Network correlation between investor’s herding behavior and overconfidence behavior

It is generally accepted that herding behavior and overconfidence behavior are unrelated or even mutually ***,these behaviors can both lead to some similar market anomalies,such as excessive trading volume and volatility in the stock *** to the limitation of traditional time series analysis,we try to study whether there exists network relevance between the investor’s herding behavior and overconfidence behavior based on the complex network *** the investor’s herding behavior is based on market trends and overconfidence behavior is based on past performance,we convert the time series data of market trends into a market network and the time series data of the investor’s past judgments into an investor ***,we update these networks as new information arrives at the market and show the weighted in-degrees of the nodes in the market network and the investor network can represent the herding degree and the confidence degree of the investor,*** stock transaction data of Microsoft,US S&P 500 stock index,and China Hushen 300 stock index,we update the two networks and find that there exists a high similarity of network topological properties and a significant correlation of node parameter sequences between the market network and the investor ***,we theoretically derive and conclude that the investor’s herding degree and confidence degree are highly related to each other when there is a clear market trend.

Carbon dots(CDs)have been widely adopted as optical materials because of their excellent luminescent ***,most of the reported synthetic methods are conducted in solvents,especially hydrothermal/solvothermal reactions,leading to intractable problems such as toxic and flammable solvents,complex and inseparable by-products,and dangerously high pressures and ***-phase synthesis of CDs in air is an effective solution to overcome the above issues,but solid reactions always result in uncontrolled growth and agglomeration of *** this study,some inorganic salts are selected as catalysts for synthesizing CDs in solid states and air,which also play as dispersants to hinder CDs *** the meantime,some aromatic derivatives containing hydroxyl and amino groups are chosen as carbon sources,ground with the optimized catalyst,and then heated together in *** production yields are affected by the reaction time and reactant ratio,while the graphitization degrees of the CDs are determined by the reaction *** IG/ID value of their Raman spectra increases from 0.59 to 0.85,and the particle size decreases from 2.5 to 1.4 nm when the synthesis temperature is increased from 200 to 280℃.The as-prepared CDs show emission peaks ranging from 366 to 606 nm,with the photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield up to 53%.Their emission color variation mainly results from different carbon sources,which can be ascribed to the differences in the element composition,functional groups,and graphitic nitrogen content of these *** dispersing CDs of different concentrations into polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and combining them with blue LEDs,cold,standard,and warm white light emitting devices(WLEDs)are prepared,with a color rendering index(CRI)up to *** the as-prepared CDs have antioxidant ability at high temperature,the as-prepared WLEDs have long lifespans,remaining the effective white luminescence after 72 h continuous work.

Gold nanotubule membranes were prepared by using electroless deposition of gold within the pores and surfaces of polycarbonate track-etched membranes. And the gold nanotubule membrane was used as an electrode for determination of uric acid in urine samples for the first time. In Britton–Robinson buffer of pH 4.56, uric acid exhibited well-defined differential pulse voltammograms. And the interference between coexistent ascorbic acid and uric acid was overcome owing to the attractive ability of the gold nanotubule electrode to yield a large anodic peak difference ca. 0.404 V (vs. SCE). The proposed method was then applied to the determination of uric acid in urine without any pretreatment.

To further clarify the dewatering performance and torque evolution during the tailings thickening process,a self-made rake was connected to a rheometer to monitor the shear stress and *** dewatering performance of the total tailings was greatly improved to a solid mass fraction of 75.33%in 240 *** dewatering process could be divided into three stages:the rapid torque growth period,damping torque growth period,and constant torque thickening *** machine restart was found to have a significant effect on the rake torque;it could result in rake ***,the simultaneous evolution of the torque and solid mass fraction of thickened tailings was analyzed.A relationship between the torque and the solid mass fraction was established,which followed a power *** the experimental and theoretical results provide a reference for the deep cone thickener design and operation to enhance the dewatering performance.

A novel near infrared （NIR） modeling method-Laplacian regularized least squares regression （LapRLSR） was presented,which can take the advantage of many unlabeled spectra to promote the prediction performance of the model even if there are only few calibration samples. Using LapRLSR modeling, NIR spectral analysis was applied to the online monitoring of the concentration of salvia acid B in the column separation of Salvianolate. The results demonstrated that LapRLSR outperformed partial least squares （PLS） significantly, and NIR online analysis was applicable.

A new metabonomics method was developed for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis on esterified and nonesterified fatty acids （EFAs and NEFAs） in plasma. Merely 10 μL of plasma was required. The pretreatment of the sample was simple without disposing the protein. After simple extraction and derivation, 15 FAs in plasma were precisely quantified. Gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry （GC-MS） was used in the study and the quantities of the analytes, which varied in abundance over three orders of magnitude. The established method showed good accuracy. The curve correlation coefficients were all above 0.997. The RSDs of precision for all compounds were below 15% and recoveries were all between 80 and 110%. PLS-DA modal was used in the data management. 2009 Guo An Luo. BACKGROUND Stroke has a great influence on the patient’s mental health,and reasonable psychological adjustment and disease perception can promote the recovery of mental *** To explore the relationships among resilience,coping style,and uncertainty in illness of stroke *** A retrospective study was used to investigate 154 stroke patients who were diagnosed and treated at eight medical institutes in Henan province,China from October to December *** used the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire to test the uncertainty in illness,resilience,and coping style,*** Resilience had a significant moderating role in the correlation between coping style and unpredictability and information deficiency for uncertainty in illness(P<0.05).Further,the tenacity and strength dimensions of resilience mediated the correlation between the confrontation coping style and complexity,respectively(P<0.05).The strength dimension of resilience mediated the correlation between an avoidance coping style and the unpredictability of uncertainty in illness(P<0.05),as well as correlated with resignation,complexity,and unpredictability(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Resilience has moderating and mediating roles in the associations between coping style and uncertainty in illness,indicating that it is vital to improve resilience and consider positive coping styles for stroke patients in the prevention and control of uncertainty in illness.

Simultaneous Determination of Heroin,Amphetamine and their Basic Impurities and Adulterants Using Microemulsion Electrokinetic Chromatography

Simultaneous separation of 17 species of heroin, amphetamine and their basic impurities and adulterants was conducted within 10 minutes by using capillary microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography. The influences of pH and 1-butanol cosurfactant on the separation were investigated, and 1-butanol was found to be a principal factor to improve separation efficiency.
