Precise and sensitive bioanalysis has been the major and urgent pursuit in pathologic diagnosis,food safety,environment monitoring,and drug ***(PEC)bioanalysis,as one of the most promising detection technologies,has rapidly expanded within the field of ***,most of reported PEC analysis approaches still suffer from weak external anti-interference ability,high background,and the risk of false positive or negative errors due to their inherent single-signal *** overcome these shortcomings,new PEC-coupled dual-modal analysis approaches have been developed,where a dual-response signal can be derived through two completely different mechanisms and independent signal transduction *** review introduces the basic principles of PEC biosensing and enumerates and classifies the substrate or probe selections,constructions,and applications of PEC-coupled dual-modal ***,the challenges and developmental prospects of PEC-coupled dual-mode sensing technologies are evaluated and *** hope that this review will provide valuable insights into the latest advancements and practical applications of dual-mode PEC bioanalysis,which will be of great interest to those seeking to stay informed in this field.

The booming development of wearable devices has aroused increasing interests in flexible and stretchable *** mechanosensory functionality,these devices are highly desirable on account of their wide range of applications in electronic skin,personal healthcare,human–machine interfaces and ***,they are mostly limited by single electrical signal feedback,restricting their diverse applications in visualized mechanical *** by the mechanochromism of structural color materials,interactively stretchable electronics with optical and electrical dual-signal feedbacks are recently emerged as novel sensory platforms,by combining both of their sensing mechanisms and ***,recent studies on interactively stretchable electronics based on structural color materials are *** a brief introduction of their basic components(i.e.,stretchable electronics and mechanochromic structural color materials),two types of interactively stretchable electronics with respect to the nanostructures of mechanochromic materials are outlined,focusing primarily on their design considerations and fabrication ***,the main challenges and future perspectives of these emerging devices are discussed.

Analysis of total reaction cross sections for deuterons on 1p-shell-nuclei

This study aims to analyze the differential cross sections （DCSs） of elastic scattering and total reaction cross sections （TRCSs） of the loosely-bound deuteron projectile impinging on lp-shell nuclei, such as 9Be, 12C, and 160, at incident energies ranging between 10.6 and 171 MeV using the continuum discretized coupled channel （CDCC） method. By fitting the experimental data for the DCSs and TRCSs, energy-dependent renormalization factors for the real and imaginary parts of the nucleon-nucleus optical-model potentials deduced from the studies proposed by Koning and Delaroche （KD02） and by Watson, Singh, and Segel （WSS）, are obtained. It is found that with the WSS potential, which was obtained specifically for lp-shell nuclei, the CDCC calculations can simultaneously reproduce both the DCSs and the TRCSs. The results show that it is important to choose appropriate optical potentials to describe deuteron-induced reactions.

Along with the development of the radioactive nuclear beam facility, the study of the structure of unstable nuclei has progressed rapidly over the last few decades. Due to the weakly binding property, the structure information of the unstable nuclei comes primarily from the scattering or reaction experiments. Therefore it would be very important to understand clearly the reaction mechanism involved in the experiment. We outlined here the major reaction mechanisms which are adequate to the study of unstable nuclei, with the focus on the new phenomena and methods in comparison with those with traditional stable nucleus beam. Especially emphasized are the breakup and knockout reactions, developed as accurate tools for spectroscopy investigation into the nuclear structure with low intensity secondary beam. Couplings of the breakup channel to the elastic scattering and the fusion and transfer reactions are also reviewed.

为了探讨龙陵黄山羊羊源*** ClpV1基因对***部分生物学特性的影响,试验以腹泻龙陵黄山羊肛门拭子为病料进行细菌分离鉴定;从分离菌中挑选对卡那霉素和大观霉素均敏感的原菌株*** D1,运用CRISPR/Cas9技术构建缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1;连续传15代后运用PCR方法检测缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1遗传稳定性;挑取原菌株*** D1与缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1单克隆接种于LB液体培养基中培养,在24 h内每隔1 h测定其生长速度;30℃培养72 h后采用结晶紫染色法测定原菌株*** D1与缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1生物被膜形成能力;采用MTT法测定原菌株*** D1与缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1在第3,6,9,12小时时的细胞存活率;分别取1.0×10^(5)cfu/mL、1.0×10^(8)cfu/mL浓度的原菌株*** D1与缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1对昆明小鼠进行腹腔注射,24 h后记录各组小鼠死亡数量,进行致病性分析。结果表明:从16份肛门拭子病料中分离得到12株***;运用CRISPR/Cas9技术成功构建出缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1;缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1连续传15代后仍能稳定遗传;原菌株*** D1和缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1在24 h内生长速度无显著差异(P>0.05);缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1的生物被膜形成能力显著低于原菌株*** D1(P<0.05);在测定的4个时间段缺失株***ΔClpV1-D1对IPEC-J2细胞毒性减弱,两种浓度的缺失株对小鼠的致死率均显著低于原菌株(P<0.05)。说明缺失ClpV1基因对***生长速度无明显影响,但会降低其生物被膜形成的能力和致病性。

Energy loss of 0.45-5.0 MeV 4He ions in Au and Ag films were measured with the Rutherford backscattering method,and the stopping powers at lower energy range were extracted by comparing with that determined by Anderson et *** higher energy *** deviation between the experimental data and the semiempirical calculations by TRIM-90 appears around the stopping *** accuracy of our results was expected to be±l%.
