growth affection and resolve index,APGAR)。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析家庭功能和网络成瘾与中学生抑郁症状的相关性及其交互作用。结果中学生抑郁症状、网络成瘾和家庭功能障碍分别检出838名(26.11%)、585名(18.23%)、1796名(55.97%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭功能障碍(OR=2.91,95%CI:2.39~3.55)、网络成瘾(OR=4.46,95%CI:3.59~5.53)是中学生出现抑郁症状的危险因素(P<0.01)。交互作用结果显示,家庭功能与网络成瘾对抑郁症状的检出具有相加交互作用,超额相对危险度、归因比、交互作用指数分别为6.40(95%CI:2.92~9.90)、0.50(95%CI:0.33~0.66)和2.16(95%CI:1.49~3.12)。结论在对有家庭功能障碍的中学生抑郁防治过程中,应重点关注网络成瘾问题,通过改善网络成瘾问题减轻家庭功能障碍对抑郁的不良影响。

Carbon dots(CDs)with superior fluorescence properties have attracted a growing number of research interests in ***,the preparation of CDs with thermally turn-on fluorescence and full-color-emitting in visible spectrum is still a big challenge due to the complicated reaction mechanism in the formation of ***,a simple precursor-oriented strategy for the preparation of multicolor CDs with heat-stimuli turn-on fluorescence is *** experimental characterizations and theoretical calculations revealed that the emission wavelength of CDs can be readily tuned from 460 nm to 654 nm with selected precursors,which was ascribed to the extent of conjugated sp2-domains(core states)and the amount of oxygen-and nitrogen-containing groups bound to sp2-domains(surface states).After simply mixing two or three kinds of CDs,a full-color range of fluorescence emission was realized,and the CDs-based fluorescence inks were successfully ***,all the printed patterns from the inkjet exhibited a thermal-induced enhancement in *** this basis,combining CDs with heating-induced“turn-off”fluorescence materials can lead to multidimensional and multistage *** results demonstrate that the thermochromic and photochromic CDs with much more enhanced security exhibit promising application in data storage and encryption.

With rapid economic development,the size of urban land in China is expanding *** Urban Growth Boundary(UGB)is an expandable spatial boundary for urban construction in a certain period in order to control the urban *** delineation of UGB can inhibit the disorderly spread of urban space and guide the normal development of the *** is of practical significance for the construction of green urban *** study utilizes GIS technology to establish a land construction suitability evaluation system for Nankang city,which is experiencing rapid urban expansion,and outlines the preliminary UGB under the future land use simulation(FLUS)*** the same time,considering the coupled coordination of"Production-Living-Ecological Space",and based on the suitability evaluation,we revised the preliminary UGB by combining the advantages of the patch-generating land use simulation(PLUS)model and the convex hull model to delineate the final *** results show that:1)the comprehensive score of the evaluation of the suitability of the construction of land from high to low shows the distribution of the center of the city to the surrounding circle type spread,the center of the city has the highest suitability *** results of convex hull model show that the urban expansion type of Nankang is *** the future,the urban expansion will mainly occur in the northern part of the *** PLUS model predicts an increase of 3359.97 hm^(2)of construction land in Nankang by 2035,of which 2022.97 hm^(2)is urban construction land.2)The FLUS model has a prediction accuracy of 86.3%and delineates a preliminary UGB area of 9215.07 hm^(2).3)We used the results of the construction suitability evaluation,PLUS model simulation results,and convex hull model predictions to revise the originally delineated *** final delineated UGB area is 8895.67 hm^(2)and it is capable of meeting the future development of the study *** results of the delineation can promote

设计洪水不确定性下的水库防洪风险调度

水库防洪调度中,设计洪水的推求对于水库防洪安全至关重要,而在其实际的推求过程中存在着诸多不确定性因素影响。本文针对设计洪水洪峰、洪量以及洪水过程线多重不确定性,提出了一种水库防洪风险调度模型并进行求解,探求设计洪水不确定性下的水库防洪调度过程。应用Copula函数建立洪峰与最大3日洪量的联合分布模型,采用蒙特卡洛重抽样方法,获取一系列峰量联合设计值;针对传统设计洪水过程线选择的单一性问题,对水库实测洪水过程进行了分类,并对不同类型的洪水过程线进行随机模拟,生成多维不确定性下的设计洪水过程;引入经济学指标条件风险值(conditional value at risk,CVaR)来衡量水库防洪调度过程中超过调洪最高洪水位的风险,建立了考虑CVaR的水库防洪调度模型,通过不同的风险系数取值获得不同的水库防洪调度过程。以安康水库洪水过程为例,二次重现期标准下百年一遇设计洪水联合设计值存在着较大的不确定性;采用Kmeans聚类法把洪水过程分成了3类,并应用蒙特卡洛法对不同类型洪水过程进行随机模拟,获取了考虑不确定性的大量水库设计洪水过程,推求了安康水库不同风险系数下水库防洪调度规则。本文所建立的考虑设计洪水不确定性的水库防洪风险调度模型可为不确定性条件下水库调度规则的制定提供指导。
