Canine atopic dermatitis(CAD)is a prevalent genetically susceptible infammatory and pruritic allergic skin condition afecting not only the health of dogs but also the quality of life of their ***-31(IL-31)and interleukin-31 receptor alpha(IL-31RA)are essential for the development of pruritus in primates and ***,it is expected that inhibiting IL-31RA will be an efective approach to alleviate *** purpose of the study was to produce anti-canine IL-31RA polyclonal antibodies(anti-IL-31RA pAbs)and evaluate their efcacy in inhibiting house dust mite(HDM)-evoked pruritic *** were immunized with antigens formed by IL-31RA recombinant short peptides coupled to BSA to produce anti-IL-31RA *** CAD model was developed by using HDM allergen stimulation,and the efects of IL-31RA pAbs on the reduction of pruritus in CAD model dogs were *** Canine Atopic Dermatitis Extent and Severity Index(CADESI)-4 and pruritus Visual Analog Scale(pVAS)were utilized to evaluate pruritic responses,and skin tissue samples were collected from the inguinal area for pathological assessment of skin infammatory cell *** results showed that anti-IL-31RA pAbs with high titers(1:128,000)and specifcity were efectively *** the CAD model group,the severity of skin damage,pruritus score,infammatory cell infltration and level of infammatory factors were considerably ***-IL-31RA pAbs relieved pruritic behavior and dermatitis in dogs compared to placebo-treated *** conclusion,anti-IL-31RA pAbs efectively suppressed CAD in vivo and are anticipated to be an efective novel treatment for pruritic skin disorders such as CAD.

A set of laboratory experiments are carried out to investigate the effect of following/opposing currents on wave *** vegetation canopies with aligned and staggered configurations were tested under the condition of various regular wave heights and current velocities,with the constant water depth being 0.60 m to create the desired submerged *** show that the vegetation-induced wave dissipation is enhanced with the increasing incident wave height.A larger velocity magnititude leads to a greater wave height attenuation for both following and opposing current ***,there is a strong positive linear correlation between the damping coefficientβand the relative wave height H_(0)/h,especially for pure wave *** the velocity profile,the distributions of U_(min)and U_(max)show different patterns under combined wave and *** time-averaged turbulent kinetic energy(TKE)vary little under pure wave and U_(c)=±0.05 m/s *** the increase of flow velocity amplitude,the time-averaged TKE shows a particularly pronounced increase trend at the top of the *** vegetation drag coefficients are obtained by a calibration *** empirical relations of drag coefficient with Reynolds and Keulegane-Carpenter numbers are proposed to further understand the wave-current-vegetation interaction mechanism.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)have attracted the attention of more and more researchers due to the advantages of high energy density,environmental friendliness,and low production ***,the low electronic conductivity of active material and shuttling effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)limit the commercial development of *** solve these problems,we design a core-shell composite with nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)and two types of selenides(FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC).The FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC has a strong adsorption capacity,and can effectively adsorb *** the same time,it also effectively alleviates the shuttling effect of LiPSs,and improves the utilization of the active substance during the charge/discharge reaction *** mechanism involved in FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC is demonstrated by both experiments and density-functional theory(DFT)*** electrochemical test results indicate that LSB with S/FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC delivers an initial discharge capacity of 1260 mAh·g^(-1)at *** after 500 cycles at 1C,the capacity decay rate per cycle is 0.031%,and the capacity retention rate is 85%.The FeSe_(2)-NC@ZnSe-NC core-shell structure verifies a rational strategy to construct an electrode material for high-performance LSBs.

China’s low-carbon development path will make significant contributions to achieving global sustainable development *** to the diverse natural and economic conditions across different regions in China,there exists an imbalance in the distribution of car-bon ***,regional cooperation serves as an effective means to attain low-carbon *** study examined the pattern of carbon emissions and proposed a potential joint emission reduction strategy by utilizing the industrial carbon emission intens-ity(ICEI)as a crucial *** utilized social network analysis and Local Indicators of Spatial Association(LISA)space-time trans-ition matrix to investigate the spatiotemporal connections and discrepancies of ICEI in the cities of the Pearl River Basin(PRB),China from 2010 to *** primary drivers of the ICEI were determined through geographical detectors and multi-scale geographically weighted *** results were as follows:1)the overall ICEI in the Pearl River Basin is showing a downward trend,and there is a significant spatial imbalance.2)There are numerous network connections between cities regarding the ICEI,but the network structure is relatively fragile and unstable.3)Economically developed cities such as Guangzhou,Foshan,and Dongguan are in the center of the network while playing an intermediary role.4)Energy consumption,industrialization,per capita GDP,urbanization,science and techno-logy,and productivity are found to be the most influential variables in the spatial differentiation of ICEI,and their combination in-creased the explanatory power of the geographic variation of ***,through the analysis of differences and connections in urban carbon emissions under different economic levels and ICEI,the study suggests joint carbon reduction strategies,which are centered on carbon transfer,financial support,and technological assistance among cities.

Photocatalytic conversion of CO_(2) into small-molecule chemical feedstocks can meet the growing demand for energy and alleviate the global warming. Herein, a p-n ZnO@CDs@Co_(3)O_(4) heterojunction with sandwich structure was constructed by calcination method of self-assembled ZIF-8@CDs@ZIF-67. The ZnO@CDs@Co_(3)O_(4) with well-defined interfacial structure exhibited the significantly enhanced photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction activity, and the optimal catalyst indicated the(CO + CH_(4)) evolution rate of 214.53μmol g^(-1)h^(-1) under simulated solar light, which was superior to ZnO, Co_(3)O_(4) and binary ZnO@Co_(3)O_(4).The internal cavity, exposed active sites, multiple interfaces and constructed p-n heterojunction can facilitate the light harvesting and photoexcited electron transfer. Besides, after introduction of CDs placed in the middle layer between ZnO and Co_(3)O_(4), CDs with excellent photoelectric property further promoted charge separation and migration. This work represents an appealing strategy to construct well-defined photocatalysts for boosting CO_(2) photoreduction.

Temperature inversions are frequently observed in the boundary layer and lower troposphere of polar *** variations of the low-level temperature inversions in these regions,especially the Antarctic,are still poorly *** to the scarcity of observations in the Antarctic,reanalysis data and numerical simulations are often used in the study of Antarctic climate *** on ERA-Interim,ERA5,JRA-55,and NCEP-NCAR reanalysis products,this study examines temporal and spatial variations of Antarctic inversion depth in austral autumn and winter during *** inversions are found to occur over the high plateau areas of the Antarctic *** on the Mann-Kendall test,ERA-Interim and ERA5 data reveal that the Antarctic inversion depth in austral autumn and winter increased during 1992-2007,roughly maintained afterwards,and then significantly decreased since around *** decrease trend is more obvious in the last two months of ***,JRA-55 better represents the spatial distribution of inversion depth,and ERA-Interim has better interannual *** Community Earth System Model Large Ensemble(CESM-LE)30-member simulations in 1979-2005 were first verified against JRA-55,showing reasonable consistency,and were then used to project the future changes of Antarctic low-level inversion depth over 2031-2050 under *** CESM-LE projection results reveal that the temperature inversion will shallow in the Antarctic at the end of the 21st century,and the decrease in depth in autumn will be more pronounced than that in *** particular,the temperature inversion will weaken over the ice-free ocean,while it will remain stable over the ice sheet,showing certain spatial heterogeneity and seasonal dependence on the underlying cryospheric surface *** addition,the decrease of inversion depth is found closely linked with the reduction in sea ice,suggesting the strong effect of global warming on the thermal structure change o

Due to the high potential risk and many influencing factors of subsea horizontal X-tree installation,to guarantee the successful completion of sea trials of domestic subsea horizontal X-trees,this paper established a modular risk evaluation model based on a fuzzy fault ***,through the analysis of the main process oftree down and combining the Offshore&Onshore Reliability Data(OREDA)failure statistics and the operation procedure and the data provided by the job,the fault tree model of risk analysis of the tree down installation was ***,by introducing the natural language of expert comprehensive evaluation and combining fuzzy principles,quantitative analysis was carried out,and the fuzzy number was used to calculate the failure probability of a basic event and the occurrence probability of a top ***,through a sensitivity analysis of basic events,the basic events of top events significantly affected were determined,and risk control and prevention measures for the corresponding high-risk factors were proposed for subsea horizontal X-tree down installation.

Objective:To determine the inhibitory effects of pachymic acid on lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)cells and elucidate its underlying ***:CCK-8,wound healing,Transwell,Western blot,tube formation,and immunofluorescence assays were carried out to measure the effects of various concentrations of pachymic acid on LUAD cell proliferation,metastasis,angiogenesis as well as ***,molecular docking technology was used to detect the potential targeted binding association between pachymic acid and protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B).Moreover,PTP1B was overexpressed in A549 cells to detect the specific mechanisms of pachymic ***:Pachymic acid suppressed LUAD cell viability,metastasis as well as angiogenesis while inducing cell *** also targeted PTP1B and lowered PTP1B ***,PTP1B overexpression reversed the effects of pachymic acid on metastasis,angiogenesis,and autophagy as well as the expression of Wnt3a andβ-catenin in LUAD ***:Pachymic acid inhibits metastasis and angiogenesis,and promotes autophagy in LUAD cells by modulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via targeting PTP1B.
