BACKGROUND Monkeypox(Mpox),is a disease of global public health concern,as it does not affect only countries in western and central *** To assess Burundi healthcare workers(HCWs)s’level of knowledge and confidence in the diagnosis and management of *** We conducted a cross-sectional study via an online survey designed mainly from the World Health Organization course distributed among Burundi HCWs from June-July *** questionnaire comprises 8 socioprofessional-related questions,22 questions about Mpox disease knowledge,and 3 questions to assess confidence in Mpox diagnosis and *** data were analyzed via SPSS software version 25.0.A P value<0.05 was considered to indicate statistical *** The study sample comprised 471 HCWs who were mainly medical doctors(63.9%)and nurses(30.1%).None of the 22 questions concerning Mpox knowledge had at least 50%correct responses.A very low number of HCWs(17.4%)knew that Mpox has a *** confidence level to diagnose(21.20%),treat(18.00%)or prevent(23.30%)Mpox was low among *** confidence level in the diagnosis of Mpox was associated with the HCWs’age(P value=0.009),sex(P value<0.001),work experience(P value=0.002),and residence(P value<0.001).The confidence level to treat Mpox was significantly associated with the HCWs’age(P value=0.050),sex(P value<0.001),education(P value=0.033)and occupation(P value=0.005).The confidence level to prevent Mpox was associated with the HCWs’education(P value<0.001),work experience(P value=0.002),residence(P value<0.001)and type of work institution(P value=0.003).CONCLUSION This study revealed that HCWs have the lowest level of knowledge regarding Mpox and a lack of confidence in the ability to diagnose,treat or prevent *** is an urgent need to organize continuing medical education programs on Mpox epidemiology and preparedness for Burundi *** encourage future researchers to assess potential hesitancy toward Mpox vaccination and its asso

Clinicopathological differences between patients with schistosomal appendicitis and non schistosomal appendicitis:A retrospectively study of past ten years

在漏磁检测中,随着待检测铁磁性构件的厚度的增加和缺陷埋藏深度的增大,缺陷的检出将变得越发困难。为探求漏磁检测的极限探伤能力,在钢板上制作了不同埋藏深度的盲孔,进行了漏磁检测的穿透深度试验,给出了不同磁化程度下的检测信号。在超强度磁化下,实现了埋藏深度为70mm的φ2mm×20mm盲孔的检测,对厚壁钢管漏磁探伤的应用具有指导价值。

MeshCNN-based BREP to CSG conversion algorithm for 3D CAD models and its application

In the field of neutronics analysis, it is imperative to develop computer-aided modeling technology for Monte Carlo codes to address the increasing complexity of reactor core components by converting 3D CAD model(boundary representation, BREP) to MC model(constructive solid geometry, CSG). Separation-based conversion from BREP to CSG is widely used in computer-aided modeling MC codes because of its high efficiency, reliability, and easy implementation. However, the current separation-based BREP-CSG conversion is poor for processing complex CAD models, and it is necessary to divide a complex model into several simple models before applying the separation-based conversion algorithm, which is time-consuming and tedious. To avoid manual segmentation, this study proposed a MeshCNN-based 3D-shape segmentation algorithm to automatically separate a complex model. The proposed 3D-shape segmentation algorithm was combined with separation-based BREP-CSG conversion algorithms to directly convert complex *** proposed algorithm was integrated into the computeraided modeling software cosVMPT and validated using the Chinese fusion engineering testing reactor model. The results demonstrate that the MeshCNN-based BREP-CSG conversion algorithm has a better performance and higher efficiency, particularly in terms of CPU time, and the conversion result is more intuitive and consistent with the intention of the modeler.

Axially chiral phosphines are a class of extremely important ligands in asymmetric catalysis. Herein, an unprecedented copper（I）-catalyzed asymmetric SNAr reaction with HP（S）R2is uncovered, which delivers a series of axially chiral phosphine derivatives in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity. Furthermore, the diastereoselective reaction with the kinetic resolution of racemic HP（S）ArR proceeds smoothly, providing the products with moderate diastereoselectivity and excellent enantioselectivity. Control experiments indicate that HP（S）Ph2is much more active than HPPh2and HP（O）Ph2as the pronucleophile in the present reaction. It is found that the SNAr reaction （the first SNAr） proceeds in a desymmetric manner, providing the desired chiral products while a continued SNAr reaction （the second SNAr） slightly occurs in a kinetic resolution manner in the present catalytic system, which enhances the ee of the desired chiral products. DFTcalculations support a concerted reaction pathway rather than a step-wise mechanism. Finally, axially chiral olefin-phosphines produced by the present method work as suitable ligands in Pdcatalyzed asymmetric allylic substitution with C-, N-, and O-nucleophiles and Rh-catalyzed asymmetric addition of arylboronic acid to benzil.

Electrochemical preparation of the Fe-Ni36 Invar alloy from a mixed oxides precursor in molten carbonates

The Fe-Ni36 alloy was prepared via the one-step electrolysis of a mixed oxides precursor in a molten Na2CO3-K2CO3 eutectic melt at 750℃,where porous Fe_(2)O_(3)-NiO pellets served as the cathode and the Ni10 Cu11 Fe alloy was an inert *** the electrolysis,Ni O was preferentially electro-reduced to Ni,then Fe_(2)O_(3)was reduced and simultaneously alloyed with nickel to form the Fe-Ni36 *** cell voltages were applied to optimize the electrolytic conditions,and a relatively low energy consumption of 2.48 k W·h·kg^(-1) for production of Fe Ni36 alloy was achieved under 1.9 V with a high current efficiency of 94.6%.The particle size of the alloy was found to be much smaller than that of the individual *** process provides a low-carbon technology for preparing the Fe-Ni36 alloy via molten carbonates electrolysis.

通过一步法合成了AA-AlCl_(3)、NMA-AlCl_(3)、DMA-AlCl_(3)类离子液体催化剂。利用拉曼光谱仪、紫外-可见光谱仪、红外光谱仪、核磁氢谱仪、凝胶色谱仪、高温气相色谱仪等对类离子液体催化剂及其合成的聚α-烯烃基础油(PAO)进行表征分析。结果表明,双齿配位的NMA-AlCl_(3)具有适宜的酸性,其催化聚合的较优条件为n(NMA)∶n(AlCl_(3))=1∶2、催化剂质量分数为1%、反应温度为120℃、反应时间为60 min,可得到产率为87%、色度为0、凝点低于-60℃、黏度指数为135、多分散指数(PDI)=1.3、100℃运动黏度为4.3 mm^(2)/s的低黏度基础油。与市售PAO4基础油进行摩擦性能对比发现,聚合产品磨斑直径比市售PAO4降低了13%,说明其除具有优异的理化性能外,还具有良好的减摩抗磨性能。
