Let G be a nontrivial connected and vertex-colored graph. A subset X of the vertex set of G is called rainbow if any two vertices in X have distinct colors. The graph G is called rainbow vertex-disconnected if for any two vertices x and y of G, there exists a vertex subset S of G such that when x and y are nonadjacent, S is rainbow and x and y belong to different components of G-S;whereas when x and y are adjacent, S + x or S + y is rainbow and x and y belong to different components of(G-xy)-S. For a connected graph G, the rainbow vertex-disconnection number of G, denoted by rvd(G), is the minimum number of colors that are needed to make G rainbow vertexdisconnected. In this paper, we characterize all graphs of order n with rainbow vertex-disconnection number k for k ∈ {1, 2, n}, and determine the rainbow vertex-disconnection numbers of some special graphs. Moreover, we study the extremal problems on the number of edges of a connected graph G with order n and rvd(G) = k for given integers k and n with 1 ≤ k ≤ n.

In this work, we prepared three simple arylamine-based hole transporting materials from commercially available starting materials. The effect of extending z-conjugation length or increasing the number of side groups compared with reference compound on the photophysical, electrochemical, hole mobility properties and performance in perovskite solar cells were further studied. It is noted that these two kinds of molecular modifications can significantly lower the HOMO level and improve the hole mobility, thus improving the hole injection from valence band of perovskite. On the other hand, the compound with more side groups showed higher hole injection efficiency due to lower HOMO level and higher hole mo- bility compared with the compound with extending π-conjugation length. The perovskite solar cells with the modified molecules as hole transporting materials showed a higher efficiency of 15.40% and 16.95%, respectively, which is better than that of the reference compound （13.18%）. Moreover, the compound with increasing number of side groups based devices showed comparable photovoltaic performance with that of conventional spiro-OMeTAD （16.87%）.

Subgenomic repiicons of hepatitis C virus(HCV) have been widely used for studying HCV ***,we report a new subgenomic replicon based on a strain isolated from a chronically infected *** coding sequence of HCV was recovered from a Chinese chronic hepatitis C patient displaying high serum HCV copy numbers.A consensus sequence designated as CCH strain was constructed based on the sequences of five clones and this was classified by sequence alignment as belonging to genotype *** subgenomic replicon of CCH was replication-deficient in cell culture,due to dysfunctions in NS3 and *** JFH1/CCH chimeric repiicons were constructed,and specific mutations were *** introduction of mutations could partially restore the replication of chimeric repiicons.A replication-competent chimeric construct was finally obtained by the introduction of NS3 from JFH1 into the backbone of the CCH strain.

The present study was designed to investigate the chemical constituents of the fruit of Citrus aurantium L.. The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Two new phenolic glycosides(compounds 1 and 2) were obtained and identified as 1-O-3, 5-dihydroxyphenyl-(6-O-4-hydroxybenzoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1) and 1-O-3, 5-dihydroxyphenyl-(6-O-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy benzoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), respectively.

目的探讨近30年文献中内服中药治疗腰椎管狭窄症的方药功效和中医证型规律,为临床辨证论治和遣方用药提供参考依据。方法通过检索万方、维普、知网三大中文数据库近30年已发表的中药内服治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床相关文献,通过统一的纳入标准和排除标准,合并重复文献,整理、归纳和分析中药内服治疗腰椎管狭窄症的方剂功效和中医证型规律。结果317篇有效文献中共有436个方剂,统计的方剂功效共有12个,总使用频次为1374次。所列的中医证型共有14个,总使用频次为1759次。结论中药内服治疗腰椎管狭窄症的中医证型分为三大类:虚证(肝肾亏虚)、实证(气滞血瘀、寒湿痹阻、痰湿痹阻、湿热瘀阻、风寒痹阻、痰瘀互结、风湿痹阻)、虚实夹杂证(气虚血瘀、肾虚血瘀);中医治法分为三大类:补法(补益肝肾)、泻法(活血化瘀、温经散寒、祛湿化痰、清热除湿、祛风散寒、祛瘀化痰、祛风除湿)、补泻兼施法(补气活血、补肾活血)。

The regional climate model RegCM3 incorporating the crop model CERES,called the RegCM3CERES model,was used to study the efects of crop growth and development on regional climate and hydrological processes over seven river basins in China.A 20-year numerical simulation showed that incorporating the crop growth and development processes improved the simulation of precipitation over the Haihe River Basin,Songhuajiang River Basin and Pearl River *** compared with the RegCM3 control run,RegCM3CERES reduced the negative biases of monthly mean temperature over most of the seven basins in summer,especially the Haihe River Basin and Huaihe River *** simulated maximum monthly evapotranspiration for summer(JJA)was around 100 mm in the basins of the Yangtze,Haihe,Huaihe and Pearl *** seasonal and annual variations of water balance components(runof,evapotranspiration and total precipitation)over all seven basins indicate that changes of evapotranspiration agree well with total *** to the RegCM3,RegCM3CERES simulations indicate reduced local water recycling rate over most of the seven basins due to lower evapotranspiration and greater water flux into these basins and an increased precipitation in the Heihe River Basin and Yellow River Basin,but reduced precipitation in the other five ***,a lower summer leaf area index(1.20 m2m 2),greater root soil moisture(0.01 m3m 3),lower latent heat flux(1.34 W m 2),and greater sensible heat flux(2.04 W m 2)are simulated for the Yangtze River Basin.

为探究城镇化对大兴区浅层地下水水质的影响,采用大兴区2006—2016年浅层地下水水质数据,选择硝酸盐、总硬度、溶解性总固体(TDS)3个水质指标作为评价指标,基于ArcGIS的空间插值和区域分析工具,按照行政边界提取区域水质结果,通过集对分析确定各区域的地下水水质等级,基于偏联系数对大兴区地下水水质动态演化规律进行评价分析。结果表明:硝酸盐指标主要涉及Ⅰ~Ⅳ类水,总硬度指标主要涉及Ⅲ~Ⅴ类水,TDS指标主要涉及Ⅲ、Ⅳ类水;研究区地下水水质等级呈现缓慢增长的趋势,水质出现恶化趋势;从空间分布上看,大兴区北部地下水综合水质等级和基于TDS指标的水质等级最高、南部次之、中部最低,基于硝酸盐指标的水质等级北部最高、中部次之、南部最低,基于总硬度指标的水质等级南部最高、中部次之、北部最低;基于各指标的水质Ⅱ级支持度均为最高,2013—2016年综合水质和基于总硬度指标、TDS指标的水质Ⅲ级支持度高于Ⅰ级支持度,相应水质有恶化的趋势,基于硝酸盐指标的水质Ⅰ级支持度高于Ⅲ级支持度,说明大兴区基于硝酸盐指标的整体水质有好转的趋势,但北部相应水质呈现持续恶化的趋势。

目的:评价经括约肌间切开虚挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的疗效与安全性。方法:选取符合高位复杂性肛瘘诊断的80例患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。治疗组采用经括约肌间切开虚挂线术,对照组使用高位肛瘘挂线术。通过观察术后第1、7、14天肛门局部症状及创面愈合时间,评估术后肛门功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组术后第1、7天出血、疼痛及肛门坠胀感明显较轻,术后第7、14天渗液明显较少;治疗组术后3、6个月Wexner肛门失禁评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月随访治疗组最长收缩时间(ALCT)和肛管最大收缩压(AMCP)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经括约肌间切开虚挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效显著,术后并发症少,能较好地维护术后肛门功能。

We use the Schwinger-boson approach to study the anisotropy ferrimagnetic spin-（1/2,1） chain with bond *** on the effect of bond alternation δ,we obtain energy gap,free energy,and specific heat,*** specific heat with larger bond alternation（δ 〉 0.7） displays a peak at low *** on the effect of XXZ anisotropy parameter Δ,we present excited spectrums,free energy,and specific heat,respectively.
