Efficacy of phytogenic extracts on growth performance and health of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus)

The present study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of phytogenic extract on growth and health of tilapia.Three experimental diets were designed as the basal diet(Con)and phytogenic extract(Flourishing,F)supplemented diets at 0.5 and 1 g/kg inclusion(F-1 and F-2),which the phytogenic additive was extracted from Eucommia ulmoides,Astragalus membranaceus,Lonicera japonica and Codonopsis pilosula.The three diets were fed to juvenile tilapia(14.0±0.1 g)with 30 fish per cage,and three replicate cages from the three groups were placed in one indoor concrete pool(a total of three pools were used).After 8 weeks of feeding,the weight gain was significantly increased,and feed conversion ratio was decreased in F-2 group(P<0.05)when compared to the control.Both levels of phytogenic extract significantly promoted the retentions of protein and lipid and the apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter and protein(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase and the levels of white blood cells,haemoglobin and glutamic pyruvic transaminase were also significantly increased by the supplementation of phytogenic extract(P<0.05).The villus height in anterior intestine was significantly enhanced in F-1 and F-2 groups(P<0.05).After challenging with Aeromonas hydrophila,the cumulative mortality was significantly declined in F-1 and F-2 groups(P<0.05).In summary,the dietary supplementation of phytogenic extract at 1 g/kg feed could provide positive efficiency on growth,nutrient utilization,immunity,gut morphology and disease resistance of tilapia under the present conditions.

ZIF-derived mesoporous carbon materials prepared by activation via Na_(2)SiO_(3) for supercapacitor

Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)derived carbonaceous materials have a wide range of applications in the fields of energy storage,catalysis,adsorption and separation,etc.Especially,zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)is an excellent candidate to synthesize porous carbon due to the large surface area and high nitrogen content.However,the dominated microporous structure of ZIF-8-derived carbon significantly hinders ionic mass trans fer,limiting the improvement of performance.Herein,MOF-derived mesoporous carbon was prepared using ZIF-8 as carbon precursor and cheap sodium silicate(Na_(2)SiO_(3))as activator.The introduction of Na_(2)SiO_(3) created rich mesoporous structure and increased specific surface area,as well as the effects of pyrolysis temperature and Na_(2)SiO_(3) dosage on performance was also investigated.The obtained ZIF-derived porous carbon exhibits good electrochemical performance with specific capacitance of 263 F/g at 1 A/g and excellent cycle life(96.07%after 10,000 GCD cycles)in supercapacitor.The use of cheap Na_(2)SiO_(3) activator provides a new orientation for the preparation of MOF-derived carbons with rich pores,high surface area,and facilitates the large-scale application of MOF-derived carbons.

N-doped ordered mesoporous carbon spheres derived by confined pyrolysis for high supercapacitor performance

Herein, we report a confined pyrolysis strategy to prepare mesoporous carbon nanospheres by which surface area of carbon spheres is increased, pore size is enlarged and effective N-doping is achieved. In this method, the mesoporous polymer sphere as carbon precursor and 2-methylimidazole as nitrogen precursor are encapsulated in a compact silica shell which provides a confined nano-space for the pyrolysis treatment. The in situ generated gases from mesoporous polymer sphere and 2-methylimidazole under pyrolysis diffuse into the pores of mesoporous polymer sphere in the confined compact silica shell,resulting in increased surface area, larger pore size and N-doping due to self-activation effect. As electrodes in supercapacitor, the N-doped mesoporous carbon nanospheres exhibit a significantly enhanced specific capacitance of 326 Fg^-1 at 0.5 Ag^-1, which is 2 times higher than that of mesoporous carbon spheres under unconfined pyrolysis condition, exhibiting its potential for electrode materials with high performance.

"Dissolution-reassembly" for N-doped hollow micro/meso-carbon spheres with high supercapacitor performance

Herein, we report a "dissolution-reassembly" approach for preparation of N-doped hollow carbon spheres with mesoporous/microporous composite structure (H(Micro/Meso)CS). Basing on the compositional inhomogeneity inside the nanospheres of 3-aminophenol/formaldehyde (3-AF) polymerization, the internal 3-AF oligomer with low-molecular-weight is dissolved by acetone to form cavity. Then the dispersive 3-AF oligomer reassemble with silica oligomer as pore-forming agent and cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide as surfactant to form a mesoporous outer shell. In addition, the amount of acetone has a great influence on the morphology and structure of H(Micro/Meso)CS. The obtained H(Micro/Meso)CS shows uniform spherical and microporous/mesoporous shell structure and has a high specific capacity and excellent high rate capability.

Synthesis of nitrogen-doped carbon spheres using the modified Stober method for supercapacitors

Nitrogen-doped carbon spheres (NCSs) with uniform and regular morphology were facilely prepared by the modified Stober method. Hexamethylenetetramine (HMT) was selected as the starting material, which decomposed to provide nitrogen and carbon sources for the synthesis of NCSs. The decomposition product formaldehyde polymerized to form carbon skeleton with resorcinol after carbonization, and the in-situ nitrogen doping was achieved with the decomposed nitrogen source. NCSs were obtained with regular spherical morphology, high specific surface area, and suitable nitrogen doping. When used as the electrode material, NCSs exhibited good capacitance and electrochemical stability, indicating that NCSs be the promising candidate for the electrode material of high-performance supercapacitors.

目的探讨不同资历医师行飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)中发生非计划分离(UIDPP)的独立风险因素。方法选取2021年4月至9月由三名不同资历的手术医师完成的1600例(3003眼)SMILE患者作为研究对象,男911例,女689例,患者年龄(21.82±3.55)岁。记录患者UIDPP发生情况,同时汇总患者年龄、性别、眼别、主刀医师、手术熟练程度、主觉验光、角膜中央厚度、角膜基质透镜厚度、角膜小切口位置、透镜边切厚度等参数。运用二分类Logistic回归分析UIDPP发生的独立风险因素。检验水准:α=0.05。结果本研究共观测3003眼,UIDPP发生率为6.56%(197眼),所有术眼均成功取出透镜。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,手术医师(P=0.035)、手术熟练程度(P=0.026)、术眼眼别(P=0.007)、角膜基质透镜厚度(P0.05)。结论手术医师、手术熟练程度、术眼眼别、角膜基质透镜厚度和透镜边切厚度为UIDPP发生的独立风险因素。

针对国家电网故障判别误差率较高的问题,设计一种基于多数据源融合的电网故障判别与告警方案。利用最大离散小波变换技术和长短期记忆网络算法结合的方法提高电网故障判别与告警能力;利用最大重叠离散小波变换技术具有的扩充冗余自成正交特性对故障类型进行划分;将长短期记忆网络算法由单向进程转为双向网络,避免了反馈传输过程中的网络层无法得到合适的偏导数等梯度消失情况。试验结果表明,通过所提算法进行数据质量核查的准确度高达九成以上,表明所提研究系统对解决提升故障判别准确度的提升具有较强的实用性、优越性。

为解决循环冷却水成垢问题,采用实验室小试和中试研究相结合的方法,以广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司焦化厂的循环冷却水为研究对象,通过正交实验设计,探索了阴极极板材料、极板间距、电压、反应时间4个因素的交互影响,构建了正交实验表。实验结果表明,阴极材料的选择和实验参数的调整对电化学去除循环冷却水中Ca^(2+)和Cl^(-)的效果具有明显影响。极差分析结果显示,阴极材料对除垢效果的影响最为显著,而电压对除氯效果的影响最为显著。通过中试研究对小试实验结果进行验证,取得了显著的经济效益。

Graphene Quantum Dots Derived from Carbon Fibers for Oxidation of Dopamine

We demonstrated a facile method to prepare photoluminescent graphene quantum dots using commercial polyacrylonitrile（PAN） based carbon fibers（CFs） as the raw material by facile chemical oxidation and exfoliation method. The as-prepared GQDs with uniform size exhibit an excitation-independent photoluminescence behavior, which is similar to other semiconductor quantum dots. Moreover, when acting as catalyst the uniform GQDs have better activity for electrochemical oxidation of dopamine（DA） than graphene oxides（GOs）. The square wave voltammogram（SWV） peak values of GQDs are in good correspondence with DA concentrations and can act as a sensor of DA.

Decoding the inconsistency of six cropland maps in China

Accurate cropland information is critical for agricultural planning and production,especially in foodstressed countries like China.Although widely used medium-to-high-resolution satellite-based cropland maps have been developed from various remotely sensed data sources over the past few decades,considerable discrepancies exist among these products both in total area and in spatial distribution of croplands,impeding further applications of these datasets.The factors influencing their inconsistency are also unknown.In this study,we evaluated the consistency and accuracy of six cropland maps widely used in China in circa 2020,including three state-of-the-art 10-m products(i.e.,Google Dynamic World,ESRI Land Cover,and ESA WorldCover)and three 30-m ones(i.e.,GLC_FCS30,GlobeLand 30,and CLCD).We also investigated the effects of landscape fragmentation,climate,and agricultural management.Validation using a ground-truth sample revealed that the 10-m-resolution WorldCover provided the highest accuracy(92.3%).These maps collectively overestimated Chinese cropland area by up to 56%.Up to 37%of the land showed spatial inconsistency among the maps,concentrated mainly in mountainous regions and attributed to the varying accuracy of cropland maps,cropland fragmentation and management practices such as irrigation.Our work shed light on the promotion of future cropland mapping efforts,especially in highly inconsistent regions.
