A novel method of synthesis of nitro or trifluoromethyl substituted benzimidazolyl phenoxyacetic acid O-acetylglucosyl saccharide esters by the reaction of O-acetylglucosyl bromide with substituted benzimidazolyl phenoxyacetic acid at room temperature was developed. 4 dimethylaminopyridine （DMAP） was used as catalyst, triethylamine （Et3N） was used as deacid reagent, three saccharide esters were synthesized in the system of DMAP/ Et3 N. The catalytic mechanism of DMAP/Et3N was discussed. The results show that DMAP is an effective catalyst, the yields can reach 50%. The test indicates that the title compounds show better antiplantviral activity.

目的分析血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)与老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺弥散功能及运动受限的相关性。方法招募2020年1月至2021年7月重庆大学附属涪陵医院收治的188例老年稳定期COPD患者,均接受肺功能测试(PFT)和心肺运动试验(CPET)评估。将肺一氧化碳弥散因子(T_(L)CO)z评分(FEV_(1z-score))、FEV_(1)与预测值的百分比(ppFEV_(1))的关联性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析SAA水平对老年COPD患者肺弥散功能异常的预测效能。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,较低的ppFEV_(1)、用力肺活量的z评分(FVC_(z-score))、(FEV_(1)/FVC)_(z-score)是促进老年COPD患者肺弥散功能异常的独立危险因素(Pz评分(VA_(z-score))是抑制老年COPD患者肺弥散功能异常的独立保护因素(Pz-score)与ppFEV_(1)每降低一个单位,弥散功能异常组患者的SAA水平分别升高0.009(95%CI:-0.013~-0.005)ng/mL、0.149(95%CI:-0.210~-0.088)ng/mL。Pearson相关分析结果显示,老年COPD患者的SAA水平与VO_(2peak)呈负相关(r=-0.512,Pz-score)有关,检测SAA水平有助于鉴别老年COPD肺弥散功能异常患者。此外,SAA水平与VO_(2peak)呈负相关,说明导致FEV_(1)降低的机制可能有助于解释老年COPD肺弥散功能异常患者运动受限的原因。

The methods of complex function, multi-polar coordinate system, and conformal mapping are used to solve dynamic stress concentration factor. The surface elasticity theory is applied to obtain the stress boundary conditions on the surface. The effects of frequency and the ration of the major and minor axis of the ellipse on the dynamic stress concentration factor around the elliptical nano-hole are discussed in detail. When the size of elliptical hole shrinks to nanometers, the numerical results show that the surface effect has a significant effect on the scattering of SH-wave.

明确稻瘟病菌的致病力是筛选抗瘟资源、培育抗瘟品种和指导品种布局的前提和基础。本研究用东北粳稻区吉林省的166份水稻稻瘟病菌单孢分离物分别与7个中国稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别寄主品种(Chinese differential varieties,CDVs)和源于粳稻丽江新团黑谷(LTH)的23个抗稻瘟病单基因品种(monogenetic differential varieties,MDVs)在温室内人工接种,分析稻瘟病菌的致病力情况。稻瘟病菌的致病力按与CDVs互作表型可划分为7个群、44个生理小种,其中zA为优势菌群,出现频率为45.18%,zA17(19.28%)、zG1(9.64%)等为优势生理小种;与MDVs互作亲和表型按U-i-k-z-ta模式命名生理小种,优势生理小种不突出,但子群致病型较明显,出现比例较高的子群分别为U73(47.0%)、i5(31.9%)、i7(31.9%)等;利用与单基因品种互作明确的稻瘟病菌无毒基因频率展现病原菌的致病力,频率较高的分别为Avr-Pi12(74.69%)、Avr-Pi9(72.28%)、Avr-Pi19(68.67%)、Avr-Pi20(68.07%)等,表明Pi12(t)、Pi9(t)、Pi19(t)、Pi20(t)等为吉林省抗稻瘟病广谱基因型。采用优势无毒基因频率显示稻瘟菌致病性,能够明确反映出广谱抗瘟基因型,可作为抗稻瘟病育种目标。

Effects of live rock on removal of dissolved inorganic nitrogen in coral aquaria

Maintaining stable water quality is one of the key processes for recirculating coral aquaculture. Traditional aquarium systems which mainly utilized a nitrification of nitrifying bacteria attached to the surface of massive artificial filter material are difficult to maintain the oligotrophic conditions necessary for coral aquaculture. This study investigated the removal effects of dissolved inorganic nitrogen（ammonia and nitrate） by live rock（LR）, a key component in the ＂Berlin system＂ coral aquarium. The expression levels of bacterial functional genes, AOA3,amo A and nos z, were measured on the exterior and interior of LR. The nitrifying and denitrifying bacterial abundance on LR was quantified and the nitrogen nutrient regulatory effects of LR were evaluated. The results demonstrated that LR mainly removed ammonium（NH_4~＋） from the water with a mean efficiency of 0.141 mg/（kg·h）, while the removal of nitrate（NO_3~–） was not significant. Bacterial diversity analysis showed that ammonia-oxidizing bacteria（AOB） were the most common bacteria on LR, which accounted for 0.5%–1.4% of the total bacterial population, followed by denitrifying bacteria, which accounted for 0.2% of the total population, and the ammonia-oxidizing archaea（AOA） were the least common type（〈0.01%）. The low abundance of denitrifying bacteria may be responsible for the poor nitrate（NO_3~–） removal of LR. Thus, other biological filtration methods are needed in coral aquaria to control nitrates generated from nitrification or biological metabolism.

Semi-synthesis of paclitaxel was achieved in four steps from 10-deacetylbaccatin HI （10-DAB HI）. The key steps are the regioselective protection at the hydroxyl group at C-7 of 10-DAB HI, using 1,1′-thiocarbonyldiimidazole as a selective reagent, and the deprotection of the protected paclitaxel with a mixture of p-toluenesulfonic acid and 0.1 mol/L aqueous hydrochloride.
