本文的研究主要以阐述核安全的和核扩散的意义并且做出关于国家选择核武器道路原因的假设。根据萨根（1996）的只有当国家面临严重的安全威胁时才应用核武器的这种观点是片面的。因为核武器不仅仅作为保证国家安全的工具,而且逐渐成为国内辩论和反对内部官僚主义的政治目标,是现代化的国际象征和威望。由于这些动机超越了它最初实现安全的动机,因此人们对沃尔兹的理论和“扩散乐观论者”（萨根术语）产生了疑问。这些疑问主要是围绕着核能国家决策者可能拥有的合理性和沃尔兹所称的安全保证是维持核世界稳定的主要原则。今天核安全的重要性和核扩散是不容低估的,尤其是鉴于一些矛盾已经在著名学者出版的作品中出现。在上述情况下,本文的研究首先试图对组成论文标题的各术语的影响进行评估来阐述其与对安全和核不扩散负责的国际政权的关系。《不扩散核武器条约》已经被广泛认同并持续到今天,几乎所有关于这一课题的文献中它被称可能是历史上最成功的多边条约。到目前为有188个国家参与,尽管它并不是全世界通用的,因为三个国家（印度,以色列和巴基斯坦）并没有签署这个条约,朝鲜也在2003年声称退出即使没有得到合法的认同。该条约被视为用来防止核武器的扩散以及制造核武器的裂变材料和技术的主要合法的规则和限制制度的基础。《不扩散核武器条约》尽管拥有这些积极地特征,但是它很早就被广泛地视为其本质实际上是歧视性条约,因为它在已经在1967年之前引爆核装置并以条约发言的核武器国家（NWS）和一些被禁止进行生产或者以其他方式获得核爆炸装置无核武器国家（NNWS）之间有着明显的差别。此外,无核武器国家的民用核能源项目需要（NNWS）与国际原子能机构（IAEA）关于所有的核材料订立保障协议,旨在验证他们不是从和平利用中转移核材料或设备到核武器或核武器爆炸装置。自愿和非约束性的大部分仪器在当前体制下,连同其明显的严格的和不公平的协议给弱势状态原因不愿参与全球倡议。这些在整个国际方面来阻止核扩散和加强核安全所做的努力是明显的消极因素。本文在国际关系理论的帮助下即现实主义和建构主义来进一步衡量各国政权的内部行为,并试着去理解为什么有些藐视法规而其他人遵守它们。我碰到一些从国家利益到国家威胁感知的原因。此外,无核武器国家在关于政府必须致力于坚守国际承诺的报告义务的资源水平有着担忧,并且关于不公平的根本意图透明度的请求和来自西方大国和多边组织的信息共享,在实践中充分参与蚕食的机会,并且因此实现一个健壮的核安全系统持有怀疑态度。这种现象是把在压力下实现不扩散体制的有效性以及影响其机制的有效性。我的研究是将在显微镜下采取措施来恢复这种弱化因素,以确定他们是否可以参与任何未来的全球治理的设计。我的研究工作是在这个意义上,实现广泛的合作以及有一个清晰的核扩散风险、核安全威胁及其后果的认识是迫在眉睫的。伊朗问题作为一个例子来突出关于核安全和核不扩散机制的问题。伊朗问题是一个典型的实例,破坏了政权并且承担了明显的政权的弊端。担心伊朗的意图是伊朗获取核武器将对于日益不稳定的中东是有负面影响的。会不会在国家之间有地区性核竞争来阻止彼此?以及如何用它结束全球安全问题,尤其是所有的叛乱分子和恐怖组织?核武器有可能波及世界其他地区,在未来几代人中增加此类武器的威胁,。拥有核武器的国家越多,他们就越有可能会使用它们。我在这方面的研究旨在验证伊朗是否的确是一个无赖国家,决定以铀浓缩计划来追求核武器能力破坏与国际和平与秩序稳定,或者仅行使其转让权,旨在追求解决公民用电的需求。鉴于此,以一种非常开放的态度研究调查此事,试图建立某种真实性或证明一些谬误。它试图建立是否担心成立。如果成立需要采取一个持久的解决办法。一方面,我的研究试图保持中立深入伊朗推理和尊重他们在国际制度方面的立场来来形成他们问题的逻辑以及他们已经收到政权的支持者的随后的处理方式。但是另一方面,研究还试图调查指责党的意图,以及它的行为是否在合理合法的范围内。最后但是是很重要的一点,本文的研究试图确定战略所追求的目标和自己的追求中使用的工具之间表现的比例关系,以及是否进行正确的任务时运用正确的工具,对错误的任务运用正确的工具或进行正确的任务时运用错误的工具这些方面保持一个方向。

Assessing Localized Contamination Hazard and Groundwater Quality Challenges in Water-Stressed Peri-Urban Accra, Ghana

The study assesses the quality of hand dug wells in relation to distance from soakaway septic tanks in three selected peri-urban communities in the Ga West Municipality near Accra, Ghana. Water quality analyses of bio-physico-chemical variables (pH, Temperature, EC, turbidity, DO, BOD, TSS, TDS, sodium, potassium, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, sulphate, chloride, salinity, total alkalinity, total coliform, fecal coliforms and isolation of E. coli) were determined. Concentrations of the major nutrient anion sulphate, nitrate, phosphate, and chlorides in water samples at distances between 0 - 30 m radial distances from the septic tank were above the WHO permissible limit of drinking water compared to the control. All the water samples had high fecal and total coliform counts that exceeded the international standard of 0 per 100 mL of potable water with counts ranging from 0 - 143 cfu/100 ml and 53 - 463/100 ml for FC and TC respectively. High fecal coliform and detection of E. coli in most samples is an indication of fecal pollution possibly from their close proximity to soak away septic sewage. Protection effect of the anthraquinones, cassiatorin and aurantio-obtusin from seeds of Senna tora against cowpea weevil attack

Objetive: To explore the potential insecticidal, ovipositor deterrent and antifeedant effects of ethyl acetate extract of the seeds of Senna tora(Syn. Cassia tora) against cowpea weevil(Callosobruchus maculatus).Method: The activities were evaluated using standard *** these bioassays, the cowpea seeds were used directly as an insect feed. The activity of the extract and isolated compounds were tested at concentrations of 100, 200 and 300 μg/mL and compared to neem oil and cinnamaldehyde(as standard positive controls). Phytochemical analysis of the ethyl acetate extract was done through a number of chromatographic techniques and the structures of the isolated compounds were established through comprehensive spectroscopic analysis including 2 D-NMR and ESI-MS ***: Fractionation of the active ethyl acetate extract resulted in the isolation of one known anthraquinone,aurantio-obtusin(1) and a novel compound that was named as cassiatorin(2). Compounds1 and 2 showed comparable insect antifeedant properties with the positive controls while their insecticidal and ovipositor deterrent effects were far superior to the standard ***: It is thus concluded that Senna tora extracts and the isolated compounds(1 and2) may be employed in the postharvest management of stored cowpea seeds and as other crop protectants.
