Improving benzene catalytic oxidation on Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) by regulating the chemical states of Co and Ag

Silver(9 wt.%)was loaded on Co_(3)O_(4)-nanofiber using reduction and impregnation methods,*** to the stronger electronegativity of silver,the ratios of surface Co^(3+)/Co^(2+) on Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) were higher than on Co_(3)O_(4),which further led to more adsorbed oxygen species as a result of the charge ***,the introducing of silver also obviously improved the reducibility of Co_(3)O_(4).Hence the Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) showed better catalytic performance than Co_(3)O_(4) in benzene *** with the Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) synthesized via impregnation method,the one prepared using reduction method(named as Ag Co-R)exhibited higher contents of surface Co^(3+) and adsorbed oxygen species,stronger reducibility,as well as more active surface lattice oxygen ***,Ag Co-R showed lowest T_(90) value of 183℃,admirable catalytic stability,largest normalized reaction rate of1.36×10^(-4)mol/(h·m^(2))(150℃),and lowest apparent activation energy(E_(a))of 63.2 kJ/*** analyzing of in-situ DRIFTS indicated benzene molecules were successively oxidized to phenol,o-benzoquinone,small molecular intermediates,and finally to CO_(2) and water on the surface of Ag *** last,potential reaction pathways including five detailed steps were proposed.

The prevalence of chronic viral infectious diseases, the emergence and re-emergence of new viral infections, and in particular, resistance to currently used antiviral drugs have led to increased demand for new antiviral strategies and reagents. Increased understanding of the molecular mechanisms of viral infection has provided great potential for the discovery of new antiviral agents that target viral proteins or host factors. In this work, we introduce a comprehensive system using enteroviruses 71(EV71) as an example for leading compound discovery to develop new antiviral.

As lead halide perovskite(LHP)semiconductors have shown tremendous promise in many application fields,and particularly made strong impact in the solar photovoltaic area,low dimensional quantum dot forms of these perovskites are showing the potential to make distinct marks in the fields of electronics,optoelectronics and *** so-called perovskite quantum dots(PQDs)not only possess the most important features of LHP materials,i.e.,the unusual high defect tolerance,but also demonstrate clear quantum size effects,along with exhibiting desirable optoelectronic properties such as near perfect photoluminescent quantum yield,multiple exciton generation and slow hot-carrier ***,we review the advantageous properties of these nanoscale perovskites and survey the prospects for diverse applications which include lightemitting devices,solar cells,photocatalysts,lasers,detectors and memristors,emphasizing the distinct superiorities as well as the challenges.

目的/意义将多模态知识图谱应用于围产保健继续医学教育,以提高医护人员围产保健服务质量。方法/过程结合北京协和医院围产保健继续教育项目学员需求和课程主要特点构建顶层本体,对本体类、关系和属性进行设计和定义,利用不同粒度教学资源表示教学内容,利用Protégé软件构建围产保健知识图谱概念层和实例层。基于团队自主研发的医学知识服务平台MedKaaS,实现多模态实体进一步交互式构建,以及围产保健课程知识的可视化、检索和问答。结果/结论该多模态知识图谱实现了围产保健课程内容的语义化整合,有助于学员直观和有针对性地学习围产保健知识。

Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is often associated with permanent cerebral palsy,neurosensory impairments,and cognitive deficits,and there is no effective treatment for complications related to hypoxic-ischemic *** therapeutic potential of human placental chorionic plate-derived mesenchymal stem cells for various diseases has been ***,the potential use of human placental chorionic plate-derived mesenchymal stem cells for the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy has not yet been *** this study,we injected human placental chorionic plate-derived mesenchymal stem cells into the lateral ventricle of a neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy rat model and observed significant improvements in both cognitive and motor *** chip analysis showed that interleukin-3 expression was significantly elevated in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy model *** transplantation of human placental chorionic plate-derived mesenchymal stem cells,interleukin-3 expression was *** further investigate the role of interleukin-3 in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,we established an in vitro SH-SY5Y cell model of hypoxic-ischemic injury through oxygen-glucose deprivation and silenced interleukin-3 expression using small interfering *** found that the activity and proliferation of SH-SY5Y cells subjected to oxygen-glucose deprivation were further suppressed by interleukin-3 ***,interleukin-3 knockout exacerbated neuronal damage and cognitive and motor function impairment in rat models of hypoxic-ischemic *** findings suggest that transplantation of hpcMSCs ameliorated behavioral impairments in a rat model of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,and this effect was mediated by interleukin-3-dependent neurological function.

Huygens metasurfaces have demonstrated remarkable potential in perfect transmission and precise wavefront modulation through the synergistic integration of electric resonance and magnetic ***,prevailing active or reconfigurable Huygens metasurfaces,based on all-optical systems,encounter formidable challenges associated with the intricate control of bulk dielectric using laser equipment and the presence of residual thermal effects,leading to limitations in continuous modulation ***,we present an ultrafast electrically driven terahertz Huygens metasurface that comprises an artificial microstructure layer featuring a two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG)provided by an AlGaN/GaN heterojunction,as well as a passive microstructure *** precise manipulation of the carrier concentration within the 2DEG layer,we effectively govern the current distribution on the metasurfaces,inducing variations in electromagnetic resonance modes to modulate terahertz *** modulation mechanism achieves high efficiency and contrast for terahertz wave *** investigations demonstrate continuous modulation capabilities of up to 6 GHz,a modulation efficiency of 90%,a transmission of 91%,and a remarkable relative operating bandwidth of 55.5%.These significant advancements substantially enhance the performance of terahertz metasurface ***,our work not only enables efficient amplitude modulation but also introduces an approach for the development of high-speed and efficient intelligent transmissive metasurfaces.

颅痛宁颗粒对眶下神经缩窄环术诱导三叉神经痛大鼠的治疗作用研究

With the global trend of environmental protection and emission reduction, it is very necessary for container liner corporation to consider carbon emissions in fleet deployment for liners. In this paper, we discuss the problem of fleet deployment for liners under low-carbon economy. With the target of maximizing profit of the fleet and the minimizing amount of carbon emissions, we establish the simulation optimization model of fleet deployment for liners and use the tabu search algorithm to obtain a reasonable fleet deployment scheme. The results show that the model and the method proposed in this paper can effectively balance and optimize the targets of operating profit and carbon emission, and the decision result is more in line with the requirements of the decision makers. Compared with the traditional mathematical model, this model and method can consider more uncertainties, which makes the fleet deployment scheme easier to be applied in practice.

目的研究颅痛宁颗粒对三叉神经痛模型大鼠的治疗作用,为其临床应用提供参考资料。方法采用眶下神经缩窄环术(ION-CCI)制备大鼠三叉神经痛模型,大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、卡马西平阳性药组、颅痛宁高剂量组(2.70 g生药·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))、颅痛宁低剂量组(1.35 g生药·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))。Von Frey毛刷测定大鼠触须垫机械痛阈值,生化法检测血液血流变和凝血功能,HE染色观察眶下神经病理变化,Western blot技术检测三叉神经内P38和P-P38的蛋白水平。结果颅痛宁颗粒能提高模型大鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05,P<0.01)降低模型大鼠血浆黏度(P<0.05,P<0.01)和全血还原黏度(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高模型大鼠血流变能力;提高模型大鼠血液凝血酶原时间(prothrombintime,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplatin time,APTT)和凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),降低模型大鼠纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)水平(P<0.01),改善凝血功能;改善模型大鼠眶下神经的病理改变;并降低模型大鼠三叉神经内P-P38的表达量(P<0.01)。结论颅痛宁颗粒具有改善三叉神经痛作用,可能与其活血化瘀功能有关。
