基于遗传算法的重力流输水管道关阀方案优化

为防止长距离重力流输水管道水锤发生,减少水锤危害,以山西省某市长距离重力流输水工程(输水管道长度为18.492 km,水位高差为84 m)为例,建立了水力瞬态计算模型,基于该模型采用遗传算法开发了关阀曲线及气阀布置方案的优化程序。分别对一~四阶段关阀曲线及气阀布置方案进行了优化计算,并对不同关阀方案下程序运行效率和水锤防护效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,多阶段关阀方案明显优于一阶段关阀方案;多阶段方案中,三阶段关阀方案的遗传算法优化成功率更高,对水锤的防护效果更好,气阀布置的数量明显减少。

中国古代的文明意识诞生于“夷夏之辨”中。由于“夷夏之辨”主要依据民族文化差异确立,周边民族入主中原、继续沿袭华夏政体礼制具有合法性,造就了具有历史延续性的华夏文明,同时华夏文明之于周边民族所蕴含的文化优越性在潜移默化中孕育出根深蒂固的华夏中心意识。然而,近代以来伴随着西方坚船利炮的冲击,西方国家主导的以“种族论”为基础的“文明等级论”席卷中国,中国被动接受了“半开化”的身份判定。20世纪前后,西方文明在向中国侵入的过程中日益暴露其“利己”的实质,中国精英分子开始将文明看作多元的历史文化共同体,从文明的相对性的维度对文明内涵展开理性思考,为早期中国共产党人重新审视中国与世界的关系、正确处理中国固有文明与外来先进文明的关联奠定了基础。

Chloride solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high room-temperature ionic conductivity and excellent cathode ***,the conventionally selected central metal elements(e.g.,In,Y and Ta)are usually rare and heavy,inevitably causing the high cost and high density of the obtained chloride ***,by choosing abundant and light Mg and Al as central metal elements,we develop a cheap and low density li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)SE for high active material ratio in all solid state *** replacement of Mg^(2+)by Al^(3+)in the framework yields vacancies and lowers the non-lithium metal ions occupancy at Mg/li co-occupied 16d site,effectively relieving the blocking effects by Mg^(2+)in the pristine spinel li_(2-2x)Mg_(1+x)Cl_(4).Thus,a significantly improved room-temperature conductivity of 3.08×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)is achieved,two orders of magnitude higher than that of li_(1.2)Mg_(1.4)Cl_(4).More attractively,its low density of only 1.98 g·cm-3 enables low SE mass ratio in cathodes(only 16 wt.%)with still effective electrolyte/cathode contact and lithium-ion conduction *** charged to potential of 4.30 V,the asfabricated li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)-based solid lithium battery with uncoated NCM523 cathode can be cycled for over 100 cycles with a capacity retention of 86.68%at room temperature.

稀土镁合金框架铸造工艺优化研究

采用ProCAST软件及试验验证的方法对稀土镁合金框架铸造工艺进行优化研究,并结合X射线无损检测、光学显微镜等设备对铸件内部质量、显微组织和力学性能进行表征分析。结果表明:工艺优化前,由于补缩效果不足等原因,铸件内部夹渣、气孔以及疏松等缺陷较多;工艺优化后,通过调节浇注和补缩系统,铸件内部缩松和气孔缺陷基本消失,铸件合格率从68.2%提升到93.5%。显微组织观察表明:铸态显微组织均由等轴的α-Mg基体和沿晶界连续网状分布的第二相组成,工艺优化后铸件晶粒尺寸变得更加细小,平均达到35.99μm。力学性能测试表明:工艺优化后,铸件T6态的室温平均抗拉强度和断后伸长率为265.33 MPa和7.17%,相比于工艺改进前,分别提高23.03%和26.46%。

AIM To develop predictive markers in blood for colorectal cancer liver *** Twenty colorectal cancer patients were selected and divided into two groups. Group A consisted of 10 patients whose pathological TNM stage was ⅢC(T3-4N2M0), while another 10 patients with synchronous liver metastasis(TNM stage Ⅳ) were recruited for group B. During the surgical procedure, a 10-ml drainage vein(DV) blood sample was obtained from the DV of the tumor-bearing segment prior to the ligation of the DV. At the same time, a 10-ml peripheral vein(PV) blood sample was collected via peripheral venipuncture. The serum levels of 24 molecules that are potentially involved in the mechanism of liver metastasis in both DV blood and PV blood were analyzed by using high-throughput enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay *** Univariate analysis revealed that platelet-derivedgrowth factor AA(PDGFAA) in DV blood(d PDGFAA)(P = 0.001), PDGFAA in PV blood(p PDGFAA)(P = 0.007), and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in PV blood(p HER2)(P = 0.001), p MMP7(P = 0.028), pR ANTES(P = 0.013), and pE GF(P = 0.007) were significantly correlated with synchronous liver metastasis. Multivariate analysis identified d PDGFAA(HR = 1.001, P = 0.033) and p HER2(HR = 1.003, P = 0.019) as independent predictive factors for synchronous liver metastasis. Besides, high peripheral HER2 level may also be a risk factor for metachronous liver metastasis, although the difference did not reach statistical significance(P = 0.06). Significant correlations were found between paired DV and PV blood levels for PDGFAA(r = 0.794, P liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.

Peridynamics(PD)is a widely used theory to simulate discontinuities,but its application in real-world structural problems is somewhat limited due to the relatively *** numerical substructure method(NSM)presented by the authors and co-workers provides an efficient approach for modeling structures with local nonlinearities,which is usually restricted in problems of continuum *** this paper,an approach is presented to couple the PD theory with the NSM for modeling structures with local discontinuities,taking advantage of the powerful capability of the PD for discontinuities simulation and high computational efficiency of the *** structure is simulated using liner elastic finite element(FE)model while the local cracking regions are isolated and simulated using a PD substructure model.A force corrector calculated from the PD model is applied on the FE model to consider the effect of *** PD is integrated in the substructure model using interface elements with embedded PD *** equations of motions of both the NSM system and the PD substructure are solved using the central difference *** examples of two-dimensional(2D)concrete cantilever beams under the concentrated force are investigated to verify the proposed coupling approach.

On the numerical simulation of active scalar,a new explicit algebraic expression on active scalar flux was derived based on Wikstrm,Wallin and Johansson model (aWWJ model). Reynolds stress algebraic expressions were added by a term to account for the buoyancy effect. The new explicit Reynolds stress and active scalar flux model was then established. Governing equations of this model were solved by finite volume method with unstructured grids. The thermal shear stratified cylinder wake flow was computed by this new model. The computational results are in good agreement with laboratorial measurements. This work is the development on modeling of explicit algebraic Reynolds stress and scalar flux,and is also a further modification of the aWWJ model for complex situations such as a shear stratified flow.

PETD与PEID治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及并发症

目的探讨经皮椎间孔入路椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal discectomy,PETD)与经皮椎板间入路椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy,PEID)治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及并发症。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2021年12月60例钙化型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料。按照手术方式分为PETD组28例、PEID组32例。比较两组手术治疗情况、术后并发症发生情况。术后随访6个月,比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)变化,统计近期疗效。结果相较于PETD组,PEID组手术时间缩短,C型臂透视次数减少,髓核摘除量增加(P0.05)。PETD组治疗优良率为92.86%,PEID组为90.63%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PETD组并发症发生率为14.29%,PEID组为12.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PETD、PEID治疗钙化型腰椎间盘突出症均具有较好短期疗效,并发症少,相较于PETD,PEID手术时间更短、C型臂透视次数更少、髓核摘除量更多。
