To investigate the influence of diagenetic water media on the hydrogen isotopes of individual sedimentary aromatic compounds,a series of hydrous pyrolyses were conducted on herbaceous *** aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in hydrous pyrolysed samples and their hydrogen isotopic composition characteristics were *** aqueous medium demonstrated a significant influence on the hydrogen isotopic composition of the individual PAHs generated during *** results showed that the PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a saltwater medium with high δD value from a salt lake had a heavy hydrogen isotopic *** PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a fresh water medium with low δD value from a swamp had a light hydrogen isotopic *** difference in the average PAHδD value between the two hydrous experiments varied from -174‰ to -109‰,suggesting that the hydrogen isotopic composition of individual sedimentary PAHs can reflect the source of the diagenetic water *** addition,a comparative study found that the hydrogen isotopes of PAHs were superior to those of n-alkanes in the same sample for diagenetic water *** results indicated that the exchange of water-derived inorganic hydrogen and organic hydrogen was more intensive in freshwater experiments than in saltwater *** an increase in the simulation temperature,the average δD value of PAHs generated in the hydrous simulation experiments showed an increasing trend,reflecting that the δD value of sedimentary PAHs formed with the participation of diagenetic water media was still closely related to the thermal maturity of organic *** studies showed that theδD values of different types of organic compounds produced by hydrous pyrolysis of peat were in the order,PAHs>n-alkanes>methane.

Accumulating epidemiological evidence shows that handgrip strength provides predictive potential in physical,mental,and reproductive health ***,the associations between handgrip strength and semen characteristics have not been *** recruited 1382 eligible men at the Hubei Province Human Sperm Bank(Wuhan,China)who had their handgrip strength measured at recruitment and provided 6458 repeated semen specimens within a 6-month *** characteristics,including semen volume,sperm motility parameters(immotility,nonprogressive motility,and progressive motility),and sperm concentration,were ***-effect models and restricted cubic spline functions were applied to investigate the relationship of handgrip strength with repeated measurements of semen *** adjusting for confounding factors,the mixed-effect models revealed that handgrip strength was positively associated with semen volume,sperm concentration,progressive motility,total motility,and total count(all P for trend<0.05).Compared to men in the lowest quartile,those in the highest quartile of handgrip strength had higher semen volume,sperm concentration,progressive motility,total motility,and total count,with measurements of 14.2%(95%confidence interval[CI]:5.9%-23.2%),19.5%(95%CI:7.3%-33.1%),9.5%(95%CI:3.4%-15.9%),8.8%(95%CI:3.2%-14.6%),and 36.4%(95%CI:18.9%-56.5%),*** positive dose-response relationships were further confirmed in restricted cubic splines,where handgrip strength was modeled as a continuous *** strength,as an indicator of muscular function and strength,was positively associated with semen characteristics in a dose-dependentmanner.

Numerous models have been proposed to reduce the classification error of Naive Bayes by weakening its attribute independence assumption and some have demonstrated remarkable error performance. Considering that ensemble learning is an effective method of reducing the classifmation error of the classifier, this paper proposes a double-layer Bayesian classifier ensembles （DLBCE） algorithm based on frequent itemsets. DLBCE constructs a double-layer Bayesian classifier （DLBC） for each frequent itemset the new instance contained and finally ensembles all the classifiers by assigning different weight to different classifier according to the conditional mutual information. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other outstanding algorithms.

Based on our previous work modeling crop growth (CropSPAC) and water and heat transfer in the soilplant- atmosphere continuum (SPAC), the model was improved by considering the effect of plastic film mulching applied to field-grown maize in North-west China. In CropSPAC, a single layer canopy model and a multi-layer soil model were adopted to simulate the energy partition between the canopy and water and heat transfer in the soil, respectively. The maize growth module included photosynthesis, growth stage calculation, biomass accumutation, and participation. The CropSPAC model coupled the maize growth module and SPAC water and heat transfer module through leaf area index (LAI), plant height and soil moisture condition in the root zone. The LAI and plant height were calculated from the maize growth module and used as input for the SPAC water and heat transfer module, and the SPAC module output for soil water stress conditions used as an input for maize growth module. We used γS, the representation of evaporation resistance, instead of the commonly used evaporation resistance γS0 to reflect the change of latent heat flux of soil evaporation under film mulching as well as the induced change in energy partition. The model was tested in a maize field at yingke irrigation area in North-west China. Results showed reasonable agreement between the simulations and measurements of LAI, above-ground biomass and soil water content. Compared with the original model, the modified model was more reliable for maize growth simulation under film mulching and showed better accuracy for the LAI (with the coefficient of determination R^2= 0.92, the root mean square of error RMSE = 1.23, and the Nush-Suttclife efficiency Ens = 0.87), the above-ground biomass (with R^2 = 0.96, RMSE= 7.17 t·ha^-1 and Ens = 0.95) and the soil water content in 0-1 m soil layer (with R^2 =0.7& RMSE = 49.44 mm and Ens = 0.26). In this letter we study fermionic zero modes in gauge and gravity backgrounds taking a two-dimensional compact manifold S2 as extra dimensions. The result is that there exist massless Dirac fermions which have normalizable zero modes under quite general assumptions about these backgrounds on the bulk. Several special cases of gauge background on the sphere axe discussed and some simple fermionic zero modes are obtained.
