Atomic layer deposition(ALD)is a thin-film fabrication technique that has great potential in nanofabrication.Based on its self-limiting surface reactions,ALD has excellent conformality,sub-nanometer thickness control,and good process compatibility.These merits promote the industrial and research applications of ALD in various fields.This article provides an introduction to ALD and highlights its applications in semiconductors,pan-semiconductors,environment and energy,and other fields.The applications of ALD in the key nodes of integrated circuits are initially demonstrated,and the areaselective ALD technique is discussed as a bottom-up method for self-aligned nanomanufacturing.Emerging applications of ALD are illustrated in the fabrication of passivation layers,functional surface layers,and buffer layers,which have shown the development trend of ALD in miniaturization and diversification.ALD is an enabling technique for atomic and closeto-atomic scale manufacturing(ACSM)of materials,structures,devices,and systems in versatile applications.The use of theory calculation,multiscale simulation,and more novel methods would steer ALD into further evolution,which makes it possible to cater to the demand of ACSM.

Internet of Things Intrusion Detection System Based on Convolutional Neural Network

In recent years, the Internet of Things (IoT) technology has developedby leaps and bounds. However, the large and heterogeneous networkstructure of IoT brings high management costs. In particular, the low costof IoT devices exposes them to more serious security concerns. First, aconvolutional neural network intrusion detection system for IoT devices isproposed. After cleaning and preprocessing the NSL-KDD dataset, this paperuses feature engineering methods to select appropriate features. Then, basedon the combination of DCNN and machine learning, this paper designs acloud-based loss function, which adopts a regularization method to preventoverfitting. The model consists of one input layer, two convolutional layers,two pooling layers and three fully connected layers and one output layer.Finally, a framework that can fully consider the user’s privacy protection isproposed. The framework can only exchange model parameters or intermediateresults without exchanging local individuals or sample data. This paperfurther builds a global model based on virtual fusion data, so as to achievea balance between data privacy protection and data sharing computing. Theperformance indicators such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and AUCof the model are verified by simulation. The results show that the model ishelpful in solving the problem that the IoT intrusion detection system cannotachieve high precision and low cost at the same time.

The function and usage of vMIPα encoded by K6 gene of herpesvirus 8 (HHV8) which has homology with human macrophage protein (MIP) have not been clearly known. In the present note the K6 gene of HHV8 was cloned and transfected into NIH3T3 cells and E. coli cells. Conditional media from the 3T3-transfected cells and K6 product vMIPa from E. coli. Cells were used to perform the experiments of ligand-receptor binding and cellular adhesion with peripheral blood macrophages. The conditional media and the purified vMIPa from E. coli could compete to bind to CCR5 located on macrophages from peripheral blood with I125-hMIP-1α chemokine of human. Cellular adhesion showed that the conditional media from transfected cells and the purified vMIPa did not induce the adhesion of macrophages from peripheral blood to ICAM-1. In conclusion, vMIPα encoded by K6 gene of HHV8 can bind to CCR5 of peripheral blood macrophage cells and does not induce their adhesion. This suggests that vMIPa enclosed CCR5, also known as HIV

3D Vehicle Detection Based on liDAR and Camera Fusion

Nowadays,the deep learning for object detection has become more popular and is widely adopted in many fields.This paper focuses on the research of liDAR and camera sensor fusion technology for vehicle detection to ensure extremely high detection accuracy.The proposed network architecture takes full advantage of the deep information of both the liDAR point cloud and RGB image in object detection.First,the liDAR point cloud and RGB image are fed into the system.Then a high-resolution feature map is used to generate a reliable 3D object proposal for both the liDAR point cloud and RGB image.Finally,3D box regression is performed to predict the extent and orientation of vehicles in 3D space.Experiments on the challenging KITTI benchmark show that the proposed approach obtains ideal detection results and the detection time of each frame is about 0.12 s.This approach could establish a basis for further research in autonomous vehicles.

异构片上系统具有定制化满足应用的特异性需求特点,成为多个领域内的主流解决方案.但用户在异构片上系统上进行开发需要面对多种计算资源带来的程序错误,而不同异构片上系统构建统一的调试器框架也面临巨大的挑战.针对上述问题,本文提出了一种面向异构片上系统的调试器框架,该调试器框架设计了异构处理器调试器框架通用接口,开发者可以通过框架功能接口快速构建异构调试器.该框架功能丰富,通过线程切换实现了对异构多核程序的调试,也实现了异构程序性能分析等功能.该框架生成的调试器与传统硬件调试器相比,加载异构程序速度快,是读内存速率的5.5倍,是写内存速率的16.5倍,调试速度大大提高.

Optical microcavities offer a promising platform for highly efficient light–matter interactions.Recently,the combination of microresonators and 2D materials in the nanoscale has further enriched the optoelectronics of microcavity geometries,spurring broad advances including lasers,nonlinear converters,modulators,and sensors.Here,we report the concept of compact dual-laser cogeneration in a graphene-microcavity fiber,which offers a way to cancel the optical common mode noises.Driven by a single 980 nm pump,orthogonally polarized laser lines are generated in a pair of degeneracy breaking modes.The two laser lines produce a heterodyne beat note at 118.96 MHz,with frequency noise down to 200 Hz~2∕Hz at 1 MHz offset,demonstrating a linewidth of 930 Hz in vacuum.This compact device enables on-line and label-free NH_(3) gas detection with high resolution,realizing a detection limit on a single pmol/L level,and a capability to quantitatively trace gas–graphene interactions.Such a combination of graphene optoelectronics and microcavity photonics demonstrates a novel physical paradigm for microlaser control and offers a new scheme for in situ chemical sensing.

Fourier ptychographic microscopy(FPM)is a newly developed imaging technique which stands out by virtue of its high-resolution and wide FOV.It improves a microscope's imaging perfor-mance beyond the diffraction limit of the employed optical components by illuminating the sample with oblique waves of different incident angles,similar to the concept of synthetic aperture.We propose to use an objective lens with high-NA to generate oblique illuminating waves in FPM.We demonstrate utilizing an objective lens with higher NA to iluminate the sample leads to better resolution by simulations,in which a resolution of 0.28 pum is achieved by using a high-NA illuminating objective lens(NA=1.49)and a low-NA collecting objective lens(NA=0.2)in coherent imaging(λ=488 nm).We then deeply study FPM's exact relevance of convergence speed to spatial spectrum overlap in frequency domain.The simulation results show that an overlap of about 60%is the optimal choice to acquire a high-quality recovery(520*520 pixels)with about 2 min's computing time.In addition,we testify the robustness of the algorithm of FPM to additive noises and its suitability for phase objects,which further proves FPM's potential application in biomedical imaging.

经过西汉初期“无为而治”的酝酿积淀与武帝时期“崇尚有为”的人居大发展,西汉长安地区形成以都城为核心,苑囿、郊邑、农田相嵌套的圈层结构,而“源泉灌注、陂池交属”的水网系统是贯穿其中的人居发展支撑基础。在分析其依托自然水系立基的优劣基础上,结合二重证据与图示分析,以武帝前后为观察界点,探讨因应地区人居发展的长安地区水系营建。研究表明,在都市水利、漕运水利与农田水利功能目标指引下,以渭南地区凿陂丰水、沿渭地区赖渭穿渠与渭北地区泾洛引灌为重点进行水系建设,展现出在地化营建智慧。各区域因水系而成独特地景格局,结合案例分析,总结因凭水系而成的池苑绮错、邑景依傍、园野辉映的分区理景特征。
