Discussion of the Fluid Acceleration Quality of a Ducted Propulsion System on the Propulsive Performance

This paper focuses on the ducted propulsion with the accelerating nozzle,and discusses the influence of its fluid acceleration quality on its propulsive performances,including the hull efficiency,the relative rotative efficiency,the effective wake,and the thrust deduction *** actual ducted propulsion system is used as an example for computational *** computational conditions are divided into four combinations,which are provided with different propeller pitches,cambers,and duct *** applied in this study is the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technology,and the contents of the calculation include the hull’s viscous resistance,the wave-making resistance,the propeller performance curve,and the self-propulsion simulation in order to obtain the ship’s effective wake,thrust deduction factor,hull efficiency,and relative rotative *** performance curve of the propeller and resistance estimation results are compared with the experimental values for determining the correctness of the self-propulsion *** to the computational analysis,it is known that increasing the propeller pitch cannot effectively increase the hull *** duct acceleration quality can be reduced by shortening the duct length;hence,when the effective wake fraction and thrust deduction factor decrease,the hull efficiency is *** addition,the pressure inside the duct is relatively low if the acceleration quality of the duct is too high,which is unfavorable for controlling the propeller ***,if the hull bottom in front of the propeller is tapered up from the front to the back at an overly steep angle,the thrust deduction factor will be too large and lead to a relatively low hull efficiency.

The neuronal differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells offers a new strategy for the treatment of neurological ***,there is a need to identify a noninvasive and sensitive in vivo imaging approach for real-time monitoring of transplanted stem *** previous study confirmed that magnetic resonance imaging,with a focus on the ferritin heavy chain 1 reporter gene,could track the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells that had been transduced with lentivirus carrying the ferritin heavy chain 1 reporter ***,we could not determine whether or when bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells had undergone neuronal differentiation based on changes in the magnetic resonance imaging *** solve this problem,we identified a neuron-specific enolase that can be differentially expressed before and after neuronal differentiation in stem *** this study,we successfully constructed a lentivirus carrying the neuron-specific enolase promoter and expressing the ferritin heavy chain 1 reporter gene;we used this lentivirus to transduce bone marrow mesenchymal stem *** and animal studies showed that the neuron-specific enolase promoter effectively drove the expression of ferritin heavy chain 1 after neuronal differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells;this led to intracellular accumulation of iron and corresponding changes in the magnetic resonance imaging *** summary,we established an innovative magnetic resonance imaging approach focused on the induction of reporter gene expression by a neuron-specific *** imaging method can be used to noninvasively and sensitively detect neuronal differentiation in stem cells,which may be useful in stem cell-based therapies.

Effect of Surface Charge on Flashover for Oil-Pressboard Insulation under AC-DC Combined Electric Field

For converter transformer, AC-DC combined electric field can trigger space charge accumulation on oil-impregnated pressboard interface. The accumulation of space charge on oil-pressboard interface can result in electric field distortion, trend to trigger surface discharge of barriers. This paper studied the influence of surface charge on flashover voltage of oil-impregnated pressboard under AC-DC combined electric field. The study finds that the flashover voltage of oil-pressboard interface under negative polarity DC superimposed AC electric field is higher than *** positive DC superimposed AC voltage to form composite electric field. It was found that homopolar surface charge has been accumulated on the interface of oil-pressboard with positive or negative DC voltage through measuring surface potential by the electrostatic capacitive probe. The surface charge produced electric field in the opposite direction, which weakening the synthetic electric field strength. What＇s more, under the same conditions, the negative surface charge density oil-pressboard is much larger than the positive.

Social function scores and influencing factors in patients with residual depressive symptoms

Diketopyrrolopyrrole-based Conjugated Polymers as Additives to Optimize Morphology for Polymer Solar Cells

Novel random copolymers for optimizing the morphology of the active layer for high performance organic photovoltaic devices have been demonstrated. Three ternary random copolymers PTBDTDPPSiCN（3/7）, PTBDTDPPSiCN（5/5）, PTBDTDPPSiCN（7/3） were prepared by polymerization of electron-donating thienyl-substituted benzodithiophene （TBDT） with 2,5-bis[8-（1,1,3,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane-3-yl）octly]-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione （DPPSi） and 2,5-dio[5-（5-cyano-5,5-dimethyl-pentyl）]-3,6-dithiophen-2-yl-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione （DPPCN） of different ratios. The DPPCN block can well-tune the light absorption and molecular packing, while the DPPSi block is in favor of enhancing the charge mobility. And the formation of organic Si--O--Si networks is beneficial to stabilize the morphology of the active layer. These new copolymers have narrow bandgaps and broaden visible light absorption from 500 nm to 1000 nm. Careful balance of the contents of the trimethoxysilyl group and the cyano group can well-tune the surface energy and morphology of the copolymers. Incorporation of these novel copolymers as additives into the blend of poly（3-hexylthiophene）（P3HT） and [6,6]-phenyl-C60-butyric acid methyl ester （PC61BM） is found to effectively broaden the light absorption, improve the compatibility and morphology of the active layer. As a result, some devices with certain ratios of these copolymers as additives achieve the enhanced efficiency compared with the device based on pristine P3HT：PC61BM.
