A series of（Z）-2-chloro-1,3-diarylpropen-1-ones were unexpectedly synthesized in moderate yields by treatment of easily available 2,3-epoxy-1,3-diarylpropan-1-ones with Vilsmeier reagent,which was derived from bis（trichloromethyl） carbonate（BTC, triphosgene） and DMF.A possible mechanism was also proposed,where sequential ring-opening,halogenation and elimination reactions were involved.

冷冻消融治疗有着悠久的历史,其抗肿瘤机制、组织病理变化已较明确,且大量临床实践表明冷冻消融治疗安全有效,理论上是一种理想的肿瘤治疗手段。以往一直受冷媒和冷冻设备的限制,制约了其疗效和临床应用。随着以氩氦刀为代表的新一代冷冻消融设备的出现,在制冷效率、消融范围、精准测温等方面取得了长足的进步,极大地推动了肿瘤冷冻消融技术的推广。该共识系统性地总结了冷冻消融技术的机制、口腔黏膜黑色素瘤冷冻治疗的适应证、临床治疗流程、不良反应及处理、冷冻联合治疗等,旨在为口腔黏膜黑色素瘤冷冻消融治疗的规范化开展提供参考。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in june 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in june 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Background Malnutrition is common in patients with cancer,and can negatively impact their quality of life(QoL)and even ***,there is currently no large data available on the prevalence of malnutrition in Chinese cancer *** study evaluated the prevalence of malnutrition and the QoL of Chinese patients with locoregional,recurrent or metastatic *** We conducted a nationwide observational,multi-center,hospital-based cross-sectional study within the Chinese Society of Nutritional Oncology(CSNO)*** of the patients were diagnosed with one of the following 18 different types of malignant tumors:lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,esophageal cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,malignant lymphoma,leukemia,pancreatic cancer,ovarian cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer,brain cancer,biliary tract malignant tumors or gastrointestinal stromal *** patients were enrolled from 72 hospitals located in different regions of *** patients’nutritional status was evaluated based on the body mass index(BMI),loss of bodyweight,laboratory measurements and patient generated-subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)*** cancer patients’physical status and QoL were assessed by the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)questionnaire and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)QLQ-C30 questionnaire,*** From December 2013 to April 2016,23,994 patients hospitalized for cancer treatment(such as surgery,chemotherapy or radiotherapy)were enrolled in the *** patients included 12,494(52.9%)males and 11,124(47.1%)*** mean age was 55.8±13.7 *** proportions of patients in cancer stagesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳand uncertain were 11.5%,20.3%,27.5%,30.2%and 10.5%,*** the 23,994 inpatients,the proportions of patients who were underweight(BMIweight(24 kg/m2≤BMI<28 kg/m2)and obese(BMI≥2

本研究旨在评价基因库与保种场两个鹿苑鸡保种群的保种现状。利用RAD-seq简化基因组测序鉴定基因库与保种场两个鹿苑鸡群体的SNP标记,通过计算遗传统计量,比较分析两个群体的遗传差异。结果,经过两步数据质控,在基因库与保种场两个鹿苑鸡群体中分别鉴定出SNPs标记395 021个和428 314个,两个群体的平均杂合度Ho分别为0.211 1和0.206 8,群体间的遗传分化系数Fst为0.005 6;在Structure模型聚类分析中两个群体始终聚为一类,没有个体分离出来,表明两个鹿苑鸡群体未发生显著遗传分化(P>0.05)。两个群体的近交系数Fis分别为0.178 8和0.193 5,相对较高的近交水平可能是由于起始基础群规模较小(抢救性保护)所导致的。进一步的选择信号分析发现,两个鹿苑鸡群体在1、2、5、Z等染色体区域(位点)上存在一定分化,通过F_(st)和θ_π检验鉴定出58个受选择区域,筛选到96个受选择候选基因。GO和keGG分析表明,这些差异基因主要富集在能量代谢、信号传递、应激免疫反应等调控通路。利用全基因组SNP标记信息可以更全面地评价保种现状,研究结果为进一步优化鹿苑鸡保种技术方案提供了依据。

Background Malnutrition is common in patients with cancer,and this adversely affects the survival and quality of life of *** Society for Nutritional Oncology issued a multi-center,large-scale,long-term follow-up prospective study,the Investigation on Nutrition Status and Clinical Outcome of Patients with Common Cancers in China(INSCOC study)since *** is an extension to the previous 2013-2020 study *** study still sought to:①address the prognostic impact of nutritional factors and quality of life on cancer patient survival;②describe the overall and cancer-specific incidence and/or distribution of malnutrition and different measurements of patient quality of *** and study design This is an observational,multi-centered,hospital-based prospective cohort *** collection will be performed at baseline(within 48 hours after patient admission),during the hospital stay and 30 days after hospital ***-up will be conducted for 1-20 years after *** primary outcome will be the all-cause mortality/overall survival,and secondary outcomes will be the length of hospital stay and costs of *** factors will include demographic characteristics,tumor characteristics,information about chronic diseases,hematological measurements(e.g.,red blood cell count,total lymphocyte counts,hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin,creatinine,C-reactive protein,IL-6),anthropometric measurements(e.g.,height,weight,arm circumference,arm muscle circumference,triceps skinfold thickness,and waist circumference),body composition parameters,PG-SGA scores,quality of life(as indicated by the QLQ-C30 questionnaire),muscle mass(as indicated by the calf circumference),muscle strength(as indicated by the handgrip strength),muscle function(as indicated by the six-meter walking speed test)and physical status assessments(as indicated by the Karnofsky Performance Status scores).This clinical study protocol was approved by local Ethics Committees of

本研究旨在探讨miRNA在鸡性成熟启动调控中的作用。利用Solexa高通量测序技术检测了鸡性成熟启动前(Before puberty onset,BPO)和性成熟启动后(After puberty onset,APO)下丘脑中miRNA表达谱,通过生物信息学方法进行靶基因预测和功能分析。结果表明,在鸡下丘脑中鉴定出374个已知miRNAs、46个新miRNAs,144个已知miRNAs(reads>10)的表达水平在性成熟启动前后发生了显著改变(P2.0,PkeGG调节通路分析结果表明,这些差异表达miRNAs在性成熟启动转录调节和信号转导通路中发挥了重要作用。综上表明,miRNA是参与鸡性成熟启动新的调节因子。鉴于miRNA功能的保守性,该研究结果将为深入开展动物(包括人类)性成熟的分子调控机制研究提供新的理论依据。

边鸡(Gallus gallus)是我国珍贵的地方鸡遗传资源。从分子水平上探究边鸡保种群的遗传多样性和分子遗传进化,对该品种资源的保护具有重要意义。本研究利用简化基因组测序(restriction-site associated DNA sequence, RAD-seq)检测边鸡群体的SNP标记,通过计算遗传统计量,分析比较边鸡群体与其他地方鸡种群体的遗传差异,并对进化过程中受到选择的基因进行功能注释。结果在边鸡保种群体中鉴定出SNP标记319 723个,保种群体的观察杂合度(observed heterozygosity, Ho)为0.193,核苷酸多样度(Pi)为0.231,近交系数为0.167,近交水平相对较高。连锁不平衡分析表明,边鸡群体各等位基因不存在强烈的连锁不平衡现象。模型聚类结果表明,边鸡与大骨鸡、安义瓦灰鸡及狼山鸡聚为一类,亲缘关系较近。对鉴定出的前200个受到强烈选择的基因进行基因本体论(Gene Ontology, GO)和京都基因与keGG注释分析,这些差异基因主要富集在代谢、神经受体—配体的相互作用、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase, MAPK)、血管内皮生长因子等信号通路。基因功能分析的结果有助于了解边鸡的抗寒、耐缺氧、繁殖力、神经系统发育和抗逆性等特殊性状形成的分子机理,为我国地方鸡种的遗传进化、种质特性评价及品种保护提供理论依据。
