Synergic evolution of microstructure-texture-stored energy in interstitial-free(IF)steels has been investigated to elaborate the effect of dissolved rare-earth(RE)elements on static *** size,texture fraction and geometrically necessary dislocation distribution of IF steel samples annealed for different times were compared,suggesting that RE elements could postpone recrystallization nucleation but accelerate grain *** visco-plastic self-consistent model was primarily adopted and verified,then used to calculate the relative activities of different slip *** was proved that the compatible deformation of IF steels was very sensitive to dissolved RE elements,in particular the{110}62 slip systems became extremely inactive,leading to anα-fibre textures rich configuration of RE-IF *** both IF steels have the same stored energy sequence of whichγ-fibre takes precedence in nucleation followed byα-fibre,the nucleation rates ofα/γ-fibres driven by the reduced stored energy slowed down in RE-IF *** nucleation-path analyses revealed that shear bands withinγ-fibre mainly sacrificed for grain nucleation of{111}orientation,whileα-fibre especially prior grain boundaries therein preferred supplying nucleation sites for{554}grains,which accounting for the competitive growth ofγ-fibre textures in RE-IF steels rather than being dominated by a single *** grain growth,the major texture of Normal-IF steels had been transferred to{554}from{111},while{554}in RE-IF steels still inherited the orientation advantage and grew up rapidly,thus inducing the grain *** this work offers a significant understanding of RE microalloying effect on static recrystallization,it will provide references for alloy design and industrial application of IF steels.

The industrial manufacture processes of three kinds of roll core used ductile irons have been investigated via systematical experiments. EfFects of the ratio of C/Si, pig iron, nodularizer and alloying method on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the heavy section ductile iron have been analyzed. It has been found that when treated with RE-Mg plus Sb, high quality nodular castings can be produced even if much anti spheroidizing alloy elements are included in the pig iron. The alloy element Sb played an important role in the control of graphite morphology.

A program on the solidification process of horizontal centrifugal casting coupled with eutectic carbides segregation has been developed in this paper. Due to the geometrical features of work roll, a cylindrical coordinate system was used. The temperature field of the outer layer at the end of filling process was imported as the initial temperature condition for the solidification process. The model of eutectic carbides segregation caused by different densities between eutectic MC and the molten steel was coupled in the program. The temperature field of the outer layer of work roll during horizontal centrifugal casting process was investigated. Results show that the outer layer has a ＂sandwich shape＂ solid fraction manner. Results also indicate that the segregation of eutectic MC is quite severe during centrifugal casting process. It forms four zones of different content of carbides in radial direction. The simulated results of MC carbides segregation phenomenon agree with the experimental observations.

A 2D transient mathematical model was established to separately describe the anode bubble dynamics and the bubbleinduced electrolyte motion in the rare earth electrolysis cell with horizontal *** indicate that with the increase in the anode inclined angle,the maximum bubble thickness is increased ***,compared with the conventional anode,the inclined and chamfered anodes are conductive to the bubble length reduction and the bubble velocity ***,the bubble-induced electrolyte motion in the electrolysis cell can improve the distribution and transport process of oxyfluorides,thereby enhancing the current ***,a novel feeding method based on the electrolyte flow is proposed.

鉴于液态补缩机制不能解决大高径比铸件中心缩孔疏松缺陷,提出了固态补缩机制.通过分析金属液静水拉力对内孔形核和固相屈服变形的作用,阐明了固态补缩机制的原理,并得出了影响铸件固态补缩能力的主要因素:液体破裂压力值、金属液气体含量以及固相屈服强度.在此基础上,提出了降低铸件在径向上的温度梯度是减少大高径比铸件缩孔疏松缺陷的有效方法.最后,设计了铸件在不同模具温度下凝固的验证实验,证实了固态补缩对于减少大高径比铸件缩孔疏松的作用.

采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)及热膨胀法测定了离心铸造轧辊用高速钢的相变点,根据高速钢的临界转变温度,进行了退火、淬火和回火实验.着重研究了热处理过程中碳化物演变对轧辊用高速钢性能的影响.结果表明:退火温度需高于630℃,才能使铸态高速钢得到软化,硬度降低,便于切削加工.热处理前后,MC型一次共晶碳化物的成分、形态和数量基本没有变化;随着淬火温度的升高,处于亚稳状态的M_2C型共晶碳化物的分解数量越来越多.高速钢最终硬度受回火温度影响较大,研究了回火温度与二次硬化之间的关系,确定了二次硬化峰值温度,研究了二次碳化物的溶解与析出对高速钢基体组织与力学性能的影响规律.

在发生表面剥落的GCr15钢滚动轴承的表面裂纹附近发现了一种针状相,利用SEM、透射Kikuchi衍射(TKD)和TEM等表征手段研究了这种针状相的微观特征,分析了这种针状相的形成机理及其与表面裂纹的相互作用。结果表明,在GCr15钢滚动轴承表面诱发的裂纹附近所形成的针状相是一种特殊的马氏体退化组织。这种针状相是因局部应力作用而形成的细长条状组织,其三维形貌为薄板状,内部存在微观孔洞和等轴状纳米晶。在滚动接触疲劳过程中,表面裂纹会优先沿针状相的微观孔洞扩展,使针状相的形成与表面裂纹的扩展相互促进,加速了轴承表面疲劳剥落的发生。
