Attributes of Specialized Households'Resilience and Its Impact on Rural Industrial Advancement:A Case Study of National Musical Instrument Production Specialized Households in Lankao County,Henan,China

Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages and the overall vitality of the rural economy.In this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specialized households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specialized households’resilience and rural industrial development in China.The musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specialized households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specialized households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specialized households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specialized households’resilience;4)the positioning of specialized households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience level.The influence of specialized households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future actions.However,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export reduction.To enhance the development resilience of entities like specialized households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology and prioritizing the training of technical talen

Quartz crystals are the most widely used material in resonant sensors,owing to their excellent piezoelectric and mechanical properties.With the development of portable and wearable devices,higher processing efﬁciency and geometrical precision are required.Wet etching has been proven to be the most efﬁcient etching method for large-scale production of quartz devices,and many wet etching approaches have been developed over the years.However,until now,there has been no systematic review of quartz crystal etching in liquid phase environments.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive review of the development of wet etching processes and the achievements of the latest research in thisﬁeld,covering conventional wet etching,additive etching,laser-induced backside wet etching,electrochemical etching,and electrochemical discharge machining.For each technique,a brief overview of its characteristics is provided,associated problems are described,and possible solutions are discussed.This review should provide an essential reference and guidance for the future development of processing strategies for the manufacture of quartz crystal devices.

At the panel session of the 3rd Global Forum on the Development of Computer Science,attendees had an opportunity to deliberate recent issues affecting computer science departments as a result of the recent growth in the field.6 heads of university computer science departments participated in the discussions,including the moderator,Professor Andrew Yao.The first issue was how universities are managing the growing number of applicants in addition to swelling class sizes.Several approaches were suggested,including increasing faculty hiring,implementing scalable teaching tools,and working closer with other departments through degree programs that integrate computer science with other fields.The second issue was about the position and role of computer science within broader science.Participants generally agreed that all fields are increasingly relying on computer science techniques,and that effectively disseminating these techniques to others is a key to unlocking broader scientific progress.

治理性自组织是实现乡村治理有效的重要力量。在基层亟需提升治理能力的背景下,治理性自组织成为不少村庄的发展重点。本研究基于实地调研资料,运用协同治理理论,重点剖析了一个治理性自组织如何产生,如何运作及其在治理中发挥的作用,以此来阐述该类自组织参与村庄治理的社会基础。研究表明,治理性自组织的社会基础包括组织条件对应的村庄精英动员,内容条件对应的治理事务与治理结构契合,以及制度条件对应的村规民约落实与内部规则确立三个部分。治理性自组织要根据不同的社会基础不断调整才能实现可持续发展,推动乡村治理有效。

Recent theory and experiments show that artificial magnetic skyrmions can be stabilized at room temperature without the need for the external magnetic field,casting strong potentials for the device applications.In this work,we study the electric field manipulation of artificial magnetic skyrmions imprinted by Co disks on CoPt multilayers utilizing the micromagnetic simulations.We find that the reversible annihilation and creation of skyrmions can be realized with the electric field via the strain mediated magnetoelastic coupling.In addition,we also demonstrate controllable manipulation of individual skyrmion,which opens a new platform for constructing magnetic field-free and low-energy dissipation skyrmion based media.

Evaluation of Tung Oil(Vernicia fordii(Hemsl.))for Controlling Termites

In worldwide,the use of chemical pesticides to protect wood has been greatly restricted.In recent years,a large number of researchers devoted to the search for natural,safe and non-polluting bioactive chemical compounds from plants as an alternative to synthetic organic chemical preservative.In Chinese folk,tung oil can be used as paint for wooden furniture to protect them from pests.This study aimed to evaluate the chemical compositions of raw and heated tung oil and their activity against termite.In choice bioassays,weight loss of wood treated with 5%raw or heated tung oil after 4 weeks was significantly less than that of the control group.In no-choice bioassays,there was a significant difference in termite survival and wood weight loss on raw and heated tung oil-treated wood.When tung oil-treatment concentrations increased to 5%,wood weight loss was less than 10%.There was no significant difference in termite survival and wood weight loss between raw and heated tung oil-treated wood.Survival of termites in both tung oil wood treatments was significantly lower than that in the starvation control after 4 weeks.Raw and heated tung oil significantly improved the resistance of pine wood to termites,and have the potential for the development of natural wood preservatives.

Review of harmless treatment of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash

Incineration is widely adopted in municipal solid waste management,which produces large amounts of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash.The harmless treatment of MSWI fly ash requires the appropriate disposal of heavy metals and dioxins that are enriched in fly ash.This review summarizes recently developed harmless disposal methods for MSWI fly ash including solidification/stabilization,thermal treatment,and separation/extraction.In addition,we discuss heavy metal and dioxin fixation,and the removal capacity of fly ash via solidification/stabilization(including cement solidification,chemical stabilization,hydrothermal processes,and mechano-chemical methods),thermal treatment(including sintering,fuel-burning,or electric melting/vitrification),and separation/extraction(including water-washing,chemical reagent leaching,biological leaching,electrodialysis separation,chemical reagent extraction,and nanomaterials extraction).The advantages and disadvantages of different harmless treatment methods are compared and future research prospects and suggestions are summarized.This review provides general guidelines for the harmless treatment of MSWI fly ash in the future.

Dichlorination in a circulating fluidized-bed incinerator for municipal solid waste incineration system

Cl is one of the main pollutants emitted from domestic waste incineration systems. In this study, we focused on the process of Ca dechlorination in the furnace of a circulating fluidized-bed waste incineration system. We analyzed the stability of CaCl_(2) and Ca in the furnace, the dechlorination process, and distribution of Cl in the incineration system. The results show that the optimal Ca/Cl molar ratio for Ca dechlorination in the circulating fluidized-bed waste incinerator is 2:1;moreover, the dechlorination product CaCl_(2) was found to decompose at high temperatures (> 850℃). At temperatures > 700℃, we measured CaCl_(2) decomposition rates up to 80%. Ca was added in the furnace, mainly to provide a dechlorination Ca source for the decomposition of limestone into tail flue gas. The amount of Ca^(2+) in the flue decreased gradually, parallelly to the temperature of the flue gas. Stable CaCl_(2) was formed after HCl was captured, and relatively small solid particles appeared in the ash collecting bag.

针对最小熵解卷积(minimum entropy deconvolution,简称MED)应用于故障诊断时倾向于恢复少量主导冲击而非周期性故障冲击的问题,定义一种滤波器系数求解指标——平均峭度,提出了最大平均峭度盲解卷积方法。首先,通过对故障信号进行均等分割,取各分割段信号峭度的均值,得到信号的平均峭度;其次,将平均峭度作为信号盲解卷积指标,求解滤波器系数;最后,完成信号滤波,提取周期性故障冲击。仿真信号与直升机故障诊断案例分析结果表明:所提最大平均峭度盲解卷积方法能从含复杂干扰成分的故障信号中恢复故障冲击序列,为故障诊断提供可靠信息;相比于MED等传统盲解卷积方法,所提方法具有较强的普适性。

Optimal Reinsurance and Dividend Under Model Uncertainty

In this paper,the authors analyze the optimal reinsurance and dividend problem with model uncertainty for an insurer.Here the model uncertainty represents possible deviations between the real market and the assumed model.In addition to the incorporation of model uncertainty into the traditional diffusion surplus process,the authors include a penalty function in the objective function.The proposed goal is to find the optimal reinsurance and dividend strategy that maximizes the expected discounted dividend before ruin in the worst case of all possible scenarios,namely,the worst market.Using a dynamic programming approach,the problem is reduced to solving a Hamilton-Jacob-Bellman-Isaac(HJBI)equation with singular control.This problem is more difficult than the traditional robust control or singular control problem.Here,the authors prove that the value function is the unique solution to this HJBI equation with singular control.Moreover,the authors present a verification theorem when a smooth solution can be found,and derive closed-form solution when the function in the objective function is specified.
