Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a highly malignant tumor with a very poor prognosis;therefore,more effective treatments are urgently needed for patients afflicted with the *** recent years,emerging molecular classifications based on key transcription factors of SCLC have provided more information on the tumor pathophysiology,metastasis,immune microenvironment,and acquired therapeutic resistance and reflected the intertumoral heterogeneity of the various SCLC ***,advances in genomics and single-cell sequencing analysis have further revealed the high intratumoral heterogeneity and plasticity of the ***,we review and summarize these recent lines of evidence and discuss the possible pathogenesis of SCLC.

Thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) applied in aeroengines tend to be attacked by molten calcia-magnesiaalumino-silicate(CMAS) at high operating ***-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) coatings with quasicolumnar microstructure were fabricated by plasma spray physical vapor deposition(PS-PVD) *** chemic al changes,micros tructural transform ation,mechanical properties and degradation mechanisms of the CM AS-interacted TBCs in the thermal cycling tests were *** YSZ grains were dissolved in the CMAS melts,and then the ZrO_(2) grains were reprecipitated with spherical shape,accompanying with phase transformation from tetragonal(t) to monoclinic(m).The thermal cycling tests reveal that the YSZ coating fails at the early stage due to the attack of *** fractures in intracolumns lead to partial spallation of the *** failure of the coating occurs at the interfaces between thermally grown oxides(TGO) layer and YSZ topcoat;especially,the hardness and Young's modulus of the YSZ coatings increase intensively,as the coatings were infiltrated by the CMAS for a long time.

A sustainability-oriented assessment of the nuclear energy system can provide informative and convincing decision-making support for nuclear development strategies in *** our previous study,four authentic nuclear fuel cycle(NFC)transi-tion scenarios were proposed,featuring different development stages and exhibiting distinct environmental,economic,and technical ***,because of the multiple and often conflicting criteria embedded therein,determining the top-priority NFC alternative for a sustainability orientation remains *** address this issue,this study proposed a novel hybrid multi-criteria decision-making framework comprising fuzzy AHP,PROMETHEE GAIA,and ***,an improved fuzzy AHP weighting model was developed to determine criteria weights under uncertainty and investigate the influence of various weight aggregation and defuzzification ***,PROMETHEE GAIA was used to address conflicts among the criteria and prioritize alternatives on a visualized k-dimensional GAIA *** a result,the alternative for direct recycling PWR spent fuel in fast reactors is considered the most ***,a sensitivity analysis was conducted to examine the influence of criteria weight variation and validate the screening ***,using MOORA,some significant optimization ideas and valuable insights were provided to support decision-makers in shaping nuclear development strategies.

在“碳达峰·碳中和”的目标驱动下，受新能源地理分布与随机性影响，以跨区域交易为媒介的区域间电能与灵活性互济重要性凸显。目前，中国正处于构建全国统一电力市场体系的关键阶段，需要有效的市场机制来管理省间电力现货交易。基于上述背景，设计了一种不依赖于跨区域投标者的省间电力现货交易方法。首先，提出了基于报价区的市场出清模型，采用分区边际定价的方法计算每个报价区的结算价格；然后，基于等效双边配对方法,按潮流贡献计算得到各区域间交易所需承担的输电费用；最后，采用算例验证了所提方法的有效性。与已有方法相比，所提方法在不依赖于跨区域投标者的前提下完成了跨区跨省电力交易，充分利用了输电线路容量，且市场出清过程中保护了各区域内部网架信息隐私。

A sustainability-oriented assessment of the nuclear energy system can provide informative and convincing decision-making support for nuclear development strategies in China. In our previous study, four authentic nuclear fuel cycle (NFC) transition scenarios were proposed, featuring different development stages and exhibiting distinct environmental, economic, and technical characteristics. However, because of the multiple and often conflicting criteria embedded therein, determining the top-priority NFC alternative for a sustainability orientation remains challenging. To address this issue, this study proposed a novel hybrid multi-criteria decision-making framework comprising fuzzy AHP, PROMETHEE GAIA, and MOORA.
