The development of a single analytical platform with different functions is highly desirable but remains a challenge at ***,a paper-based device based on fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)functionalized paper/MnO_(2)nanosheets(MnO_(2)NS)hybrid devices(PCD/NS)was proposed for single-device multi-function ***_(2)NS functioned as a fluorescence quencher of CDs and recognizer of H_(2)O_(2)released from the oxidase catalyzed *** recovery would occur after the decomposition of MnO_(2)NS induced by H_(2)O_(2),by which a simple and effective strategy could be developed for fluorescence monitoring multiplex biological ***(XA)sensing,xanthine oxidase(XOD)inhibitors screening analysis and chiral recognition of glucose enantiomers were performed on PCD/NS to investigate the multifunctional application of the paper-based *** means of PCD/NS,XA could be determined in the range of 0.1–40μmol/L with a low detection of limit of 0.06μmol/*** IC_(50)value of allopurinol,the model inhibitor of XOD,was sensitively detected to be 7.4μmol/*** enantiomers were also recognized in terms of the specific fluorescence response to *** work firstly presented a paper-based device capable of biomarkers detection,inhibitors screening and chiral recognition,which enlightened a promising strategy for the construction of multifunctional devices and hold the great potential application in clinical diagnosis and drug discovery.

目的分析2015年中国不同职业自报患癌人群患病状况及其影响因素,探讨职业人群癌症的一级预防策略。方法采用2015年中国慢性病及其危险因素监测(CCDRFS)系统中不同职业人群自报癌症数据,对分类变量的频率和比例进行统计描述,并通过χ^(2... 详细信息

目的分析2015年中国不同职业自报患癌人群患病状况及其影响因素,探讨职业人群癌症的一级预防策略。方法采用2015年中国慢性病及其危险因素监测(CCDRFS)系统中不同职业人群自报癌症数据,对分类变量的频率和比例进行统计描述,并通过χ^(2)检验进行比较,采用单因素和多因素无序多分类logistic回归方法分析职业人群患癌影响因素。结果本研究共108665人完成自报癌症的问卷填写,男50604人,女58061人。1809例自报患有癌症,男689例(1.36%),女1120例(1.93%);东部地区769例(1.92%),中部地区465例(1.50%),西部地区575例(1.52%)。不同职业人群中,除不便分类的其他从业人员(C8)外,农、林、牧、渔、水利业生产人员(C5)癌症患病率最高(0.56%),国家机关、党群组织、企业、事业单位人员(C1)癌症患病率最低(0.01%)。不同癌症类型中,乳腺癌患病率最高(0.33%),肝癌最低(0.02%)。不同职业患癌人群影响因素的无序多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,东部和中部地区及饮酒是职业人群患癌的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论不同职业人群患癌情况不同,相关的危险因素也有所不同。建议加强全人群癌症防控的同时,提高对职业人群防癌的重视,加强职业人群癌症防护;定期监测工作场所中危险因素的浓度,减少职业危险因素接触;开展癌症宣传教育,提高职业人群健康素养;定期开展防癌体检,降低职业人群患癌风险。

少样本学习旨在利用少量数据训练深度学习模型,并将其快速泛化到新任务中.在这一领域,少样本细粒度图像分类是最具有挑战性的任务之一,原因在于细粒度图像具有类内方差大、类间方差小的特点.为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于距离与方向双重度量的神经网络,分别利用欧氏距离衡量特征间的绝对距离差异和余弦相似度衡量特征间的相对方向差异,以提升度量信息多样性和样本特征的判别性.同时,为了与当前先进的少样本细粒度图像分类方法对比,将特征提取器在不增加深度的前提下设置为双路形式,以适应不同度量方法对嵌入特征信息的需要.此外,设计了彼此分离的通道和空间注意力机制,分别通过自适应通道注意力和空间信息交叉注意力对不同阶段的提取特征进行增强,从而挖掘重要分类信息.最后,通过双相似度模块分别计算两种差异信息的度量结果,并选取一定权重融合得到最终的相似度分数,实现绝对差异与相对差异在度量空间中的协调补充.在4个主流细粒度图像分类数据集上进行实验对比与分析,最终结果表明了所提方法在相同设置下最多实现了7.0%左右的分类准确率提升.

A novel photo-catalytic system composed of N-doped biochars(NBCs),MnFe_(2)O_(4) and sulfite activation under ultraviolet(NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)/sulfite/UV)was constructed to realize the efficient eliminate of tetracycline(TC).As the carrier of MnFe_(2)O_(4),NBCs were synthesized from alfalfa,which has large specific surface area,graphite like structure and hierarchical porous *** adsorption isotherm indicated that NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4)-2:1 had the best adsorption performance for TC(347.56 mg g^(-1)).Through synergistic adsorption and photocatalysis,the removal rate of TC reached 84%,which was significantly higher than that of MnFe_(2)O_(4).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and Photoluminescence(PL)characterization results showed that the introduction of NBCs improved the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron and hole pairs and enhanced the photocatalytic ***,the adsorption,degradation mechanism and degradation path of TC by the catalyst were systematically analyzed by coupling HPLC–MS measurement with the theoretical *** the advantages of excellent degradation performance,low cost,easy separation and environmental friendliness of NBCs/MnFe_(2)O_(4),this work was expected to provide a new path for the practical application of biochar.
