The diversity of cell types in the brain and how these change during different developmental stages,remains largely *** life cycle of insects is short and goes through 4 distinct stages including embryonic,larval,pupal,and adult *** postembryonic life,the larval brain transforms into a mature adult version after *** silkworm,Bombyx mori,is a lepidopteran model ***,we characterized the brain cell repertoire of larval and adult *** by obtaining 50708 single-cell *** and 12 cell clusters from larval and adult brains were assigned based on marker genes,*** cell types include Kenyon cells,optic lobe cells,monoaminergic neurons,surface glia,and astrocyte *** further assessed the cell type compositions of larval and adult *** found that the transition from larva to adult resulted in great expansion of glial *** glial cell accounted for 49.8%of adult midbrain *** to flies and ants,the mushroom body kenyon cell is insufficient in ***,which accounts for 5.4%and 3.6%in larval and adult brains,*** of neuropeptide expression showed that the abundance and specificity of expression varied among individual ***,we found that ion transport peptide was specifically expressed in glial cells of larval and adult *** cell atlas dataset provides an important resource to explore cell diversity,neural circuits and genetic profiles.

Spatially explicit reconstruction of cropland cover in Europe from AD 1800 to 2000

One of the challenges in global change research is the significant uncertainty in global historical land use and land cover(LUCC) datasets, which are widely used as foundational data. In addition to the regional cropland area reconstructions,improving the grid allocation method is another feasible way to raise the reliability of historical LUCC data. In this study, an integrated reconstruction of the national cropland areas over the past 200 years was developed for 36 European countries. After that, the allocation algorithm was built using physiogeographic variables and historical city sites for accounting for land suitability and cultivation preferences, respectively. Finally, cropland data in Europe with a spatial resolution of 5′×5′ at five time sections from AD 1800 to 2000 were generated using the optimal allocation algorithm in accordance with the stages of the regional history. The results were as follows:(1) The dominant factors governing the distribution of croplands in Europe vary at different agricultural stages, but the results can be merged together. Land suitability was more optimal for allocation during the modern agricultural stage(AD 1950 and 2000); the priority index combined with land suitability and cultivation preference was more reasonable for allocation during the traditional agricultural stage(AD 1800). The average of the allocations by priority index and the land suitability could be adopted as the allocation results during the transitional stage(AD 1850 and 1900) because the grids for absolute differences within ±10 and ±20 percentage points between the results obtained from the above two allocations were above 80% and 95%, respectively, which means the two allocation results could be merged.(2) Over the past200 years, the total cropland area in Europe first increased to a peak in AD 1900 and then decreased. Objective Little is known about the association between whole-blood nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))levels and nabothian *** study aimed to assess the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian cysts in healthy Chinese *** Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the association between NAD^(+)levels and nabothian *** The mean age was 43.0±11.5 years,and the mean level of NAD^(+)was 31.3±5.3μmol/*** cysts occurred in 184(27.7%)participants,with single and multiple cysts in 100(15.0%)and84(12.6%)participants,*** total nabothian cyst prevalence gradually decreased from37.4%to 21.6%from Q1 to Q4 of NAD^(+)and the prevalence of single and multiple nabothian cysts also decreased across the NAD^(+)*** compared with the highest NAD^(+)quartile(≥34.4μmol/L),the adjusted odds ratios with 95%confidence interval of the NAD^(+)Q1 was 1.89(1.14–3.14)for total nabothian *** risk of total and single nabothian cysts linearly decreased with increasing NAD^(+)levels,while the risk of multiple nabothian cysts decreased more rapidly at NAD^(+)levels of 28.0 to35.0μmol/***:Low NAD^(+)levels were associated with an increased risk of total and multiple nabothian cysts.

A time-synchronization strategy for packetized transmission of target position about a large-aperture telescope observation control system has been proposed in this *** with the existing telescope tracking strategy,the target position packing and sending strategy based on the time synchronization method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high stability and ***,the telescope tracking observation control method was elaborated in this paper,including the motion pattern during telescope ***,the strategy for packetizes transmission of target positions based on time-synchronization is established and lists the detailed ***,the performance of the tracking strategy is verified using the 2.5 m telescope for the simulated uniform speed star and the blind-tracking fixed star HIP 31216,*** test results show that the accuracy root mean square of the tracking strategy proposed in this paper is less than 0".02 at 30 minutes,and the performance is much better than the design requirement of 0".*** most important advantage of this tracking strategy is that the telescope can guarantee normal tracking for a certain period of time even if the hardware or software of the host computer is abnormal.

In China,in recent years it has become a prevailing trend to promote the spatial maturity and high-quality transformation of new towns,yet there are few quantitative methods to evaluate their urban morphological *** the perspective of quantitative urban morphology,this paper integrates street view data and cutting-edge analytical techniques into classic urban morphological study and develops a quantitative index for evalu-ating urban morphological maturity that fits Chinese cities by adjusting the indicators in line with the unique characteristics of the built environment ofChinese *** on five new towns,as well as a historic area,of Shanghai,the paper evaluates their urban morphological maturity with this quantitative index and verifies its validity by comparing the evaluation result with that of expert *** then proposes some design guidelines that may provide robust support for the regeneration of these new *** its reliance on the multi-source data of open access and ready avail-ability,this index holds promise for evaluating the urban morphological maturity of other new towns,to provide support for urban form improvement frombothholisticanddetailed perspectives.

太阳帆由轻质伸展臂张拉大面积柔性薄膜结构组成。当太阳帆经历空间高低温环境时,温度场突变以及材料热膨胀系数的不一致将激起伸展臂的变形和振动,对太阳帆的姿态产生干扰力矩,影响控制系统的稳定性。提出了太阳帆热致干扰力矩分析方法,以豆荚杆式伸展臂支撑的太阳帆为仿真对象,建立了热-结构分析模型,分析了太阳帆在进出地影时结构的瞬态温度场分布,进一步计算了突变温度场下结构的动态响应,最后获取了热致动力学响应对中心星体的干扰力矩。数值仿真结果表明,热致变形和进出地影时伸展臂的热致振动将会对太阳帆中心星体造成不可忽视的干扰,干扰力矩幅值达10-3 N·m。提出的方法可对太阳帆在轨热扰动响应进行精确预示,对工程设计具有理论指导意义。

本文提出了一种基于χ态量子隐形传态的半量子代理盲签名方案,其中原始消息拥有者、代理签名者和第三方是拥有完全量子能力的量子参与者,而原始签名者和签名验证者是具有有限量子能力的半量子参与者.结果表明,该协议不仅具有完全的盲性、不可伪造性、不可否认性,而且能够抵抗窃听者的攻击行为.由于原始签名者和签名验证者都是具有有限量子能力的半量子参与者,该协议在实际应用中不要求她们进行量子叠加态、量子纠缠态的制备和测量,从而减轻她们量子态制备和测量的负担.
