Degradation of Rhodamine B by MnFe-LDH/PMS/O_(3) three-phase catalytic system: performance, mechanism and ecotoxicity studies

This study developed a novel MnFe-LDH/PMS/O3 three-phase catalytic system to degrade the organic dye RhB, which was used to address the drawbacks of persulfate oxidation and ozonation techniques. The structure, ionic and elemental composition, specific surface area, and magnetic properties of the LDHs were investigated using a variety of physicochemical characterization tools. The results showed that MnFe-LDH had a large specific surface area, a rich crystalline phase composition, and a functional group structure. The RhB degradation rate of MnFe-LDH/PMS/O3 was 0.34 min−1, which was much higher than that of other comparative systems. RhB could be completely degraded in 10 min after optimization and had a significant effect on TOC removal. The system was found to be effective over a wide pH range. Common anions were largely unaffected and humic acid acted as an inhibitor. At the same time, the system had generally effective degradation performance for different dyes. Combined with quenching experiments and EPR, it was found that SO4•−, •OH, O_(2)•−, and 1O_(2) all participated in the reaction, and •OH contributed more. The degradation pathway of RhB was derived by LC-MS, and the T.E.S.T. evaluation found that the toxicity of the intermediate product was significantly reduced. Finally, the stability and availability of LDHs were verified using cycling experiments and metal ion leaching. This work provides a theoretical basis and data support for the synergistic catalysis of PMS/O3 and the deep treatment of dye wastewater.

Dt1 inhibits SWEET-mediated sucrose transport to regulate photoperiod-dependent seed weight in soybean

Soybean is a photoperiod-sensitive short-day crop whose reproductive period and yield are markedly affected by day-length *** weight is one of the key traits determining the soybean yield;how-ever,the prominent genes that control the final seed weight of soybean and the mechanisms underlying the photoperiod's effect on this trait remain poorly *** this study,we identify SwW19 as a major locus controlling soybean seed weight by QTL mapping and determine Dt1,an orthologous gene of Arabidopsis TFL1 that is known to govern the soybean growth habit,as the causal gene of the SW19 *** showed that Dt1 is highly expressed in developing seeds and regulates photoperiod-dependent seed weight in *** analyses revealed that the Dt1 protein physically interacts with the sucrose transporter GmSWEET10a to negatively regulate the import of sucrose from seed coat to the embryo,thus modulating seed weight under long ***,Dt1 does not function in seed development under short days due to its very low ***,we discovered a novel natural allelic variant of Dt1(H4 haplotype)that decouples its pleiotropic effects on seed size and growth habit;i.e.,this variant remains functional in seed development but fails to regulate the stem growth habit of ***,our findings provide new insights into how soybean seed development responds to photoperiod at different latitudes,offering an ideal genetic component for improving soybean's yield by manipulating its seed weightandgrowth habit.

Development of a Compound Photorespiration Inhibitor and Its Application on Sweet Cherry

[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the effects of compound photorespiration inhibitors on related indexes of sweet cherry.[Methods]With the main sweet cherry variety‘Meizao’as a test material,relevant research work was carried out.[Results]Several compound photorespiration inhibitors had a better promotion effect on the photosynthetic capacity,yield and quality of sweet cherry variety‘Meizao’,and especially,the combination of 300 mg/L sodium bicarbonate,300 mg/L sodium bisulfite,300 mg/L 2,3-epoxypropionic acid and 1.5%tween-80 had the best effect.[Conclusions]The combined use of the three photorespiration inhibitors is better than the single use,and produces a good synergistic effect.

目的制备一种新型含锶硫酸钙材料并对其进行生物相容性评价。方法探讨采用水热法制备一种新型的含锶硫酸钙并对制备的材料进行:(1)X线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱及差式量热扫描表征检测,以验证材料为目标产物;(2)细胞毒性试验评估材料浸提液对L-929小鼠成纤维细胞形态学及相对增殖率的影响;(3)溶血试验评估材料浸提液的血液相容性;(4)体内植入试验评估其对活体组织局部毒性反应。结果 (1)X线衍射结果示:14.63°,25.72°和29.80°处可见α-半水硫酸钙的特征峰,在24.78°处可见锶元素的特征峰;傅里叶变换红外光谱与α-半水硫酸钙标准图谱相似;差式量热扫描结果示:制备材料中结构水含量为6.03%;(2)细胞毒性试验显示被试材料浸提液在不同时间点的毒性反应均为I级,无细胞毒性;(3)溶血试验结果显示溶血率为4.3%,符合溶血试验要求;(4)体内植入结果表明材料和机体达到稳定状态。结论该材料为含锶硫酸钙,生物相容性试验表明其具有良好的生物相容性。

单边制裁对我国损害之深,以及建立完善反制体系之切,自不待言,其中二级制裁的逻辑解构是其中最为复杂的部分,但目前尚存诸多误解亟须厘清。二级制裁可追溯于伊朗制裁项目,以法定性、在先的一级制裁、公开标注和域外适用为要件。一级制裁和二级制裁都体现为具有域外效力的实体性制度规范,“长臂管辖”只是其程序保障机制之一。我国以欧盟为师的阻断和反制构建方法存在巨大的局限性,因此,需要制定全面阻断单边制裁的上位法,确立以“效果原则”为本的域外适用规则,同时应参照一级制裁机制来改进我国对外制裁的实体依据、程序机制和实施工具。
